Dante “Diablo” Santini, newest member of the Washington chapter of the Sons of Sangue, is on the hunt for a son he hasn’t seen in six years. After spending four years in the pen, set up on bogus charges by the boy’s mother and the cop assigned to the case, he has no idea where to start looking. Trouble is, as a newly turned vampire, Dante isn’t all that sure he’s what’s best for his son. On an off-chance encounter, Dante crosses paths with a stunning young woman who just might be able to help.
Angelica “Angel” Hart runs a safe house, taking in battered women and children, giving them shelter and food. When a devilishly attractive biker comes looking for his son, Angel’s not about to endanger her clients by offering him help. Problem is, Dante’s not taking no for an answer. The sexy biker sets out to prove there’s more to him than the motorcycle vest he wears, unwittingly landing Angel in the middle of an ongoing feud his MC has with a Mexican cartel.
When Angel witnesses the deadly message sent by the Sons of Sangue to the cartel’s kingpin, her thinly held trust in Dante begins to crumble. He not only chances losing his son, but the one woman who could save him from his past sins.

Dante and Angel have off the charts chemistry. She rouses all of his protective instincts, he is her walking fantasy! This book is a hot read and a great way to kickoff a new Chapter of the Sons of Sangue series!!
I was given an ARC copy for my honest opinion Once again Patricia has written a book full of emotions Characters we love and some that are plain nasty Dante ( Diablo) our hero and Angeline (Angel) our heroine are two very different people .. They say opposites attract this seems to be the case. Very safety conscious of people around her Angel is very wary of Dante and his motives at first But she slowly sees a different side of him when she opens her eyes and heart. Add some of our favourites in to the mix and cartel members all makes for an exciting book Well done on another amazing book and I look forward to reading the next in this series
I have been looking forward to reading this new series since forever and it did not disappoint! Dante "Diablo" has a good heart, a diamond in the rough. Guilty of past "sins" not of his making, he finds redemption in Angelica, who sees through his rough exterior straight into his heart. The story has perfect levels of heat and sweetness to make it a great and satisfying read. Looking forward to more of the same!
Diablo Welcome to the Sons of Sangue-Washington (the second chapter of the Sons of Sangue MC group)
In this book we met Dante “Diablo” Santini and Angelica Hart. Dante (a.k.a. Diablo) is the VP of this Sons of Sangue MC chapter. He was turned by Mircea (Vlad’s brother). Dante landed in prison for 4 years because of the trumped up lies by his ex about aggravated assault and battery. Since his ex came from a rich family and because of the way he looked, no one believed his side of the story. So because of this, Diablo lost 6 years of his son’s life, (4 in prison and 2 in searching for him) Angelica “Angel” Hart ran a shelter for battered women and their children. She herself came from an abusive relationship. She had inherited the house from her mother (who had died from breast cancer and her father who had died from a massive heart attack when she was 8 years old). She decided that she wanted to help those in need and also vowed to never become a victim again. Diablo and Angelica (Angel) first saw each other in a tavern called Randy’s. Diablo had just gotten out of a fight and Angel was the waitress who was cleaning up the broken bottles and the beer on the floor. Little did Diablo know that Angel would play a part in his life that would bring him back to the living and help him find his son. During all of the time that they were thrown together, things from Diablo’s past came back into play. As time goes on and they start to understand each other better, things start heating up both in their personal lives and in the problems that arise during the book. You will not be able to put this book down. If it wasn’t because I couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer, I would have finished this book in one night. Patricia, you have done it again. It was nice seeing old friends from Oregon come to visit this new chapter in Washington.
I received this book for free from the author in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
I loved immersing myself back into the world of the Sons of Sangue. Patricia really knocked it out of the park with this book. I loved seeing some of the Oregon Chapter pop in here and there. I’ve missed the boys. Thank you Patricia for this opportunity to sink back into the world of the Sons and the all too sexy vampires.
Dante “Diablo” Santini, a former member of the California Devils MC, is a new Sangue member in the Washington Chapter. He has a heartbreaking backstory that manages to endear him to you all the more. He will do anything to find his son even if it’s just to see him one time.
Angelica “Angel” Hart is a strong, fierce woman who runs a domestic abuse shelter for women and their children and part time bar waitress. She will protect her clients every way she can.

The first book in the Sons of Sangue MC Washington chapter is a terrific bridge from the original Oregon chapter series, bringing back a few favorites while introducing the readers to a whole new group of bad boys with hearts of gold. And the return of a formidable nemesis!
Heaven and Hell meet when Diablo and Angel come together. They maneuver through individual traumas and unexpected danger, learning to accept themselves and each other against preconceived beliefs. Their chemistry is hot and reverent – there’s a true respect for each other even when they’re steaming up the sheets!
I’m looking forward to continuing the Sons of Sangue series to see how relationships unfold as they go head-to-head with evil!
I was hooked from the moment I started reading. Love all of Patricia's books
Main character Diablo has had it rough with being set up, losing his kid and now to top it all off, the woman who can help him, is reluctant to do so.
Angelica Hart is a one of kind woman, smart, beautiful, and has a good heart. She runs a halfway home for abused women, but when Diablo comes calling for her help, she puts up a wall and judges Diablo just by look and name, but you know the saying: Never judge a book by it's cover because you will be surprised what that book has on the inside.
I read this book in 2 days, it would of been sooner, but I had work..lol. Another great read from an amazing author!!!!
Fantastic. What a start to the chapter of this series moving to Washington chapter of Sons of Sangue. This book had it all. Hot romance. Tons of action and fighting. Great lead into other hopeful books in the series. The couple of Dante & Angel are amazing. I could have read 1000 more pages about them.
Patricia has brought the world of vampire bikers to a whole new level with this new chapter of Sons Of Sangue. Dante and Angel are a perfect match for each with some conflict, some steamy scenes and what do you know some vampirism. You even get a small glimpse of the other Sons and what is going on with them. Another great book in the next adventure of the Sons
OMG!!!!! From the moment I started reading, I couldn't put it down. Seeing a different side to Dante pulled at my heart. All the sons have had some tough battles of the heart but this one pulls at the heart. If you haven't started the series, then all can say " what are you waiting for ". Love the Sons of Sangu
What can I say that hasn't already been said? Excellent? Superb? Exciting? Hot? Perfect? This book was all that! It also opens up many more books to come. Rasey knows what she's doing here with these guys. I'm so ready for more!
Patricia Rasey is an author who has created a unique world of vampires who are bada** MC members and brings you the legendary myth of Vlad to the modern day, while keeping to the legend. In Diablo you get another hero you can’t help but fall in love with and a heroine you wish you could be. Ms. Rasey is right up there with JR Ward when it comes to crafting a story that’s pulls you in and gets you invested and Diablo is one you’ll be deeply invested in. #diabloismine to
I have been sitting trying to think of something witty to say. Something to share how amazing this story was to read. This is what I came up with: This story reaches into the deepest depths of hell and brings light to Washington. His name might be Diablo but he fights off the evil invading Washington. Diablo maybe in darkness but his life brightens when he meets his Angel. Diablo is HOT!! HOT!! HOT!! Diablo is all alpha.
Then I thought that it still doesn't give the book the credit the story deserves. This story can be placed in so many of today's popular genres. I love the combining of vampires and MC. That alone brings so much reading pleasure.--Fangs and revving engines--Sign me up.
Add in Diablo being a single dad, searching for his son after being separated for so long--SWOON!! I could feel his frustration. I felt his pain, his frustration, his anger. My heart bled for this wronged man.
Let's not forget the Cartel. How ironic that Diablo will come up against the cartel. I knew that would add a lot of suspense, conspiracy and frankly just scary pages. Grab the popcorn. Tensions will rise.
If that isn't enough, Angel (How cool is that, Diablo and Angel, opposites attract) runs a safe house for abused women in hiding. Angel's past and present experiences makes her a very judgmental person. Her walls are high. Her walls are thick. Watching those walls crumble was a delight.
I guess what I am trying to say is that I thoroughly enjoyed Diablo. There was a lot of "blew my mind" moments. I love it when I don't see it coming. I cherish the moments that deserve silence to absorb the positive emotions, the feeling of love rolling over me.
Best of all I got my happily ever after. Not only that but the author gave hints of what is to come. Even without reading a single blurb, I know that I will be counting down to release day.
This is the first book in the Sons of Sangue -Washington Chapter. We get to meet up with some old friends from prior Sons stories, and meet many intriguing new ones.
This book centers on Dante (Diablo) Santini, and Angelica Hart. Dante is a former member of the Devils MC, having been patched over to the Sons previously. He’s on a quest to try to find his son from a prior relationship. WARNING : This book touches briefly on themes of domestic violence.
He’s put in touch with Angelica (Angel), as she runs a “safe house”:for battered women, and thus has contacts. And guess what? She is the sexy waitress he saw at the bar the previous night.
And the fireworks begin to smolder between Diablo and Angel …. And can’t be put out.
Even as the Mexican cartel rears their ugly head again to try to take down the Sons, as they are the one thing standing between them and domination of the drug trade in the Pacific Northwest.
Even as his ex’s boyfriend that caused him to be sent to prison decides to show up.
I don’t want to say too much as I don’t want to give away spoilers. That’s not how I roll.
Let’s just say a few things here. Read Diablo. Carefully. Pay attention to all the characters.
If you haven’t bought it yet, go get it. Now. What are you waiting for? Read it, then come back here. I’ll say I told you so.
Disclaimer: I received an Advance Readers Copy in exchange for an honest review.
Patricia A. Rasey hits it out of the park with her newest release, Diablo. If you have read the Sons of Sangue series, you will be excited for this read. If you aren’t familiar with the Sons, Diablo will win you over. The Oregon Chapter of the Motorcycle Club, Sons of Sangue, Vampire Bikers, have branched out, starting a chapter in Washington State. Diablo is the first book of the Washington Chapter.
The book kicks off action packed as we learn about our characters. Dante Santini, nicknamed Diablo, tall, strong, devil tattoos, spent some time in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. He’s thinking about a son he hasn’t seen in four years and hoping one day he can find him. Angelica works in a bar, and runs a shelter for abused women. A bar fight, a glance at each other, and they are both caught up in something they can’t escape. Diablo’s time in prison, can he convince Angel that he is innocent? Will he be able to get her to help find his son? A Mexican drug cartel, suspicions, murder, drugs, and motorcycles. Oh, and he’s a Vampire. Will she ever be able to love him? Follow this exciting story from start to finish, you won’t be disappointed.
Suspenseful and Sexy. Diablo has returned to tell his story! Saved by his transition he joined the Sons of Sangue and is now moving north to start a new club and draw in the cartel that is trying to move into Sons' territory. That in itself is high risk but now, since his release from prison, his desire to find his son and become a part of his life or just to know he has the life he deserves Diable...Dante begins the search for his son....which has him at the door of a beautiful woman who runs a shelter for women and children. Not having been a Son or a vampire for very long he is finding himself stumbling, screwing up, and becoming a bit obsessed with the one woman who might be able to help him find his son.... The characters are complex and passionate, emotions run high as suspense builds and ghosts from his past come back to threaten those who could become his family! A must read for fans and maybe the beginning of a new book addiction for those who love suspense, passion, and twists that keep you up into the wee hours because you just can't put stop turning the pages!
This book is the first book in the spin off from the original sons of Sangue MC series by Patricia A Rasey. Diablo was amazing and if it is any indication of what's to come I for one can not wait for the next installment . Diablo had alot of baggage and wanted to get to the bottom of being set up and sent to prison for a crime he didn't commit . Angel ran a safe house for abused women and children and hoped to one day have her own family. Circumstances lead Angel and Diablo on a collision course that rivaled any love story . I loved the twists and turns in this story and the chemistry between Diablo and Angel was off the charts hot. Patricia A Rasey is an amazing author who brings to life the stories of each individual character in the sons leaving her readers wanting more and more . I highly recommend this series to any reader who loves vampires and bikers .
Diablo is a very good start to the Sons of Sangue (SoS), Washington Chapter, series. I loved every bit of Dante “Diablo” Santini’s and Angelica “Angel” Hart’s story and backstory. To me, Dante was actually a sheep in devil’s clothing, even though he needs to have his devil side come out when his and the SoS enemies need to be taught a lesson. And talk about the hot factor – Dante has it in spades. Angel is definitely the light to Diablo’s dark, and they complement each other perfectly. I liked how we got to see some of the original SoS members in this story, and we also got a glimpse into some of the other members of the Washington Chapter as well as some of the members of the rival MC from California -– the Devils. Diablo is a great addition to the SoS series, and I can't wait to read the books to come. I received an ARC of this book and was very happy to leave my personal review.
Patricia Rasey did not miss a beat with this book. Diablo is the first book in the Washington chapter of the Son's of Sangue. Patricia has given us a well written story that flows effortlessly from one scene to the next. On a side note this story does touch on domestic abuse and that can be a trigger for some. Diablo has strong lead characters and secondary characters that I'm dying to know more about. We do get a visit with a few of our favorites from the Oregon chapter. Overall it is a fantastic start with brand new characters that I can't wait to read about. I would highly recommend reading the Oregon chapter first. Start with Viper and go from there due to characters and ongoing storylines.
What a fantastic book to start the series! Ms. Rasey captured my attention and my heart right from the start with her characters and story line. There is not a dull moment in this story. This story is about Dante “Diablo” Santini, newest member of the Washington chapter of the Sons of Sangue and Angelica “Angel” Hart runs a safe house, taking in battered women and children. These two people are polar opposites and they have some intense chemistry together despite trying to ignore it. Can she open her heart again? Can they fight their demons and have a HEA? Will she stand by him when she learns his deepest darkest secrets? Only one way to see and that is to check out this book! You will be glad you did!!! I was! I can not wait for the next book to be released! So excited for this series!
As SoS works their expansion in outside Seattle, Dante ‘Diablo’ Santini ponders his desire to see his son he last saw 6yes ago, before prison and his vampirism. Spotting beauty, Angelica ‘Angel’ Hart in a local bar, Diablo isn’t certain he should even try, again the vampirism. But when Diablo’s given Angel’s number as a lead to help ferret out his ex and his son, he’s floored.
Twice more Diablo and Angel run into each other with less than desirable results. Just as Diablo charms Angel enough to give him a chance to plead his case, SoS gets word their rival, the Devils, are connecting with the cartel to expand their illegal businesses so our SoS team devises a plan to stop that action and send a message. Rating: 4.25stars
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Rasey has set her mark is has started running. The Sons of Sangue has a new West Coast Chapter in the State of Washington. You will meet new characters starting with Diablo. The author knows how to kick off the new chapter with a sensitive and yet dangerous man who is looking for his son. What what he finds on his journey is something and someone he did not know he needed. Come and get patched into the Sons of Sangue Washington Chapter.
This book story easily flowed from the Oregon SoS to the Washington Chapter of SoS. Diablo was a Devil, but when La Paz Cartel reenters his life and puts his Angel in danger, he shows how much of a Devil he can be. I loved that we get to see the Oregon Sons in this series as well. Granted Vlad wasn't in it, but it was a really good story. (I am VERY partial to Vlad!) I cannot wait to see how Diablo and the Sons handle Tyler. That is the only loose end that I feel needs to be tied up in this book.
Once I discovered Sons of Sangue I read the series and not disappointed with the new Washington Chapter. So this is about Dante (Diablo) Santini who is a new member and looking for his son after 4 yrs in prison for a crime he did not commit. Angelica (Angel) Hart who runs a safe house for women & their children. Dante comes to see Angel asking for her help in finding his son but Angel doesn't trust easily bc of her past. Dante doesn't give up on trying to get Angel to help him. I can't wait to read more from the WA chapter. I took my time with reading this book bc I didn't want it to end.
I have been waiting a long time for this new book of the Sons of Sangue, Washington Chapter to come out, and let me tell you I am not disappointed! Great job Patricia Rasey!! Dante and Angel have such great chemistry and there is interaction from some of the other Sons of Sangue MC characters along with the cartel. This story action packed and lots of steam.
I read the entire Sons of Sangue series and didn’t think it could get any hotter! But let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised! When sweet Angel works through her mistrust and misjudgments about edgy MC member Diablo and allows him to show his true protective (and sexy as hell!) nature, things get HOT. This is a hell of a start to the new series and I would recommend it to anyone! Five stars yet again from Rasey!
You can never go wrong with a book by Patricia A. Rasey. Diablo is the first book of the Sons of Sangue Washington chapter. The Chemistry between Diablo and Angel is off the roof and the tension in the story is wow! I loved this book cause we got to see some of the old characters from the Oregon chapter and it felt familiar. It felt like returning home. I loved the Oregon Chapter and i am sure we will all love the Washington Chapter as well.
Well damn, Patricia Rasey did it again. Like I've said before who can resist Hot Vamp Bikers. Every single SOS book has been amazing. I thought Vlad was my fave but after reading Diablo OMG he's right up there with Vlad. My heart burst when you find out his son Tyler has been there the entire time under the same roof as Angel. As for Greg I was fist pumping when he ended LOL
I'm anticipating the next book will be Gunner and the Cartel. But I could be wrong. Just bring on more SoS.
He went to the Washington Chapter of Son's and wanted to find his son. Years before he was set up and served time for something he didn't do... He lost track of his ex and his son. Gunner, his Pres, told him of someone who might help him find them. He wanted to know his son was ok...he definitely didn't want his ex! He finds the woman who Gunner sent him to... Angel...and yes she was as far as he was concerned. Great story... Can't wait for more SOS!!!
