I got an advance copy, which I was very excited about. I had been a fan of the first two books, so I was pretty jazzed to see how it would all conclude. It was a lot of fun, though a different feel than the first two books. It takes place mostly on the French riviera, which I love, and also in Marrakech. But it all comes back to Bridlewood and New Orleans. This has been a fun and exciting and sexy series. I thought Apocrypha tied the series up pretty well. There were a couple of things that made me think there might be more on the way. I really enjoyed these characters so I'd be glad to read more.

Stayed up late finishing this third installment in the Dark Emeralds trilogy. This has been a fun journey. Good story arc. Very original and unexpected. There are a couple of characters I wouldn't mind reading more about in the future, so maybe some spin-offs? The trilogy explored the paranormal with a new twist on the ghost story, then murder mystery, with sexy people in exotic locations. Was good escapist fun.
