ARE U EFFING KIDDING ME?!!! THIS BOOK IS A JOKE
Shall I tell you when the plot described in the description (barely) happened? IN THE LAST THREE PAGES!!! His brother mentioned he should marry her in like the penultimate chapter and the guy decided he would marry her and told her and she said no then ok all within the last 3 pages while they were having sex. ARE U JOKING!! You cant pretened thats the plot of the book! And you would think hey maybe they have another stupid awful book but nope. onto the next sibling.
No im actually fuming. Why lie and make up a book description?? What is the point?
There was nothing about marriage. He blackmailed her into being his whore. And there was nothing fun or sexy. He kept going on about how he didnt want her to enjoy it and wanted her to ONLY pleasure him. THEN it just keep skipping through days and weeks where supposedly she fell in love and he was being tender?? I never saw that. And he didnt seem like he cared about her at akl.
Anyway it was stupid and maybe I wouldnt have minded it if the description hadnt lied because I felt like reading a marriage book and this was the furthest thing from it.
Every book with a marriage proposal at the end could have this book description. Regardless of the main plot. Ugh I’m so annoyed

I can never turn down a Linzi Basset book. She never ceases to amaze me with her writing. Vadim takes you on a journey through the Mafia world. Where woman are just as deadly as the men who run it. Vadim and Sabira’s story was beautifully written. These two seem to clash whenever they are together but the electricity between them is off the charts. If you love Mafia Romance than this book is for you.
Loved this passage from the book…. Vadim Guzun was a mafioso well-known for being cruel and vicious with an outward appearance of royalty, suave and debonair, that belied his reputation. The high-bridged roman nose with its bisecting presence defined the symmetry of a pair of full, inviting lips that had snagged and held her gaze more than she cared to admit. If not driven by anger and fear, she could easily have drowned in the steely dove-gray eyes when they had softened with amusement.’

Yet again, this author proves to me why I love her and her books! I’m a lover of Mafia stories and this one is definitely in my top favorites! As I read, I felt like I was part of the story! The characters are so vivid and real like and I could feel every emotion that Sabira was feeling. She grew up in a Bratva family, and wanted to prove her worth, but her brother seems to always get in her way. So much so, that she has to run away to save herself from his ire. What she doesn’t expect is to run into the arms of one of the most ruthless men in the Bratva, Vadim. He has his reasons for looking for her, but when he comes upon her, she is not what he expected. She is so much more!
These two are both hot headed, arrogant, beautiful , handsome, sexy and absolutely perfect for each other. I loved how Sabira constantly kept Vadim on his toes! She definitely made his head spin, but he loved every minute of it. This story has it all! Mystery, drama, suspense, definitely lust and maybe even love?! If you are a lover of any type of Mafia story, this story is for you!!!

Linzi Basset wades into the violent, volatile world of mafia romance. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Vadim even though it's not a genre I prefer to read all that much. In this instance though the story that is woven around Vadim Guzun and Sabira Kolvayova is interesting and definitely held my attention. These two were certainly the personification of oil and water not mixing. Although the underlying current that arcs between them is electric and white hot. So take a walk on the wild side but be warned it does gets brutal and savage from time to time. It is a Bratva romance afterall.

I highly recommend this intense and danger-filled story that pits a revengeful and stern Mafioso, Vadim, against a complicated and daring Mafiosa, Sabira.
Sabira, as the Avtoritet of the Koval Bratva, went beyond her authority and stole guns from the Guzun Mafia Family. In a fury, her brother put a hit out on her. The Guzun Family insists the hit be removed and offers her their “protection.”
Once Vadim has captured Sabira, their interaction and sexual chemistry is just off the charts. While he is determined to retrieve his stolen merchandise and protect his family, Vadim is drawn to Sabira in ways he found surprising. I came to love these two fierce individuals and cannot wait to read more.

Vadim: the Guzman Family
Another fantastic book by Linz Basset. I really enjoyed reading this story because from the beginning I was caught up in Vadim and Sabina relationship. This story had passion, sexy scenes, and the chemistry between the two was off the charts.
Vadim had taken Sabina into his home, because of her actions. And he decided she would pay her dues and kept her under watch, until he figured out what to do about getting what was his. He had to also protect the family & business.
The book was amazing and I can’t wait to see what else this author will do with the next book. I absolutely loved it.❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

Chemistry between them was like fireworks on the forth of July , explosive.
This mafia story has everything thing that I love and ent reading in dark suspense romance , heat , passion, mayhem and betrayal .
Vad is not wanting to want Sabira. Thinks he is issuing her to get what he wants . I believe he just fooling himself . Deep down he wants her . Will they come together in the end ? Will love and passion win in the end ?

If you like dark, gritty mafia books with lots of violence then this is the one for you. I have to confess the violence was a little to much for me and I had to skim some pages, but it is a great story of family dynamics and the constant struggle for power in the Bratva world. It is also an Interesting insight into the changing views of women in the mafia and their slowly being accepted as Pakhan’s

Vadim is amazing from start to finish. A Dark Romantic suspense Mafia story that draws you in and devour every word. Vadim and Sabina’s chemistry off the charts. There is action, steamy romance, excitement, twists and turns. I love Mafia romance and I love everything about this : the characters, the story, get your copy and experience a new trilogy that is captivating,exciting, and spectacular. WOW! Vadim and Sabira’s story was intense, thrilling, exciting and emotional. These two had me captivated by their passion, their explosive chemistry and all the dangerous vibes they give off. I was hooked from page one and could not put this book down. It’s one hell of a dangerous rollercoaster ride that I never wanted to end.
Really well written story that is filled to the brim with action, suspense, violence, drama, passion and some very steamy moments!

Definitely not rejects
Vadim is a sensational alpha - dark, menacing and earthy. While what he does is dark he is more than he seems at the beginning of the story. Sabira is the one who keeps him in his toes and she’s as menacing as he can be, so they make for great characters together. Perfect start to the trilogy - looking forward to 2 and 3 to come.

Loved it..
But...I loved the story as it was full of intrigue and suspense, the violence Vadim uses I found hard to take...the love story between the principal characters is a passionate journey through many ups and downs. I can't wait for the next one.
