What would you do if first contact was made?
As much as scientist Emeline Cameron would love to explore the possibilities of that intriguing question, indulging in her science fiction fantasies would have to wait. She and her team were the youngest scientists to be contracted by the government to find a solution to the solar flare disruptions that were affecting orbiting satellites. What didn’t thrill him was when the United Alliance of Planets assigned him to be the technical advisor to a secret military mission to help resolve an imminent threat to an obscure planet called Earth. As far as Nox knew, Earth was just discovering fire. Little did he know he would find a more advanced society and unexpected love.

I loved this book… characters, suspense, emotions, technology… I highly recommend this book… I can’t wait for the next book to continue the journey. I’m hooked.

Just finished Forever Altered by NW Couillard. Awesome, thoroughly enjoyed it. Couldn't put it down. Just the right mix of action, romance and humor. You can't help but love the characters; both aliens and humans. Can't wait for the next book in this series!

Different with action, romance, humor & sci-fi...EAGERLY awaiting next in series!!!
This book kept me engaged for 2 days of intensive reading. I greatly enjoyed this story filled with a variety of humor, many science fiction elements, engaging inter-species relations, exciting battles, wonderful soul-bonding romance & love. Almost makes me wish I hadn't found this book until the next one is out since now I have to wait to read Ami & Tarquin's story, sigh.

Too confusing
Couldn't follow along. It was made difficult because there was no clear difference between one character or another. Ten percent into the book I decided to stop and read something else.

Forever Altered
I'm hoping there is a book two because this story was a great, beautiful escape, and I love every minute of it. I need to know what happened to Ami. Does Tarek and Fiona realize they are bondmates? Does Nyx get with one of Em's friends? What is the Delician world like? The author has the ability to create so many stories with the Delician world.

First, the writing was really good, and the concept was fun and interesting.
That said, the story focused on "romance" too much for my taste, and not enough on the science plot.
(Given the title and description, I did expect that to an extent...)
