101 delicious, tried-and-tested recipes to help you get the most out of your air-fryer.
An air-fryer is the latest kitchen must-have and this is the recipe book to go with it! This nifty, counter-top appliance is similar to an oven, as it bakes and roasts, but the key difference is its heating elements are located at the top and are enhanced by a large, powerful fan. The result is food that’s crisp and delicious in no time and, most notably, it makes the perfect alternative to a deep-fat fryer for anyone adopting a healthier lifestyle. But air-fryers offer plenty of other benefits they require practically no heat up time, cook food fast and evenly, can be used away from home (making them popular for camping trips, staycations, and student living), plus clean-up is easy too. Nutritionist Jenny Tschiesche has developed 101 tried-and-tested recipes to help you get the very best out of your air-fryer. Her appealing ideas take their inspiration from all styles of world cuisine, and there is something here to suit every occasion, from snacks and sides, to complete meals and sweet treats.

A pretty good air-fryer cookbook. It has something for everyone including vegetarian recipes.
The measurements are in grams and cups so you won't necessarily have to do conversions for the ingredients. The ingredients do give alternative options such as using milk or plant base milk or different variations of oils such as olive oil or coconut oil.
The only thing this book lacked was more photos of the recipes. There are pictures but not for every recipe and some have more than one picture but no labels to match up to which recipe it belongs too.
Overall this is a good book, but if your looking for a more detailed air-fryer book this might not be the one for you.
This is a wonderful air fryer cook book, full of delicious and easy-to-prepare dishes. This book has made me less nervous about using my new ninja air fryer
𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 is the perfect way to describe this book. Air-fryers are a must-have for the kitchen, they are the latest kitchen appliance that makes cooking delicious meals quick and easy, but not everyone is familiar with air-fryer recipes. This is where Jenny Tschiesche comes to the rescue.
The Air-Fryer cookbook is your newest best friend in the kitchen. With a variety of recipes and full-colour photos, the aroma of the variety of recipes jumps off the pages. There are 101 tried-and-tested recipes and though I haven't tried all of them, the few I've tried were easy to make and the results were perfect. I'm not a fan of cooking and never get excited about recipe books but the Air-Fryer Cookbook is an exception. Its permanent place is next to my air-fryer and I use it regularly. There is such a variety of dishes to make, I never knew there were so many possibilities. I mostly made chicken and fries, but thanks to this cookbook I've even made sweet things.
We have only recently gotten an air-fryer and since these recipes are for beginners, I found the instructions easy to follow, there were no failed dishes. Contents include Basic Recipes, Fries & Snacks, Meat, Poultry, Fish & Seafood, Vegetarian & Vegan, Side Dishes and Sweet Things. If you have an air-fryer, you need the Air-Fryer Cookbook.
Many thanks to Penguin Random House SA for gifting me this copy in exchange for an honest review.
