They agreed. All pleasure, no complications. Until their hearts get involved.

Do it right, or don’t do it at all. London Chantelle’s mantra has brought her to the brink of success as a public relations consultant. Landing a contract with Whitestone International will push her career to the next level—if her ideas get past the firm’s legal “Gladiator,” Carson Drake.

When he enters the boardroom, filling it with his commanding presence, her belly flips in a way that spells trouble. His dark eyes aren’t assessing her proposal. They’re assessing her. This is no time for flirtation. Besides, in her less-than-awesome experience, she can’t trust any man to do it right.

Carson has a knack for assessing someone’s true desires, and he relishes the verbal sparring that lifts London’s chin to a defiant angle and lights her brown eyes afire. Too bad she’s everything he can’t trust in a woman. Spicy. Complicated.

But when she appears like a misplaced angel at his favorite club, his inner Dom demands he give her what she secretly wants. Though to do it right, he’ll have to excavate her secrets…and come perilously close to falling in love.

The second book in this series,Untouchable, drew me in quickly with the undeniable attraction between London and Carson.
Add in a load of trouble for London, and the fact that Carson falls hard for the first time in his life, made me really need to hear the full story.

Working at Yost and Brennan Communications,London Chantelle’s been the one to draw a proposal for rebranding Whitestone International’s image.
She really hoped this would work out,so she could get the promotion she desperately needed.
If only Whitestone’s head of legal and public affairs,Carson Drake, wasn’t present at most of the meetings…..
He has a way to mess with her head that she doesn’t need!
Not to mention the way her body seems to react every time he’s near…

Carson has been intrigued by London ever since they first met.
But he doesn’t do relationships, and she deserves someone more…permanent.
Someone that haltered, gentled and understood her.
Until the evening he sees her standing, alone, at Club Accendos.
All he asks is that they talk…..
That evening, she agrees to be his for the weekend, but is that enough?

Peeling back the layers,Carson finds a woman that has been wronged a lot in life.
And a woman that cares deeply about her brother, taking responsibility for his wellbeing as best she can.
London is turning out to be the one to take his heart….and he’s conquered hers.

But when he defends her in a way that reminds her of her troubled past, she’s had enough and calls out her safeword…..
Is there any way Carson can get her to forgive him?
Or has he blown his chances with his beautiful Phoenix…..

Carson showed London how to embrace her desires, and that her needs would always come first for him.
He was firm, but at the same time so patient and caring.
His temper got the best of him at times, but with good reason.
But when he learned that wasn’t what she wanted,he did his best to find a way to control it.

London had been treated badly by her mother and her stepfathers.
At work, she was bullied into things that weren’t good for her.
But once Carson showed her her worth, and how she should be treated, she stood up for herself.
Even though she missed him terribly, she needed time to find her own way,to make it on her own.

I loved their story, from start to finish.
Both were lovable characters, and i cheered them on,while cursing the ones that wronged them.
I know it’s made me curious,too.
And i’d like to hear more of their friends at club Accendos….

I was blown away by this read and easily give it 5 Golden Flogger Stars! Untouchable is the 2nd book of the Elite Doms of Washington Series and is also a standalone but some of the characters were introduced in Elizabeth's 1st book 'Lovely'. That being said, you can read Untouchable on it's own but it will have different meaning for those of you that read the series in order, and that is what I recommend.

This book has some really intense BDSM scenes - prepare yourself to enter the other side of BDSM - it is interesting and incredible to read but definitely not for the faint of heart and hopefully not for those hoping to 'learn' from a book. The elements in this book should be taken seriously if that is something you want to enter. I think the author has done a GREAT job explaining how people must always make sure they are safe in any situation and that it is ok to have limits, be in charge, and say no. She also outlines how the BDSM community takes care of their own to ensure the safety of others at all times.

I enjoyed this story line. It is a well paced book of a perfect length and an intense read. Carson is a self-professed Dom who vows to remain single but gets hit with cupids arrow. This is uncharted territory for Carson and he doesn't necessarily know what to do with that. He is not used to a strong-willed sub who will not fall lightly for him. His protective tendencies and take charge persona are what he knows but they are exactly what drives London away. I loved that Carson fell hard and fast and would do anything for London and he realized that on their first weekend together. He stepped right into the boyfriend role without really consulting her and in the end, this is what made London push him away. Yes, London craved and needed a take charge kind of guy but she was afraid of it because of her past and so to protect herself she was able to walk away. London has some deep-rooted issues to deal with and she sends poor Carson on a journey to his personal hell and his own soul-searching to understand and win over the beautiful London. You'll have to read the book to find out if he manages to win her heart and what happens but let me tell you there is a whole lot of steamy, heart-melting action going on between this couple.

Elizabeth does an excellent job of taking us on the journey with Carson and London. She keeps us rooting for the couple, uses impressive language, stays away from anything cliche, and best of all, she keeps us interested in turning the pages all the way through. An amazing read by Elizabeth SaFleur that I wholeheartedly recommend! It will leave you panting and aching for book #3.

So I'll start with my Favorite lines:

#1 “I’m not a notch on a belt.”
“You could never be a notch, London Chantelle. You’re the whole belt, sugar.”

#2 She worked damned hard to hold her own with Carson Drake. But now? Her good sense silently shouted insults at her feminine weakness, that little part of her that said maybe he would be different.

#3 “Sugar. I’ve always hated that sweet talk.” The old southern endearment reduced her to nothing more than a dessert—unnecessary and an afterthought.

#4 He could tell her ideas of domination filled a pill box. She needed to know what was possible—and what she should never accept, sex or not.

#5 “No more experimental drugs.” Her voice was clear and unwavering.
“Miss Chantelle, we don’t experiment—”
“You heard me. You weren’t expecting me this weekend. Well, expect me more often. In fact, way more often. Three times a week obviously hasn’t been enough.”
Three times a week. Her devotion to her brother woke something in his heart. Yet a fierce desire to tear her away from the room, from the entire building, never to return, consumed him.
Dr. Morgan’s face hardened. “Like I was about to say before you interrupted me. We don’t experiment. We are here to help. If you don’t agree, I’m sure I can refer you to another facility.”
London crossed her arms. His warrior princess wasn’t about to leave the battlefield.
The not-so-good doctor nodded once and turned on his heel. The move might have saved the man’s face as Carson’s sorrow for London took a sharp turn by the man’s denigrating tone. Refer her to a new facility? Carson would have liked to refer Dr. Morgan to his fist.

#6 When Carson pulled through the large iron gates of Club Diabolus, London’s mind finally stopped arguing with Dr. Morgan. In her imagination, she’d screamed at him over and over.

#7 London took in a lungful of air thick with testosterone. Between Alexander, Ryan and Carson, she’d walked into a virtual gladiator ring. She’d never shrink before a Board of Directors table again. Balding CEOs and snippy executive assistants paled in comparison to this hallway encounter.

#8 “Last night you said if you were restrained you’d feel protected. Interesting word choice. Perhaps it means you need an advocate. But you aren’t sure if that makes you weak or worthy of someone’s attention.”

#9 When Michael reached for her arm, Carson had his hands around the man’s neck in seconds. He pushed him into a row of chairs lining the far wall. “How the hell did you get in here?”
“Hey, let-let go,” Michael managed to gasp.
London’s hands were on his back. “Carson. We were just talking!”
A pair of brawny arms wrenched Carson’s neck hold loose from the man. George had pulled Carson backward. Michael sputtered and dropped into the chair under him.
“Mr. Drake, sir, calm down,” George said.
“Get out of my way, George. Or so help me God—”
“Or, what? You gonna defend yourself in criminal court?”

#10 If you ever go to her house again, I’ll kill you. I won’t hurt you. I’ll kill you.”
“Threatening me?”
“Good. We understand each other.”

#11 “Hey, man, how you doing?” George gave him another of his fist pump hugs.
“I’ve had better days.”
“You had a fight with Miss Chantelle, didn’t you?”
Jesus, did he wear his afternoon on his face?
George gestured him over to a small coffee stand in the corner. “Buy you some coffee? It ain’t Starbucks, but it sure beats the stuff upstairs.”
After settling onto the lobby’s planter retaining wall, Carson sipped his coffee, avoiding George’s stare boring a trench in the side of his face.
“So, what’d you do?” George asked.
“Why does everyone ask me that?”
“Cuz it’s a woman you involved with not a giraffe.”

So yeah, this love story was an out of the ordinary twist for me. It started out as your regular romance, but as I got reading I realized the depth in which each character played. The hero was one we've seen from "Lovely" (Elizabeth's first novel) and I wanted to know more about Carson after he left the beauty queen in the first book. I had so many questions and though I didn't get all of them answered I got to know Carson a whole lot more.

Of course now I have a new character that I want to know more about (Alexander, the club owner) and have to wait for his story!

The twists and turns make this a steamy romance and will be a great summer read!

Outstanding!!! This is my first book from Elizabeth to read. Now i can't wait to go back and rad the first one. The characters are well written. I'm so in love with London and Carson. The scenes was very hot, sexy, and steamy. I could not put down the book at all until it was finished. This book shows how the BDSM community takes care of their people. If you love to read about BDSM, and D/S. Then this is the one for you. Definitely an one-click buy. Keep up the awesome work!!

Untouchable
By Elizabeth SaFleur

I have always had a hard time reading BDSM themed books. I find the content to be graphic and the books to be repetitive. However, Elizabeth showed BDSM in a classy way. She taught us the positive side of this lifestyle with Untouchable.

"He’d broken through many subs’ walls. He would start out gentle and slow, let them grow comfortable with his hands, his voice and his touch. Their facades would slip. The needs they’d hidden would unfold. And then—and only then—they’d beg for him to scratch an itch they couldn’t name."

London is a no-nonsense type of girl. Do it yourself. Don't rely on anyone. That has been her motto. When a chance meet up with a fantasy guy happens, London's strength and will are tested. Carson is used to women coming and going from his life, without leaving him anything other than controllable pleasure. But when he and London test each other, will they be able to let their walls down, and accept each other's desires?

"London was about to learn that he wasn’t like any man she’d ever encountered before. He would evolve into the definition of who he knew himself to be, and who London really needed: a master of self-control. And loyalty."

This was a great read. I can into it a bit iffy, but within words, I was drawn in. Filled with realism, lust, love and truth, Untouchable is worth the read! Elizabeth put a lot of heart and soul into this book! And it definitely shows!

"He decided not to argue with her. At the moment. But he’d be damned if she walked away believing their weekend was just words. He wouldn’t let her dismiss the power it could bring to them both."

This is actually book 2 in the Elite Doms of Washington series and I had no problem reading as a stand alone. The plot seems to be relatively close to that of book one with some characters carrying over into this book from the previous book. Carson Drake is a self proclaimed Dom who is on the Tribunal Council and a member of Club Accendos. He is also the head of legal and public affairs in London Chantelles office of Yost and Brennan Communications. The two of them have butted heads in the boardroom and now they will be butting heads in the bedroom.
After coming from a tumultuous upbringing London is trying to come to grips with her feelings and needs and ends up with another guy in her office… bad idea. But she makes a good choice and through a series of very interesting events lands in the clutches of Mr. Drake who strikes a deal with her.
This is a great story that reiterates what those of us know to be true about a healthy, consensual BDSM relationship. There is nothing completely off the chain and the submissive rules. It’s a great love story with some super sexy goodies mixed in for good measure. There was a good balance of sex and plot and I will more than likely read the next book in this series!

London and Carson are one hot couple! I have a two favourite scenes from this book, both involve London submitting to Carson!

I loved that Elizabeth took us on a journey and showed both London and Carson's perspective of their growing romance. London is the ultimate professional but the lines blur what she meets Carson at an exclusive club. The belt and the following scene is one of my favourites.

When Carson does anything in this story, I want to melt. He's powerful, domineering and the ultimate Dom. But London gives him a run for his money. Her complex character is revealed through the relationship with her Brother and she has some tough decisions to make.

I never want to give spoilers but I loved this story and was so pleased to see Jonathan pop up again from Lovely! I love series that spin a new world for me to get lost in. Sexy, Passionate, did I say Sexy! A fantastic read.

Ink Angels Book Blog received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I have read many D/s novels before, but Untouchable is in a league all it's own. SaFleur enthralls her audience, thrusting readers into her elite club of Dominants with class. Carson Drake is a powerhouse in and out of the boardroom, but nothing captures his attention quite the way London Chantelle and her defiant chin do.

One weekend proves too short for this Master and a willing London, but no great story is ever complete without a few bumps and twists along the way.

Ink Angels' gave this novel four stars and would recommend it for erotic romance enthusiasts. However, I would also warn that parts of the story contain unexpected masochistic moments.

I received an ARC of this book, in exchange for an honest review.

I quickly found myself lost within this story, but then at times I was shaking my head with disbelief at what was happening. I know it's fiction, just some things I found hard to understand could actually happen & it's not the parts anyone would think either. I found myself being aggrivated by both lead characters, wanting to jump into the book & hit them both over the head. I found some scenes really interesting, damn I wish a good spanking could make my worries dissappear.

Even though at times I found myself shacking my head, I still devoured this book, I just needed to know what would happen. I'm intrigued with this series & would love to read book 1, when I'm able & also read what happens next.

Whooee! This book was on fire! Sexy as sin is Carson Drake! I really liked this book! It was hot as hell with a side of danger. London has many issues in her life and is trying to juggle them all but is introducing herself to a side of herself she has been wondering about. She wasn’t expecting Carson and they fit really well together. But when a jealous boss that couldn’t get the job done before Carson shows up and tries to lay claim on London, he’s got another thing coming to him with Carson and the Tribunal.

I enjoyed reading this BDSM book. Full of twists with a steady pace, unforgettable characters and the graphic sex scenes were simply "HOT BLOODED." The author's writing style sweeps you up and transports you right into the story line. I will definitely be reading more of Ms. SaFleur's work.

Title: Untouchable (Elite Doms of Washington #2)
Author: Elizabeth SaFleur
Expected Publication Date: July 3, 2015
Published by: Troll River Publishing
Source: ARC Given by Author and Tour Organizer

ARA'S NOTE:
I had to read this book in 2 hours because I actually forgot that I had an ARC of it, waiting to be read. So you can say that I forgot about it which is very irresponsible, I know. I'm so sorry. But I did pay for it, if it's any consolation. Since I had to start reading it ASAP, I didn't even bother re-reading the synopsis to remind me of the story's outline. So picture this, me riding public transportation with a nosy guy beside me trying to catch a glimpse of what I'm reading on my e-reader, then I find out it's a freaking BDSM-themed book with lots of graphic sex scenes. Think I was uncomfortable? Nah! I remained cool and collected...on the outside, but on the inside I was burning up and freaking annoyed that I don't have privacy to read such things! I would've been able to savor THOSE scenes more. *sigh* Anyhoooooo, on to my review...

SYNOPSIS:
A powerful man in a powerful world, corporate attorney Carson Drake is the master of the short-term affair and the preemptive strike. His motto, do unto others before done to him, has kept him single and safe.

Public relations executive London Chantelle relishes in her independence and is an unlikely partner. Mistrustful and damaged from her history, London wants nothing to do with men seeking to cage her.

Yet their unexpected encounter at private BDSM club Diabolus offers a delicious opportunity for them both. Mesmerized by London’s spirit, Carson offers her a weekend of sexual, submissive pleasure. London, anticipating she could finally put her unwanted darker, longings to rest, agrees to his proposal.

The weekend proves beyond what either could guess. Carson quickly taps into London’s masochistic streak, and they discover how perfect they could be together. But when a blackmailing co-worker and long-buried secrets threatens their budding relationship, Carson must turn to the secret and powerful BDSM organization, The Tribunal, for help. Yet help always comes with a price, and soon Carson and London are forced to deal with their pasts.

CHARACTER BACKGROUND:
Carson Drake is a successful attorney, as well as a sought after dom. He gave up his mission of finding the perfect sub that would stay with him no matter what a long time ago. That is until a smart-mouthed, career-driven woman started challenging him and piquing his interest. Then he discovers that she might just be perfect for him.

London Chantelle's childhood has been anything but great. She's solely responsible for her little brother's well-being now, and add to that her need to be dominated and feel pain that she's extremely embarassed about, she learned to build walls and hide behind a strong facade. But Carson is the only man who made her embrace her true submissive nature in a beautiful way. That is until things get complicated.

TO LOVE:
I haven't read the first book in this series so I worried that I might be thrust upon a world that I would absolutely felt disconnected with. I didn't get that feeling at all. The author was careful enough to give details about their organization, the Tribune, and their lifestyle to paint a pretty clear picture. I do think she should have given "more" for readers like myself that haven't had the pleasure of enjoying the real introduction in the beginning of the series. But still the same, it was good enough.

I have to get this out of the way, the sex scenes. I am confident with my sexuality and I know myself well enough to say that I am a submissive. I may not look like it, considering I seem to be very dominant myself, but I am one. The dominance Carson exudes is so powerful and potent that it even affects me! That's how sexy and amazing he is. He's like the ideal dom that submissives would love to have.

The story was pretty good. The events were actually dark and painful, but for some reason, I feel like it wasn't that heavy. It could just be because I was in a rush in reading it so I didn't get the full impact.

TO BLEH:
I understand London's reserve and the reason behind her stubborness, but she just got to my nerves a number of times in the book. She goes all hot and cold, then Elsa-like icy. I just feel like Carson didn't deserve that kind of push and pull. But hey, that could just be jealousy speaking.

SUMMARY:
I'm going to be reading the first installment of the series, no doubt, as well as follow the upcoming releases, because I like the representation the author has of the whole dom-sub relationship as well as the lifestyle in general. I give Untouchable 4 stars.

Untouchable is the second book is Ms. SaFleur's Elite Doms of Washington. You do not need to have read the previous book in this series to enjoy this or understand what is going on. Several of the characters from the previous book are in this one as well.

Dominant Carson Drake is a Washington attorney who is not looking for love. He gives submissives one weekend and that is all. When London Chantelle - his company's PR person - enters Club Accendos - a BDSM club, he gives her the same deal: 48 hours to earn her submission. London wants to understand the darker side of her longings and agrees. But, 48 hours may not be enough and as outside forces threaten London and her livelihood, Carson will call on the power of the Tribunal to protect her. Even as he moves to protect London, their own assumptions about love may break them.

Elizabeth SaFleur knows how to write a good BDSM novel, stressing the importance of communication and consent, while also allowing for the fantasy inherent in a romance novel. While I thought that London and Carson fell in love far too quickly, their BDSM relationship was lovely to read. I really like the emphasis on advocacy for submissives and that London was not left to flounder on her own, even with Carson at her side. For those readers who are sensitive to it, there is a level of masochism displayed and an attempted (but not successful) rape scene (not by Carson).

Much of the novel takes place over a short period of time; while Carson and London are aware of each other on a professional level, that weekend is the first opportunity that they have to get to know each other on a personal level. I would have liked to have gotten to know Carson a bit more - much of his past remains hidden - and I thought that London was, at times, a bit hot and cold for reasons that weren't really clear. Nonetheless, this was a truly enjoyable read and one I wholeheartedly recommend to any who enjoy BDSM novels.

This is the second book of the Elite Doms in Washington Series by Elizabeth SaFleur. It can be read as a standalone, even though characters from the first book are mentioned. You don’t need to read the first book, but I recommend it, since it is awesome ;)
I loved the first book of this series and I couldn’t wait till I got my ARC for this review. I was not disappointed. In fact the second book was even better than the first one. More suspense, more BDSM, more despair and way more feeeeeels. This book made me wipe away tears, because of the feels more than any other book I have read in the last few months. I really liked the BDSM-scenes and the fact that the good people always emphasized that the real power in a relationship like this lays by the sub. She decides whether this goes further or not. She decides to give the dom her trust and the power to dominate her.
Okay, back to business and more about the book. The story has a good flow, the author has a great writing style and it was really easy for me to get lost in the characters. It was not too long and not too short, it was the perfect length to explain everything without making me feel like the plot is dragging out. There are a few triggers about BDSM and spanking and an almost rape (only almost, so no actual rape is described!).
There were a few tiny mistakes in wording or grammar, but not enough for me to be disturbed by it. I could easily read over them, because the story was that good.
However I give a solid five star for this one and can’t wait for the next. Well done Elizabeth SaFleur!

description

Untouchable by Elizabeth SaFleur was a panty melting 5 star read.

London works in public relations and is trying to get a promotion. During the meeting Carson Drake shows up and she can’t stop the feelings she gets when he is around. When she goes to a BDSM club later that night to end things with Michael she runs into Carson, she definitely didn’t see that coming. When Carson talks her into spending the weekend with him, things heat up.

London claims she isn’t looking for a Master but Carson doesn’t believe her. He will break down her walls. Would one weekend be enough for him?

“Carson, one more thing. I don’t believe in happily-ever-afters.” He smirked. “Good. Because neither do I.”

The chemistry between these two is something else and the BDSM scenes are very erotic.
There is so much more to this great story, you will not want to put it down. If you like books with BDSM and D/s you will definitely like this book. We also get a look at how a true dom takes care of his sub. This is my second read from Elizabeth SaFleur and i’m loving this series. I look forward to reading more of this series. 1-click and get started today.

If you could sum up Untouchable in three words, what would they be?
exquisite, incredible, pure bliss

What did you like best about this story?
I loved the absolute beauty of the characters. They were already true to themselves and to each other no matter how hard things became. Their core strength pulled them through the hard times and their love was their constant encouragement.

Have you listened to any of Anastasia Watley’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes, I listed to Lovely within this same series, and this story reached even farther into my heart and left an even deeper mark in its wake. I love this narrator's voice. It's like pure seduction wrapped in silk and topped with a luxurious white ribbon. Both books were performed by her in a manner that left me breathless and anxious for so much more. I am not sure anyone would read this author's books and give it as much justice as this narrator can. These stories comes to live and blossom under her melodious and rich, relaxing tones.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Can a woman disappointed and dejected her entire life finally open herself to the one man who would give her the world on a silver platter along with this fragile heart?

Any additional comments?
This wildly irresistible story has touched me on such a deep level that I know I will carry its mark for a very long time to come.

Into Club Diabolus’ doors you will journey and an education you will gain. A great book for someone who doesn’t understand the whole BDSM scene. Truly a well-done erotic romance with plenty of thrills and twists along the way. Well developed characters and a storyline you are captivated with all the way through to the end...a hard book to put down.

Well, after the first one I didn't think it could be better. I was so wrong... It's so well written you forget about everything else. That invaded my day and night. I thought about it at work. Dreamt about it at night. You have to read it.

This whole Doms of D.C. series is my kink. Sorry. Couldn't resist. I marvel how each story and its characters are so different, yet weave similar threads throughout. When I pick up a book in this series, I know I'll never be bored.

*Untouchable* is the second full-length erotic romance in the irresistible Elite Doms of Washington series. Each story in the series is a stand alone, but some characters do reappear in other books. I'd highly recommend reading *Holiday Ties* (novella) and *Lovely* before *Untouchable* for the sheer pleasure of it, not because it's necessary.

In *Untouchable*, London Chantelle is determined to never rely on a man for anything. Vying for a prized promotion she really needs, London decides to end her illicit relationship with her immediate boss at an elite BDSM club. Unfortunately, she runs into the last person she wants to see -- Carson Drake, a client of her PR firm and the man who pushes her buttons in more ways than one.

As far as Carson is concerned, he was burned in love once and that was enough. Since then, he's kept his relationships brief and strictly for pleasure. When he discovers London at Club Accendos, he knows he has to have her. But the more he learns about her, the more he wants to be in her life for much longer than just a weekend. Will she trust him to be the Dom she needs and always secretly desired?

Elizabeth SaFleur adeptly captures the dominant-submissive dynamic and the essence of a dominant who inspires willing submission. Although Carson Drake epitomizes the ideal dominant in many ways, he isn't perfect -- just like a real-life dominant. He makes mistakes and has lessons to learn, but like any good dominant, he has London's best interests at heart.

London's struggle to embrace her submissive nature mirrors what many strong, independent women wrestle with when coming to terms with their submissive desires. And just like those women, she has to find a balance that works for her -- and Carson. Dominant and submissive relationships are not one size fits all.

The chemistry between London and Carson is inexorable and will easily enthrall readers. The sex scenes and BDSM play are vividly described, extremely sensual, and powerful. *Untouchable* is not only highly erotic, it's also affecting, suspenseful, heartwarming, and ultimately very satisfying. Personally, I can't wait for the next book in the Elite Doms of Washington series!

Untouchable is a great introduction to Club Accendos, the powerful Tribunal and all of its major players. Each of whom I assume will get their own stories. The pendulum of this story arc swings from decadent to dangerous hitiing all points in between. Elizabeth Safleur crafts wonderfully decadent and sizzling romance. You'll be captivated by the characters

London Chantelle is a study in contrasts. She struggles under the weight of responsibilities. She's scrappy and defiant at times. She's a fighter but she's made some bad choices. Carson Drake is take charge kinda guy which serves him well. He always wins because he's that good. He's a fixer and a protector through and through. His control is legendary and that makes him a much sought after Dom as well as a DC attorney. He's intrigued by London and when he's given the chance he proposes a weekend together which turns out to be tumultuous. It's filled with a family emergency, a contentious encounter with a man claiming ownership of London and white hot sessions where Carson discovers so many things about London that make him yearn for more. They just click until he crosses a line that takes away London's voice and therefore her options. It's bridge too far and she walks away. Admitting his sins and atoning for them is a lesson in patience but she's worth every excruciating moment that they're apart before she forgives him.

Untouchable is book 2 in the Elite Doms of Washington Series. Without having read book one, I had no issues following along or any gaps in character, so it truly can be read as a stand alone. The authors writing was definitely well researched, and gave what I imagine is a truthful look into the BDSM lifestyle, and the way they take care of each other within the community.

This book starts into the depth of the story fairly quickly, within the very beginning the two main characters meet and their relationship develops. The instant connection between Carson and London felt a bit too rushed for me. Reading along I suddenly found myself about ¾ of the way through the book, when in the story, the time lapse had only been a matter of days. I didn’t connect on an emotional level with either of the characters, although that didn’t stop me from wanting to continue on reading their story. The perspective into the lifestyle was what kept me most drawn in. There were some pretty steamy scenes throughout, some were hot, heavy and quick and others had me skimming the details because they were a little drawn out.

I liked where the story went, I guess I would have preferred there be more relationship development and not so much instant action. I didn’t dislike the book or the writing, and would likely read the other books in this series.

There is so much I can say about Carson and London but don’t know where to start.

This is a great story about knowing yourself and your partner. Carson is a Dom who realizes things about himself while revealing the submissive side of London. London has so much on her plate and a past that keeps her stuck. The emotions she faces of wanting to give in to the person she truly is vs the person she thinks she has to be is reflected perfectly in this story.

If you love dom/sub relationships with bdsm, self revelations, love, friendship, karma, etc then this is the story for you.

Review:

I may have not read many books about BDSM before, but from the ones I’ve read, this is one of my favorite. I feel like I’ve learned new things that were explained better here and just lightly described in other books.

Carson and London know each other from work and when fate brings London to the club Carson is a member, he decides to suggest they have a weekend together. As the story progresses and they get to know each other better the feelings they weren’t expecting rise.

Their personalities often crash. Carson is like a steamroller. He wants to control and solve London’s life/problems. On the other hand, she thinks she has to do everything by herself. I confess I got annoyed with London several times because of her indecision, but overall I loved this book! And Carson is everything we want in a Dom book boyfriend.

I just wish this series were available on KU. I’d be binge-reading it for sure!

I have a secret; I have an addiction to awesome erotic tales and Untouchable by Elizabeth SaFleur sure fits that bill.

As a D.C. corporate attorney, Carson Drake also rules in the bedroom. He is a Dominant and seeks pleasure, in short amounts of time, with submissive women from his local BDSM club. What he never expected was to see his company’s public relations princess, London Chantelle, there. This gives him the opportunity to make his true desire come to life – to have London submit to him. After he approaches London with a proposition of 48 hours to make their fantasies come to life, and she surprisingly agrees, other problems arise as London’s past and nasty co-worker try to come between them.

If you enjoy erotica, then this book is for you. Also enjoyable is all of the details about life in D.C. and the way the government in that area works. The insight is wonderful.

What a page turner. I couldn't put it down. This is the first book I have read by this author and I wasn't disappointed and it is the 2nd in the Elite Doms of Washington series and without having read the 1st book I went in blind only knowing what was in the blurb but that alone had pipped my interest. The reluctant submissive London has a series of issues underneath her lofty and stubborn demeanor and it takes Dishy lawyer Carson a master to break through. It isn't always plain sailing for the pair and she has a few triggers that shuts her down and has her running for the hills. The Master then becomes the student and has to learn from his mistakes as her safety is always paramount. As I turned each and every page I fell more in love with London and Carson. The story and the characters were well written. There are some pretty steamy scenes and some discriptive discriptions of the BDSM lifestyle and how they look after their people. I can't wait to read more of this series.
