Englishman Steven Moore grew up by the seaside, thus his first true joy was the great outdoors. His innate love of travel and a degree in anthropology, archaeology, and art history help inform his fiction writing. Steven also loves painting, photography, and both playing and watching sport.

The travel bug bit the now perpetual nomad early, and to date Steven has lived and worked on five continents, and visited almost sixty countries. Steven combines an age-old writing adage; Write what you know, with his own mantra; Write where you know, and sets most of his novels in places in which he has either lived or spent an extended period of time.

When not on the road with his writer wife Leslie, San Miguel de Allende in Mexico is home, which they share with their rescue cats Ernest Hemingway and F Scott Fitzgerald (Ernie and Fitz).

A lifelong love of food, wine, and beer have demanded a new-found love of yoga and hiking in order to fend off the imminent arrival of middle age.

Kayla Stone,Vigilante, is back and imo back in the strongest book so far, we find her en route to Dubai to carry on fulfilling her mission to make ‘Rev’ O’Shea pay but her mission becomes even nore critical when she inadvertently finds herself aboard a converted 747 where dastardly deeds among some of the worlds richest men are being played out, lives are at risk and she is compelled to try and do her best to thwart the evil
As before I really like Kayla, her ways and ideals and personality and how she will not give up when on a mission and this time she showed real true grit in tackling the horrifying situation she found herself in
I LOVED the descriptions of Dubai, old and new City and the shops, hotels, housing and people, it felt like was there
A great read, full of both authors enthusiasm and great story telling and as always was left ready to read the next one with a tantalising cliffhanger of an ending……

Set Them Free - a review by Rosemary Kenny

Kayla Stone is a feisty, fearless vigilante, who's tracked former Irish terrorist 'Father' O'Shea all the way to Dubai. He and accomplice Brigit, don't know she's followed them there...can she keep it that way?

While helping would-be journalist Nilza set up a newscast website, (in return for information and accommodation) certain events transpire, that make Kayla certain the New Hope Organisation is not what it seems. What's happening on their jet?
Who's the real mastermind behind the 'charity'?

Can Kayla find the strength and determination to finally beat her enemies and end their evil trade?
What's the truth that O'Shea claims to know about her parents? It's danger, secrets and lies all the way for Kayla Stone - in other words, business as usual!

Don't miss this riveting, all-action, vigilante thriller, Set Them Free, by Masters of Suspense, Steven Moore and Luke Richardson. It's guaranteed to keep you up reading all night - and gripping the edge of your seat - with thrills and chills on every page!

Oh boy! Things have certainly heated up in this adventure and I don't just mean with the desert weather. Kayla Stone has followed her target from Sydney in the last book to Dubai, so while not totally necessary to read the books in order I would recommend that you do. That way you know the history between the two enemies and the reason for the relentless pursuit. I don't know if I have just gotten use to the authors style of writing but this book was easier to follow right from the start. It still jumps around giving you the perspective of the story through different characters eyes but I thought it actually worked well this time, perhaps it was less confusing because there wasn't as many characters this time round or because I am getting to know the characters so well. Either way I really enjoyed this outing for Kayla and I am off to see how the big twist is going to play out in the next book.
After Rev’ O’Shea escaped the authorities and her the last time, Kayla is following the only clue she has. The name of a hotel in Dubai. If she can track him she is determined to make him pay for all the children he has hurt or trafficked along the way. She just has to find him first but a man fueled by money and power like O'Shea is can't stay hidden forever and when he surfaces Kayla will be ready to pounce. Can she put a stop to him once and for all of is there going to be another set of children that need rescuing?
I liked the narrator he helped bring the characters, the locations and the situation to life.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Review of Set Them Free by Steven Moore and Luke Richardson.

If you have not yet met our international vigilante, Kayla Stone, you will in this most excellent story, and you will not be sorry. This story takes Kayla from her home in Australia, to The United Arab Emirates and into international waters.

Father O'Shea is a despicable man who runs a sophisticated child trafficking ring. He masqueraded as a minister and cheated a lot of the people who believed in him. Kayla is determined to bring him to justice.

Moore and Richardson set scenes in which the reader can picture oneself and feel as though you can walk down that street or watch a sunset with the character. There are moments where the reader will find humor in a quip or comedic moment that is a welcome change of pace, however brief, from the intrigue, tension and sordidness.

The characters are well defined and vivid thanks to the abilities of Moore and Richardson whose descriptions of facial expressions and body language help the reader understand the characters better.

Along the circuitous route to justice, Kayla meets good people who are helpful and kind, making her task easier and certainly more pleasant. I appreciate their willingness to help Kayla in her mission to right wrongs and help make many lives better.

If you like a fast paced story with plenty of tension and intrigue, then I can say, with confidence, that you will like this story.

A second exciting adventure in the vigilante series by Steve Moore and Luke Richardson. I really love the character of Kayla who is on a mission to save children from being trafficked by an evil man called O'Shea. She is caring, feisty and able for anything. This is a real action thriller set in Dubai. Steve and Luke really give you the feel of the place, and the plot grips you immediately and never lets go till the end, leaving you anxious for more. Nothing is going to stop Kayla on her quest though they will try...can she save the kids?
This is a great read. Good characters, great descriptions, and great plot! What more could you want?!

This is a well written, gritty thriller, set in exotic Dubai. From the enclaves of the super-rich, to the crowded chaos of the old town, to the barren desert beyond, the story flows to its conclusion.

The authors have a great knack of weaving travel experiences and scenes in far-flung sites into this series of books.

The heroine takes on the guise of a trained martial artist, fighting for the oppressed against an evil organization bent on profit at all human costs.

Well worth the read!

This second novel in the ‘Liberator’ series is truly fantastic.
I am both a mother and a primary schoolteacher, so I instantly connected with Kayla Stone, who is out to bring kidnapped children back home. What a woman <3
The story is brimming with action, danger and fear, making it pretty much un-put-down-able.

Both Steven Moore and Luke Richardson are magnificent writers, and when they combine forces we’re truly in for a treat. I hope there will be more !

If you enjoy reading fast-paced thrilling stories where the main character is maimed, kicked, lied to, feels lost and questioning life, and nevertheless finds purpose and the culprit, this book is for you! Kayla Stone is an unstoppable force in search of truth, justice, and the ways of making this a better world!

Great follow on.

A great thriller and again plenty of action. Kayla is on the trail of Father O'Shea and his nefarious dealings. We have moved the action to Dubai and this works well in the scheme of things.
Kayla is a determined young lady willing to sacrifice everything to save children from a terrible future. And there is something about her past which has to come to light. Next book please!

Kayla Stone travels to Dubai to find Father O'Shea. She is seeking revenge. O'Shea kidnaps children, Kayla has to use all her martial arts skills in her adventure. There is a lot of action. O'Shea tells Kayla he knows who her real family is, but there is a catch.

Another fantastic book by Steve and Luke.
Kayla Stone really has set the bar high with her fight for justice.
Kayla still can't get 'Father O'Shea' from her mind after he escaped her in Sydney Australia.
But she needs to move on with her life until she discovers that he might be in Dubai. Kayla travels to Dubai in the hope of finding him and bringing him to the authorities. But she has little to go on apart from a hotel business card.

On arrival at Dubai airport Kayla immediately loved the sounds.,heat and smell of the city. The architecture and towers that reach into the sky and this will be home for her for the next month or until she found O'Shea whichever came sooner.

Within this book you will find people that you can fall in love with...Vannak the lovable tuk-tuk driver that gives food to the local Preah Sihanouk Orphanage and Nilza a budding journalist whom befriends Kayla.

Expect an action packed thriller of a ride.

Kayla Stone returns to her hometown of Sydney, Australia after a yr. spent travelling in Asia.
At the Sydney Airport, she comforts a young girl who has lost her Mummy.
A woman comes to claim the child & takes her away.
1-day on the TV Kayla recognizes the young girl from the airport as the victim of an international child trafficking.
Father O'Shea's name came up.
Can Kayla bring down the mastermind behind international child trafficking ring?

I do not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing free books from publishers & authors. Therefore, I am under no obligation to write a positive review, only an honest one.

Warning: This book contains descriptive accounts of extremely graphic adult content (racial hatred), violence, or expletive language &/or uncensored sexually explicit material (pedophile, minor/ verbal, psychological, emotional, physical & sexual abuse, kidnapping/prostitution trafficking (slavery) of a human for sexual exploitation) which is only suitable for mature readers. It may be offensive or have potential adverse psychological effects on the reader. If you are especially sensitive to this type of material, it is strongly advised not to read any further.

An awesome book cover, great font & writing style. A very professionally written book. It was quite easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a huge description list of unique characters, settings, facts etc. to keep track of. This could also make another great movie, or better yet a mini-TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is an extremely easy rating of 5 stars.
