Liam Johnson has always been the quiet one of the group. He hides behind a screen and watches as life unfolds for people all around the world. He served his country and now serves his team, but he’s never been the one people run to for help, especially not women.
Caitlyn Powers was born with the world at her beck and call. As a child model, she had everything she could have ever wanted. She never understood the word no, and she never cared to. But everything changed when her entire world came crashing down around her and the one person she always counted on disappeared.
Liam expects his trip home for his parents’ 40th anniversary party to be quick and uneventful. The curvy waitress who serves him dinner looks just like his high school crush. When she gives him her phone number and asks him to meet her after the party, Liam knows there’s no way it’s Caitlyn.
Except he’s wrong. And meeting her might be the most dangerous thing he’s ever done.
USA TODAY Bestselling Author Mary E Thompson spent most of her childhood wishing she had a few less curves. She hid in the pages of books because her favorite characters never cared what size her clothes were. Now, neither does Mary, and she writes stories that celebrate women like her. Real women who have curves, chase dreams, and find love, because we should all be happy, no matter our dress size. Mary spends her non-writing time with her husband and two kids, watching too much TV, cheering for her hometown football team (Go Bills!), and hiding chocolate from her family.
I was hooked from the first page and this had me until the very end! I loved the chemistry of these two and how their relationship developed. The case itself was sad but the outcome was wonderful. I loved the side characters and hated the parents. I felt for both main characters and all that they had to go through. I will definitely be recommending to friends!!

This is the first book I have read from this series so I can say that you don't have to read the prior stories to fully understand and enjoy this one. I loved having this written in a multiple POV format. Especially the villain of the story. Just WOW!
As someone who was a size 24, I could totally understand and identify with the female protagonist, Caitlyn Powers. Well except I was always a large girl and never a skinny model. I fell in love with Liam Johnson (English). Nerdy Liam had a crush on Caitlyn growing up and he doesn't recognize her at first. Liam is in town to look for a missing person and uses his parents party as a cover.
Caitlyn reported her BFF missing but no one has taken her seriously and have written the friend off as if she left town. Caitlyn knows better. Upon seeing Liam again, she wants to enlist his help not knowing his true intent.
This two have some hurdles to overcome in finding out what happened to her friend. Who can they trust in a town that doesn't like Caitlyn and definitely not her missing friend.
This is a sexy read so I would caution anyone who doesn't care for that.
This is book nine in The F-Bomb: Seal's Love Curves Series and it is Liam and Caitlyn's story. This book takes you in right from the first page and kept me hooked right until the last one and I couldn't put this book down as it was so addictive and full of action. The chemistry between Liam and Caitlyn was so strong and intense and I loved how even though they had there differences they still manage to work through them and they were perfect together and for each other and I found myself hoping that they would eventually get a chance to have a happy ending that they both deserve. I have really enjoyed every single book in this series and the characters and storyline was so engaging with real depth to them and I can't wait to read more books by Mary E Thompson who is an amazing author and writer and she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention and on the edge of their seats while reading her books and I definitely recommend you read this book and others by her and you will definitely not be disappointed.

Miss Thompson can do no wrong. The F-Bomb series have been a great read and this one us no exception.
Liam 'English Johnson is back in the one place he never thought he'd be home. Good thing he is only here for work. Hopefully it will be a quick few days. Only things never work out like you want them to. Caitylyn Powers ex model now a curvy server is frantic to find out what happened to her best friend Jeanine. The police are uninterest and no one believes her friend is missing. Her last hope is the one man she never thought she see would see again. But she will do anything to find her friend. Unfortunately English and Caitlyn are in a small town with even smaller minds and are not interested in helping them and one determined person who will do whatever is needed to keep their secrets. Great Read
I have read all of the books in this series. I enjoyed all of them but this one fell short. Throughout the whole book everything seemed rushed, lacking depth, and predictable. The antagonist was obvious; no red herrings to build suspense. It was like the author was following a template for a cheesy Harlequin romance with a female lead who can’t love herself (but she claims she does) and a male protagonist who can’t wait to jump in bed with his high school crush (with no strings attached).
I get that the timeframe of the book is tight. I understand that people can fall in love quickly. This book just did not portray those things, and the plot, successfully.
It was a sophomoric attempt which felt more like the author’s first writing attempt and not the last book of a good series.

Joann and her sister, Jolene, own their grandmother's house in Ireland, they haven't been to see it in years, as they live in America. Then they receive an offer to purchase and Joann goes over to meet the buyer, but they're very cagey. She meets the O'Neill brothers who own the local clinic and is very taken with Ronan, who is also smitten with her, but is hiding something. Another great read in the series from KC. This the final book in this series and a really enjoyed reading, I plan on going back and starting at the beginning of the series. This is a second chance at romance of two people that went to high school together. Neither realized how the other felt at the time, now years later she needs his help to find her best friend. She has heard that he can find anyone and she really hopes that's true.

English is in town for a case and decides to visit his family when he meets up with a woman from his past. There's murders, fires, injuries to had in this book. The book was fascinating to read kept you reading to the thrilling end! Another great story from Mary E. Thompson.
This series is what’s best about the romantic suspense genre. They have plenty of action with the perfect amount of romance/love/sex. Liam and Caitlin were perfect together. They did a great job overcoming their own insecurities and accepting that they were worthy of love.
I've been waiting for English's story/HEA and it's finally here!! The F-Bomb series is awesome! The world that Ms. Thompson has created just sucks you in. I feel like I'm sitting next to English while he's on the computer or watching Caitlyn try to get someone to listen to her.
Jeanine Waterford has gone missing, Caitlyn's best friend. Caitlyn's gone to the police, the FBI was contacted and the case was sent to the F-Bomb (awesome name huh lol) offices.
English, Liam Johnson, grew up in East Charlottesville, Vermont, so it made sense for him to be chosen to head there under the ruse of going to his parents' anniversary party. Meanwhile, he's asking questions about Jeanine Waterford to see if he can find any answers.
The first 24 hours are certainly packed full of action and it's quickly becoming evident that Caitlyn is right, Jeanine is missing, something happened and she didn't just run off.
I love how Ms. Thompson has curvy women in her books and sexy, alpha men find them attractive.
I highly recommend not just this book but the entire series! Getting to know each member of the group is truly worth your sleepless nights! You'll have a new favorite book boyfriend before you finish the series!!
