From the author of the Amazon #1 international bestselling Square Mile series.

My name is Diana.
I’m a small-town English girl in Manhattan, being eaten alive by an all-consuming job in a city that never sleeps.

Everything I once loved now suffocates me, but long-kept secrets mean I can’t go home.

The day I was invited to join the exclusive Decadence Club was the day my life was saved. Finally, I could be anonymous; I could be anyone I wanted for one night only; I could live out my fantasies without anyone knowing.

There were only three rules:
Don’t reveal your real name
Don’t give out personal information
Never meet the same member twice
I broke all three. Then he turned up at my office.

The best lay of my life is otherwise known as Jude Peyton-Harris, notorious ball-breaking business ‘fixer’, and my new CEO. He knows my secret and he wants my job gone.

But I can’t go home.
I can only stay and fight.

Hi there!

I am a Brit indie romance author who writes about love worth fighting for.

I live in the rural south of England with my husband, daughter and crazy sprockapoo.

Until recently, I inhabited the fast-paced, adrenalin-fuelled workplaces I write about, as a communications professional. Now I spend my days dreaming up new characters and stories and trying not to lose my marbles as the mother of a spirited preschooler.

Absolutely loved this book

Another amazing book from January James. Every single time I start reading one of her stories, I am immediately sucked in and I just don't want to stop reading. All the characters are amazing and you just want to know more about them. The storyline pulls you in, the chemistry between them is off the charts and will leave you fanning yourself. This is one book you do not want to miss

January James, where have you been all my life? Such an awesome author and this is the first book I have read by her. Dirty Diana is about Diana. She has become “non motivated” in her life. She goes to the same bar each night, nothing exciting until the bartender gives her some advice and Diana takes it to heart. A woman invites her to someplace called “Decadence”. She gives her a card with a code on it and tells her she should “check it out”. Calls it her “Get out of jail” card.

Diana wasn’t going to look into it, until she remembered what the bartender said, “If you don’t change the way you live your life...who you are isn't the things you do every day...how do you expect your life to get any better?” So she checks out the location. Diana discovers it’s an “exclusive adult club”, and there is a HOT club boardmember Jude.

The two of them have an “encounter”, but the problem is that in the club you can only have one “encounter” with a member. You are supposed to move on to a different member each time. I don’t want to give anything away, but definitely read this story if you like “hot and steamy” relationships. There is a lot of mystery regarding other things that are happening in Diana life. This story was such an interesting read and sucked me in. I couldn’t leave it until the very end.

I'm an avid reader of January's, and again she had me devouring this one.
Diana is bored with her life and after a brief encounter with a stranger at a bar she ends up at Decadence Club, a place to play out your fantasies.
Here she meets a mystery man and the passion between the two is off the charts.
Unbeknown to Diana the mystery man is her new CEO.
With her job under threat she has the pressure of saving that and fighting her feelings against Jace.
A threat from the past rears its ugly head as well, so she's fighting all angles.
Will she be able to save her job? Can she fight her attraction to Jace?
A Romantic Suspense Novel that will have you devouring the pages.

I have no idea why I haven't read this author before but with Dirty Diana she has me hooked! Diana has hit rock bottom with her music VP career and is approached bya woman with a card to a club called Decadence. Finding the courage to call the number on the club she realizes it is a secret adult club and goes to get an idea if she wants to become a member. There she meets sexy boardman Jude but there are several rules to prevent emotional attachments including no names or repeat encounters. Naturally these two find themselves in an encounter and second guessing every rule placed in front of them. But the encounter isn't there last point of contact as Diana soon finds out Jude has been hired to be the CEO of her parent record company and he's known to dismantle and make companies profitable. This would mean a high likelihood the loss of her job and she launces a campaign that sets these two on Enemy territory. This book had everything! The steamy scenes were in fact fantastic. Diana makes a lovely heroine that is fierce trying to save her team's jobs. Jude is a delicious alpha that wants to protect his woman even when they can't be together. They have an instant chemistry that is described beautifully and feels real which adds some angst that they can't be together as their jobs or rules find a way in between them. Both characters also have baggage in their past but none quite as dangerous as Diana. That adds a layer of suspense to the story giving the reader a little bit of everything without feeling like you've been thrown the entire kitchen sink. I loved this book and will definitely recommend it in book groups and to others. Now off to read more from this author!

I received an ARC of this book and this review is my own honest opinion.

Dirty Diana is another superb book by January. She consistently writes amazing stories which consume you from the opening page. This book is unlike anything I have read before. It contains a sex club, forbidden relationship, office romance, lovers to enemies back to lovers.

Diana is in the music industry and scouts new indie talent. She’s in a huge rut until one night in a bar. She’s given a business card which is an invite but she doesn’t know to what. She decided to go along and see what it’s all about. Here she has an electric reaction to one of the board members but without knowing who each other is, this has complications further down the road for them.

Jude is brought in break up parts of the record company that are making losses. This means they now know who each other is, and it was so intriguing. I loved this dynamic and the way each of them dealt with their own responsibilities to their jobs.

I loved Carlos and Sheridan, they were great support characters and added to the story with their personalities. When things were getting tense I could really feel it and just imagined I was there too.
I was expecting this book to be really steamy, it isn’t to be honest, but the story is so good that I wasn’t too disappointed.

I thoroughly recommend this book along with everything that January has written so far.

Diana is from a small town in England who moved to NYC to get away from someone, She is a VP of a record label. Jude is a business fixer. He is employed by companies to pull them apart and break them down to make them more money. They meet at the exclusive Decadence Club, it was only supposed to be a one night experience until they both felt things they hadn't felt before.

I enjoyed this book. Even though Jude & Diana were working towards different goals I was cheering for them both along the way. I really felt for Jude and you could sense his struggle and I loved Diana's go get em attitude when she decided to fight the bigwigs.

I was reduced to tears towards the end with a certain scene and I loved Jude even more for how he reacted.

I'm glad January decided to give us a bonus chapter from Jude's perspective, it was nice to read about that scene telling us his thoughts.

I enjoy reading about strong confident business women who don't bow down to the men in their lives and Diana is a great addition to January's Fémmes Féroces series, This can be read as a stand alone.

I’ve decided I want to be Diana when i grow up. You know, if I wasn’t grown up already that is. Diana is a force to be reckoned with, then you add Jude to the mix, and they’re unstoppable. I love this book and everything about it. From the was that Diana and Jude meet, to the crazy turn in their relationship, to how they finally ended up together. I could be found with a goofy grin on my face through a huge portion of this book because the banter was just stellar. There’s this one guy named Aaron though that is just the worst. My only complaint is that I’ve been singing Dirty Diana in my head for days now, not that that’s really a complaint. 🤣 This book is amazing and I definitely recommend it!

Very very addictive book from January James, this time it took me less than 24 hours to read!

What I loved about this story is the build up. It's a gradual crescendo, each chapter building another layer of the characters of Diana and Jude, both of whom I adore and who are both, in their own way, quite complex with some deep seated demons from their past overhanging them. I enjoyed the fact the story was set within the music industry, it showed real flair and understanding for how cutthroat it really is! Genuinely cannot wait for another book, this lady has an immense imagination and looking forward to the next release! Although this is part of a series, it can be read as a stand alone.

Dirty Diana is another great read by January James that was filled with so much emotion and passion and lots of hot steamy scenes .

I loved Diana and Jude, their connection was magnificent from the start. Diana made a life changing choice when she entered the club Decadence and was met with the board members and not knowing what her life would be after that. Bad experience lead her to one of the best of her life but all that took turn when the man that took her breath away became her boss. Love and lust became a hate but at the end of it all there was a happy ending to the story.

Dirty Diana by January James is superb! Diana is a the bad@$$ heroine in this read. She’s bored with her everyday life. She wants more. One night she’s at the same bar she always frequents and she’s approached by a woman who gives her a special card with a secret code. Turns out is it an adult club. Let’s just say she meets someone there that will change her life. The club isn’t the only place Jude shows up either…seems he is deeply submerged into her life. The once amazing night she is now tainted. I can’t say more but let’s just say. If you like Steamy scenes…passionate moments…vengeance and so many more feels…then you will love this. I know I did! I received a free advanced copy to read and review.

Another great from January. I read this book in less than 24 hours. I couldn’t put it down! I kept thinking the book would go one way and it went the complete opposite. Diana is such a strong female. I felt more empowered just reading her story. And Jude “he would have to be a sexy motherf*cker”

Wow, this book is a gem! Each book that I read of January’s becomes a new favorite. Dirty Diana was completely addictive. It was hot and steamy, sweet, powerful with a bit of angst too.

Thanks to this book I now feel like I can be on Diana’s team for a record company too. January always has so much insight into the business world and by the end of her books I feel like a expert in whatever field is in that story.

It’s really difficult to not go all fan girl and post a spoiler free review, so basically I loved this story, Loved Diana’s growth. I loved the start of her relationship all the way to the end. All the storylines weaved into this are amazing and captivating. With the book finished I’m hoping for a sequel of these two or some more glimpses in their lives in another novel or shorty story, because I completely ship them.

WOW, WOW, WOW January James has done it again another fantastic read 😁

I had the opportunity to receive an Arc of the 1st book written by January not long after it's release and it was a brilliant read, I have since read all the books she has brought out and they never failed to disappoint, and this book is no exception , each one gets better and better 🥰

This book has you gripped from page one, Diana not happy with her life is approached by a woman and hands her a card and tells her to call, after pondering over what to do she finally makes the decision to call, and the called changed her life 😍
Sex club, sexy man, CEO and a love/hate relationship put them all together and boom you have a story that keeps you gripped.

I love the supporting characters January puts in her books, they put personalities into the stories she writes aswell and help bring the stories together ❤

Loved this magnificent book ….5 huge stars….

Another powerful female, one who knows what she wants..
I couldn’t stop reading as every page gripped me.
A wonderful storyline, you can visually see that happening.
Diana met a man at Decadence a private club .
Such a decadent club , added with a sensuality that Diana didn’t quite know what she was getting herself into .

Their real names are not used .

Diana’s life was not as she wanted it to be , she was courageous and turned her life around.

When a certain man came into her life everything changed perhaps for him as well?
Wonderfully written with wonderful characters, all the characters are solid , that made this book such an intriguing and enjoyable read.

This is what I call a rather delicious book extremely sensual, a beautiful book I cried happy tears .
Once again January you have hit the mark..

Dirty Diana has everything ....

DIRTY DIANA
is the first book I have read by January James, and I am wondering ... why? I must admit it took me a couple of chapters to really "get into" the story, but when I did ... WOW!!! Ms James captured my attention immediately and I found it extremely hard to put down after that.

Small town girl, Diana Delaney, moved to New York City to escape from her past and to further her career. Working for a record label, she scouts out new Indie talent, but lately her life doesn't seem to be going anywhere. A chance encounter at a local bar and a business card, engraved with "Decadence", is about to change everything. After calling the number and receiving information, Diana realises that it is an elusive sex club. Deciding to attend Diana meets a man who she is instantly attracted to, but the club has rules: no real names, no second encounters, and no exchanging of personal information. Jude Peyton-Harris is the man businesses hire when they need fixing. In his sights is Diana's area of the record label. What will his recommendations be? Complications arise when both Diana and Jude realise they know each other.

I loved this story, it had everything ... a strong woman, a powerful man, intrigue, chemistry, heat, drama, and mystery and suspense regarding Diana's past. The chemistry between Diana and Jude was palpable, but it was both realistic and relatable. I loved seeing how strong Diana was as she fought with such determination for what she believed in. Jude was magnificent, even though he knew he had a task to complete, I admired the fact that he was torn between his duty and the obvious feelings he had for Diana.

If you love a strong woman and a man who is not scared off by them, but rather acknowledges that strength, then you'll love DIRTY DIANA.

Dirty Diana is the second book in the Femmes Feroces series, and is a standalone telling the story of Diana Delaney, a woman from England working as a VP for a record label.

The author portraits another strong woman, which makes everything possible to save her career but also to carry on with her ideas, even though in the process some powerful people are disturbed by it.
Diana meets mysterious Jude Peyton-Harris at a club, Decadence, a private club which she joined when she had a hard time in her life. But was she aware that Jude was the man hired to be her new CEO, no she wasn't, so imagine her surprise.

They had a connection from the start and the feelings appeared very fast between them, but due to certain circumstances they needed to take a step down from their newly found relationship.
Diana harbors a heavy secret, a secret which made her leave England. Jude also has something which affected his life and made him a close off and cold man. But they both leaned on each other and overcame the hard stuff, helping each other to heal.

It was interesting to read about Diana, I felt that is was her awakening in a way, because at the beginning she was kind of laid back. But she trusted herself and managed to came on top in the end. But I would have liked to read more about hers and Jude relationship, I felt that everything happened too fast between them and sometimes something was missing. I liked that they worked together as a team in the end. Jude is really a good and caring man, with strong emotions, which in front of Diana isn't shy to show them off.

It was an enjoyable read, this story of powerful Diana.

From the minute I read the blurb for Dirty Diana I knew it was something I had to read!! It sounded soo fun and intriguing! Having finished it in record time I can now definitely attest it is.

It follows Diana as she hits rock bottom working as VP at a struggling record label, when a card falls in her lap and a one chance meeting at the Decandence Club turns out to be soo much more. Soon the masked stranger, turns out to be her new Boss and the fight to the finish truly begins.

Diana is hard working, courageous and relatable!! Her point of view is so engaging and ties you to the story page after page. The best way I could sum up Dirty Diana is a cross between the movies The Proposal and Burlesque. It's all the desire and velvet curtains set in the corporate world.

The connection between Jude and Diana is fast passed and fiery!! It sucks you in right from the beginning. As Diana and Jude go head to head in the boardroom its a mix of fire and ice that makes it impossible to put it down. Just as you think you know where the storyline is going, everything changes, I loved how captivating and dynamic it was.

This book is part of a series but a standalone in its own right. I read this as a complete standalone soo if you are coming in fresh without having read the previous book, rest assured. You needn't worry about catching up!

THIS WAS INTENSE🙌🏼

✓ Billionaire romance
✓ Stalker situation + other problems
✓ Proper business world
✓ Secret posh sex club
✓ Single POV (still very amazing)

From the very moment Jude & Diana saw each other, the electricity could be felt... that sizzling connection... off the fucking charts💣

As always, @JanuaryJames gave us a book to love & remember. This is the second book of Fémmes Féroces series & it sucks you in.

Jude is perceived as ruthless & stone cold due to his profession but he might be the most caring, kind hearted, sexy man in the world. He supported Diana the whole time in an indirect way even though there was a conflict & clash of interest.

Diana just needed to get her head back in the game & as soon as she did, she became a firecracker bursting with fantastic ideas. She took risks with the business & did not back down even when her personal life was talked about.

The concert scene!! Oh my god, my absolute favourite part!

The storyline is really different where we get romance, connection, passion, business plans, highs & lows, dirty secrets & past problems ending with a HEA.

I really like how the happy ending didn't include Jude reuniting with his mom. I'm not against it but maybe in future that can happen. I appreciate how it wasn't that Diana gave him advice & magically Jude forgot & forgave.

Steamy, angsty and romantic

Dirty Diana by January James
Genre: Romance, Fiction
Rating: 3.8/5
Review:
She was invited to join an exclusive club after being exhausted from her all consuming job. But as soon as she stepped foot into it, she didn't expect it be something like this. Moreover, she didn't expect to meet a guy whom she couldn't get out of her mind.

The story is romantic, steamy, emotional, angsty and dreamy. It has a fast moving plot line with a strong female protagonist. Both the protagonists have instant attraction and chemistry, but the circumstances in the plot that try to keep them apart are intriguing. The story is a little unusual with some drama and twists which the readers will want to read more about. A recommended book for readers who like this genre.

Personal Take:
The twist in the beginning made me want to read more. The story was Engaging and emotional. I loved the chemistry between the characters and I was rooting for them till the end. But somehow, I felt it was a little short compared to the author's previous works. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable read.

I received an ARC and this is my first time reading anything by January Jones. But it probably won't be my last. January builds an intriguing world and I enjoyed the story, the amount of steam and the characters.

We start with Diana, a music exec for a small indie label who has hit rock bottom. She spends basically every night at a hole in the wall bar staring at the bottom of a glass. That was until she has a short encounter with a mystery woman who invites her to "Decadence".

What happens from here is a roller coaster that I loved riding. When she finally decides to check out this private sex club she meets a mystery man whom she shares INCREDIBLE sexual chemistry. So much that they break almost all the rules. But then, her world turns upside down when that mystery man is now suddenly her new CEO, Jude.

The push and pull with Diana and Jude is delectable. The chemistry that January builds between them is electric and enticing. I enjoyed the many twists and turns between these two. You become invested in their journey and relationship. Can't wait to read more by this author.

Absolute page-turner

This story is an exceptional read! The burb was what first called me to this book. The story draws you, with the characters and the plot. I am not sure why I have not heard of January James' work before, but after reading this I am a fan. I will be looking for more of her work.

Diana and Jude are two characters that are so very interesting. Diana is a slump, work and life-wise; until one day she is given an invitation to join a club called Decadence. There she meets Jude, who has provided her in her words with, 'the best lay of my life'.

While making an effort to get out of her slump, she starts to focus on her career and how to make things better in the office. There is a change in the CEO and Jude is now her new CEO

How do you manage the feelings for a man you are crazy in lust with, who is now your boss? How do you manage your past without people all in your business? How do you carry on with all this weight on your shoulders?

January James took all these issues and more and made this a page-turner!!

Reasons I enjoyed this book:

Entertaining, Page-turner, Steamy, Wonderful characters

"Dirty Diana" is another fabulous book by January James and Diana is another bad ass female character. It is the second book in her Fémmes Féroces series and the books just keep getting better. Diana and Jude are great and complex characters. The story is great right from the start. January James has a way with words and crafting a compelling story that keeps you on the edge of your seat and craving more. I loved this book, I was drawn in right from the start and once I picked it up I did not want to put it down. I loved not only Diana and Jude but there are other great secondary characters in the story. I am looking forward to what is next from January James, I became a fan after the first book of hers I read. And while I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving this review, January James is a "one click" author for me and I have already pre-ordered a copy for my library.

Diana and Jude have such great chemistry! The character development was perfect!

No spoilers with my review! This is a must read for 2021!

Diana's life is in a rut, and she's become complacent about it all that it takes a bartender giving her advice, and someone giving her an invite to a club called Decadence to shake her world up. She decides to step out of her comfort zone & goes to this adult club, and has and has a HOT experience with a member that she can't get out of her mind, but there are rules, you can't have more than one encounter with a member but the level of heat she has with this member is rare in life. Little did she know that her HOT dude would show up to shake things up in her job, as Jude is now her CEO so her stress levels are up because her job is on the line but she's ready for battle. However, there's still all of that hot chemistry so you really don't want to pass this page turner up since I was on the edge of my seat as I devoured this story in one sitting! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wow!! How have I missed reading this author before now?? The author had me sucked in and wanting more within pages. Such an intriguing story about Diana and how she is just stuck in a rut and when she receives some good advice and a once in a lifetime chance she takes it. And ohboy!! I love how it all unfolded. Such an enjoyable story!
