I am trying new diets and I think this combination it’s pretty cool, I am still trying recipes from the pegan diet and some from the fully vegan and so far so good.
This diet is a combo of Paleo and vegan way of eating. Seems odd, but I think this is the way I can eat healthier without giving up all animal products.
