Some said that it's a lot of fluff/common sense, and that's true, but for someone like me, being able to go through and gather the info as I go is super helpful
Pass on this one. I actually wasted time reading every single "tip" and learned nothing new. There are generalizations like #132: Dust and vacuum regularly. Or #226: Utilize every space. Or #271: Keep bathroom closets neat. I could have written that, but I didn't because this is basic common sense. Nice looking book but it's filled with fluff. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
I gave it a 2 star just because it had really nice pictures. Otherwise these ideas were not new or original and they were repeated several times to fluff the book. I honestly don't think I got one good/new idea out of reading it. All in all looks nice, but is kind of useless:/
I was so surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. Although there was a lot of common sense in here there was also some new ideas I will try. The pictures where lovely to look at.
There is some great, creative advice in here, but it's buried in random fluff to fill out 365 tips. This would have been better if it had been shorter and focused on the unique suggestions.
The pictures didn’t match up with the tips very well! It would have been nice to see a cart under the pedestal sink, for example, or some bookshelves on the slanted attic wall.
Didn't really learn anything new. A lot of tips were common knowledge. I could see where it would be somewhat helpful for someone who hasn't already read a bunch of similar books though.
I had the hardcover book edition. I have no idea how many pages it is as there are no page numbers. There is a table of contents that divides the tips into 21 areas of the home. The pages are all high gloss full photo pages with 1-3 tips per page, there are a few two page spreads for singe tips. Unfortunately I found the majority of the tips to be either useless, not applicable, or things I've been doing for years, there were only around 2 dozen helpful tips for me and I don't think they had a lot to do with keeping tidy if I'm honest.
