The future relationship between the ZOO and the world will forever be changed.
Taylor and Niki are faced with a relationship crisis that will change their future.
The ZOO just wants ‘out’ to finish what it was genetically created to accomplish.
Who is going to win, humanity or the ZOO?
Mankind must do something it hasn’t done… since forever.
Will Taylor, Niki, and the team be able to help the world going forward?
One man’s hate of aliens and the woman who loves him might be pivotal to many of these questions.
A Prince has decided that his collection of specimens will be the most unique in the world.
Unfortunately, those in the cages might be the most intelligent in the area.
A Prince is adamant that his security is superior, but is it really? Will the Prince be responsible for the downfall of the African Continent? Will Taylor and Niki survive this ZOO excursion?
As if things weren't bad enough with having to constantly fight the ZOO, in order to keep it contained, there's another break out - but, this time, it's hundreds of miles away, and very close to a city of millions of people!
How that outbreak started is, of course, obvious to the reader, although those who might end up investigating it, will probably never know.
What is very obvious to anyone watching it all happen, though, is that humanity really does have to start taking a possible alien invasion more seriously.
With McFadden and Banks, plus the Hot Metal Team's involvement, in trying to stop this second invasion of the ZOO, then you can guarantee extra heroics, as they fight through a jungle-smothered city, doing their best to fight the Monsters, as they rescue as many people as possible!
This is definitely an action-packed, nail-biting read and, to my surprise, considering this is the last book of this series, it didn't actually end in any way that precludes seeing our heroes in further books - so I'm really hoping that Taylor, Niki, Vickie, and company, will be included in further series.
Whatever happens, though, I'm still thoroughly loving the many and varied ZOO sets of series!
Talking of which, the next book for me to read, is Book Nine of the Birth of Heavy Metal series: 'More Time to Kill' - so I'm hoping that Taylor and Niki's story continues in it!
Anyway, I'm very eager to continue reading, so I'll catch you on the flip side, to let you know what I think of this next chapter in the story!
You would think after all the warnings people would have gotten a clue that the zoo should not be transferred in any form or fashion any where at any time ever but there’s always one(or 100) idiots that know better but the zoo was changing more than anyone realized it was getting aggressive and trying to break out on its own in many different ways can’t wait to read then next one it’s about teaching the next generation of zoo hunters how to drop a helicopter on their heads
Holy carp Michael! One of the best of the ZOO books! Fantastic and I sincerely hope that one of my favorite series isn't coming to a close any time soon! Awesome read and a must read for all! As always thanks for what you do Michael. It does make a difference brother. Ad Aeternitatem
Not sure what happens next if anything, but hope there is at least 1 or 2 more, are in the works to tidy up loose ends This book is much more about the Zoo and its impact on the world at large and less about M&B. They still figure in the story, but it's more how the Zoo pulls them into stuff, rather than them doing stuff and the Zoo on the background
These stories are entertaining , exciting and adventurous. They only keep getting better. I can’t wait to see where they and the rest of the Zoo cohorts continue in future books. ENJOY!
Yet again M & B have to come to the rescue but as things that have been building for the past few books start coming to a head this brings things into a great jumping point for the big Zoo war as things get large quick.
A gripping conclusion to McFadden and Banks, though I would really appreciate a book nine, since there were some things NOT wrapped up. The ZOO is attacking, with a vengeance, and has discovered a way to sneak itself out of bounds. Earth will never be the same.
Rich people live in their own reality but they really need help to evict the Cryptids. Great characters with realistic situations and lots of action and adventure. I look forward to more from this series
This series and universe is awesome. The characters are great, there is always a ton of action. The backstory and universe building is also really fun and detailed. I recommend this book and series.
I put off reading this book as long as possible, not because I don’t like the series, but because I do. Also waiting makes the time before the next one seem shorter. Nothing but action here, and a surprise waiting. A good read for all.
Why would someone decide that bring Zoo flora and fauna near population was a good idea. Now this zoo-zoo has started growing! Will they be able to stop it?
