This book was divided into nine sections and most stories were as the title says "hilarious stories".

Some stories resonated with me more than others; to the point were I, family members and close friends could easily be the author of the stories. I found that I could read two sections per day, but with a few hours between them.

Fans of this series will like this book and it could be a good starting point for those thinking of starting to enjoy this series.

Aside from the first story in this book which I really enjoyed, the rest of the stories in this book are so lame. I don’t know if it was just me but I didn’t find them funny at all.

I used to love these series, with well curated stories..however now they’ve become a bunch of American church related stories that have nothing funny to them.

These were not "too funny," most of them weren't even "funny." I liked maybe 3 or 4 of them, but mostly this was a waste of my damn time.

Light heartwarming and funny stories from a great bunch of contributors who can really write and tickle your funny bone! At least once a year I indulge in a Chicken Soup For the Soul book and am never disappointed. This one is a recent publication and well worth spending time with. You'll laugh, smile and have a good time!

These books are filled with various stories that people contributed of things that happened to them which they perceive to be funny.
What's funny to one person is not always funny to another.
I got a few laughs out of this.
I am thankful for the clean humor.

Quite a few stories made me either chuckle or laugh out loud. Most were cute stories.

It didn't take me this long to listen, I just forgot about Chirp and the book and then it came up when I paired my headset and I listened in just a few days. I used to love Chicken Soup for the Soul, but like the AI copypasta that's all over FB now these just feel fraudulent. Too sacharinely sweet in this world, but maybe I'm just jaded.

I don’t know what this says about me but there’s an entire section in this book dedicated specifically to stories about cats and I just skipped right on over that whole thing.
