I watched an interview with Alan Strudwick that led me to want to read his book. I’m grateful that he told his story so honestly and plainly like he did in this book. His story and his background before coming to Christ adds weightiness to what he has to say and I appreciate someone writing about something that is hard to find perspective on nowadays since New Age practices are embedded into a lot of of post-Christian Western culture now.

Very much an eye-opening book on how simple things like yoga can be new age. Definitely changing some of my routines from now on.
