Drexel Academy #1

Summoned by Magic

Rate this book
I always knew I was different, I just didn’t realize I belonged with the characters from horror movies.

It turns out my abnormally accurate intuition is a bit more than that. I’m a psychic. And a witch. And the people that raised me? Not my biological parents.

I would have loved a second to absorb this information, but the night I’m told the truth I get shipped off to a school for people like me . . . and shifters . . . and vampires because they exist in real life too.

Fans of Meg Xuemei X and & G. Bailey will love this slow-burn reverse harem series.

Took a chance on this one and the idea was better than I expected but it’s not perfect. I’m reviewing this after reading the sequel which was not as good as the first so I’m going to be brief.

The big problem I have is the characters and the pacing. Also, some clarity issues but they’re more of a writing flaw than an execution issue.

The pacing considering reveals were predictable was exhausting. It felt very day-by-day which is a lot for a 170 page book. Add to that what feels like every chapter contains anew way in which she’s unique/special/powerful it felt like it was a lot of writing outlining how special she was which could have happened all at the beginning allowing for the actual story to develop. The “twist” or “cliffhanger” about her shifter side was a predictable event from the beginning especially when we keep being told how special she was. So the reveal was sort of flat.

Ok so our main girl. I liked her in the first couple chapters but she gets progressively more childish and whiny as things progress(it gets worse in the sequel). The guys are ok during this book but besides Niall they’re kind of middling. I’m going to complain about this more in my review of the sequel so I’ll leave it at that.

Good intro to the series, wish it was a fuller first book and the sequel wasn’t leaving a bitter taste in my mouth.

An okay start. I will pick up book 2 but will need to see improvement to continue beyond that.

This is a senior in high school aged girl finds out she has supernatural powers and that supernaturals are a thing and has to immediately depart for a school, leaving behind a loving family, so she can learn how to use her powers without accidentally hurting someone. She has more power then anyone else in the magic community. She is just learning about a complicated family past but herself has no previous trauma. She is sheltered and inexperienced.

At least by the end of book 1 there is no mean girl at the new school trope, no teacher that has it in for her, and no clear bad guy.

I do like that the author took time to world build and introduce characters. There is no insta love. There are a couple of characters you easily identify as future love connections, and there is an until draw to them, but five minutes after meeting they aren't the FMC's everything. If half stars were allowed I would bump my rating up a half star because this necessary part of a story is left out in so many of these type of books and it was nice to actually get it here.

That said, there are a number of areas that are underdeveloped leaving the story lacking. First, there is no major villain. There is the hint of a really abstract villian but there is no one to be weary of. You can tell the counsel is being set up to be a bad guy at some point but there isn't any threat right now. Because there is no bad guy there is no tension or climax. I was really left struggling to identify what the characters were overcoming in this book. I saw a review compare this to Harry Potter, so in that context, there is no Snape, no Dudley, no Malfoy and his pack, no Voldemort. You have Dobby, but everyone has to be nice. The most tension is maybe a Percy and a teacher who comes off more movie Dumbledore when Harry's name is put in the goblet of fire, but no frog lady. Book one in this series is basically as if Harry was running around with Ron and Hermione with Harry trying to figure out what a wizard is and having to take a pop quiz, and nothing else. Not a great story. More on the lack of obstacles to come.

FMC either seriously under reacts or has an unrealistic reaction to the situation. Finds out supernaturals are real and she is one and she has to go to a new school, okay. Finds out a secret about her parents. Okay. Teenagers react more strongly when they discover you bought the wrong brand of peanut butter than the FMC reacts to world altering news.

The cliffhanger at the end of book 1 isn't a cliffhange. You 100% know that is coming. If you hate cliffhangers that is good news, but if you are looking to sink a hook into readers and make sure they are there for the next book, it's another fail.

Spoiler risk from here on. Read at your own risk.

First off, can we talk about the FMC's reactions. If you are going to write teens you have to write teens. She needs to have a big response to finding out she is adopted. There needs to be anger there. There needs to be you can't tell me I have to go to this school and leave my friends and little siblings because you aren't my parents you all are just people who lied to me my whole life. It's an excellent opportunity to throw in another example of her powers going awry and gives the opportunity for the FMC to break something with her powers and her aunt to swoop in and save the day in a way FMC can't rationalize away. Then you get the teen moving like a zombie, her entire world was just ripped out from under her.

Along the same line, FMC immediately takes up her parents cause. Oh they died? They must have been murdered. Why wasn't I murdered too? I have to get to the bottom of who did this. One, there was no ground work laid for the FMC to come to this conclusion. This revelation would have been a natural conclusion at the end of book one if FMC had encountered witches at the school who advocated the old ways of keeping to your own kind and someone had said something or FMC came across and article or something that mentioned who she suspected was her mom and dad that illuded to a group hating them. Then FMC brings up hey, do you think they could have been murdered? The author just was like hey wouldn't it be cool if the FMC's parents were murdered and just went with the concept of the FMC avenging their death without laying the groundwork. It's annoying. Just saying FMC you may be at risk because you are a mixed being when the whole point of the school is furthering mixing and there are other students just like her doesn't make sense. Immediately focusing on solving the deaths of two people you never knew when literally everything else in your life has just changed doesn't make any sense. As great as the story is at world building it totally skips developing the plot. It's a big miss.

Seriously, where was the struggle?

Was it the test? A two hour exam or you have to be in a different class isn't really a climax. I mean, two hours across four subjects, that's only 30 minutes a subject, that isn't a lengthy test. That's a final exam for one class. Also, it makes zero sense that a week in they would suddenly decide to change her entire schedule and see if she managed to learn three years of material in two days. Obviously the school doesn't teach them much of anything those first three years if she could just skip them no biggie. This is a place where I feel like the story was a round peg shoved in a square hole so the author could just move on to the next thing without really writing the story.

Was the struggle the very mild jealousy the guys display? I mean, they've known her a week and there isn't insta love here. The guys just want to dance with her. There was no actual drama. No fighting. No posturing. No reason for her to throw up her hands and abandon the party, considering swearing off all future parties. For all the times the FMC seriously under reacted this time she way over reacts.

Incredibly anticlimactic and wet noodles are more interesting than the characters. It’s like a PG version of Zodiac Academy, nothing ever happens, and we learn about what type of skin care and mascara the FMC likes.

2nd review:
Ok! I know, I know, why did I read this book again when I absolutely hated book two?? Because I saw it on audiobook and got super tempted! ... I also might have convinced myself that maybe book two isn't as bad as I remember and am tempted to buy that audiobook as well. (This is a bad decision in the making, I'm very well aware)

Original review:
Well ... I loved this book :).

This was a great magical academy book recommended to me by Amazon (those recommendations usually go wrong for me more than they go right). However, this was a pleasant surprise. The characters actually went to class and had interactions with teachers. The MFC was naive, but didn't come across as stupid. I enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next book.

When the author says “slow burn,” dear sweet baby Jesus they are not exaggerating. It’s book THREE before there’s even a kiss. A. KISS. And the way the fmc continues to whine and fight against the bond is so aggravating, it just goes on and on and on, through multiple books. I get we need some angst and this isn’t insta-love but damn. They build up the bond to be undeniable and it’s supposed to pull them together and all the guys feel it but somehow fmc doesn’t…??? Fmc is annoying and whiny about freaking *everything* and it’s hard to get through without skipping chapters of just more of her whining. I still finished the series but it was more of a “I’ve wasted too much time and now have to see the ending” type of thing then me really wanting to read it all lol.

Harry Potter in America

There were a lot of things that made me want to really like this series. The potential is there but it’s hiding under all the over analyzing from the MC and in depth world building done. On one hand I enjoyed being able to have a clearer picture of their world and the school. On another it felt like it didn’t flow with the scene. It just had so much detail that you almost forgot what caused the need for the description. Same with the inner monologue from the mc. I’m reading on in hopes that I can see her grow as a character. But so far, I’m not rushing to buy for my library or add to my reread pile.

RH MMMM/Witches-Shifters-Vampires/Academy

SYNOPSIS (of 6 Book Series): This story is set in the modern world but where humans do not know that supernaturals exist. The FC, Saige, discovers that she is a witch/shifter hybrid whose birth parents were killed when she was young and she was brought up by the human best friends. The world is governed by a Council who are anti hybrids. 17 years ago many hybrids and mixed couples were killed and that is starting up again. The FC is sent to Drexel Academy to learn to control her powers but must hide that she is a hybrid. There she meets her 4 bond mates. The story covers the development of their relationship and the rising danger of the Council seeking to kill/control supernaturals that are different or in mixed relationships. There's a HEA

Heat Level: 🌶️🥶/🍆 This is very slow burn. The FC only just kisses 2 of the 4 MCs by 75% into Book 3. No real sex happens until Book 6 although there is a bit of fooling around in Book 4. It’s as if the FC is 12 and was raised in a convent with her apparent lack of understanding of sex 🫣 The sex scenes are often one way with the MCs doing things to the FC but without her reciprocating or initiating and it is cringeworthy when they have to talk her through exactly what to do. It all feels too juvenile. Chemistry between the FC and MCs is not high. There’s a bit more with Niall but it’s not exactly steamy and the writing felt clunky not hot.

As a summary this series is too long, has a ridiculous amount of typos and editing issues, is limited in any excitement or drama, with a whiny complaining FC that really gets on your nerves and, after plowing through 6 Books, the ending is a massive let down 😡. Outside of the torture descriptions I think this series is aimed at a young audience.

As for the sex scenes, the FC makes a big issue of not being ready to bond with the MCs and not wanting to jump into sex then gets bent out of shape when none of her Bonds make a pass at her after the bonding 🙄 There’s even a whole scene where Hannah has a go at the MCs for NOT hooking up with the FC which is childish and unfair. The chemistry is weak and I never really felt any deep connection between the FC and any of the MCs. As with other books of this kind it was hard to see what the MCs saw in the FC outside of the enforced bond. The MCs themselves didn't really seem to get along and the whole Bond felt fragmented and never really seemed to come together as a cohesive group.

By Book 3 we’ve had 1 short lived dramatic/exciting scene. There is a cliffhanger of sorts at the end of Books 4 & 5 but they are low level. The last half of Book 3 & first half of Book 4 are like Groundhog Day. They’re full of the FC whining about being alone and no one focusing on the bond and about how the group is fragmented. Noone really seems to be bothered about being a unit. It’s interspersed by some cringy descriptions of the FC being introduced to sex (but not full sex). I almost gave up at the end of Book 3 and wish I had. As these were KU I decided to skim and see if things picked up much. They didn't really. There's a bit of excitement at the end of Book 5 but the story just drags interminably and the characters become progressively more annoying. Book 6 is taken up with a ridiculous merry-go-round of the FC wanting to storm in and attack the Council's stronghold and the resistance doing nothing.

The whole story is superficial. You never really get to know the villains as they are mostly just an amorphous Council. There is a brief introduction of an evil council member in Book 4 and then nothing until Book 6 which goes overboard with showing how evil the Council are.

Ultimately Book 6 did not really make sense to me. The resistance seemed to do nothing to fight back and even invited one of the Council to their uber secret hideout. By the time the climax came I really did not see the point of the FC and her Bonds. With the training that they did I expected them to do something to save people and take down the Council. It turns out that they were completely redundant and actually just got themselves into trouble. ***SPOILER***The author appears to try to create real drama by having the FC & her Bonds walk into an obvious trap where, despite all their training and strength they are easily captured and then the Book goes into detail about how each is then tortured horribly. There is a big scene where we can see how evil the Council Members are (its all very Mwah-ha-ha and OTT) when they come to look at their handywork. The Council is then taken down by an attack by the shifter pack and some of the resistance although it is unclear who exactly it was and how they took down the stronghold which appeared to not be very strong. Neither the FC nor her Bonds help to take down the stronghold and in fact have to be rescued. There was no reference to the FC being betrayed or to what happened to the evil doctors undertaking the experiments or why the resistance was so ineffectual. As I mention above, you only get a brief reference to the fact that the Council Members are put on trial and executed a while after the fact. Its ridiculously anti climactic despite there being a long epilogue which, to me, again made no sense as it tells us how the FC and her Bonds go to Alaska and build cabins. Really? What's that about??

Why did you read this book?
This was labeled as a reverse harem and it had decent ratings.

What format did you read this book in?
Read it as an ebook on Kindle.

Is this an educational book or a book for entertainment?
I read this book for pure entertainment purposes.

What genres do you think this book belongs to?
Fantasy, Paranormal, Romance, Young Adult

What was your favorite part in the book?
I have a couple parts that I liked, but my favorite part is when the main character takes her placement test and the mean teacher gives her a compliment. I appreciate it when authors don't write stereotypical characters that fit into one box or category. I like characters that are multi-dimensional.

Who would you suggest this book to?
Anyone who likes slow romances, reverse harems, and academy fantasy.

What is your general opinion/ rating of this book?
I liked this book. I appreciated that the author took time to develop the magical world and the characters. There is very little romance, and I feel like this book fits better into a young adult fantasy novel. It's very rare for me to find a slow burn romance that has an interesting enough story and that doesn't add too much drama. The only thing that I disliked about this romance was that idealization of insomnia. Supposedly the main character has insomnia but is able to sleep peacefully for most of the book, except for this one moment towards the end. Because I know people who deal with chronic nightmares the way the main character handles sleep is completely unrealistic. I would have really wished that the author would have done more research on how people with chronic nightmares or insomnia truly live their lives. Overall, it's a nice easy read with very little drama and I'm looking forward to the next book.

Are there any cliché scenes or concepts?
The main character is born special, with special powers. The main character knows nothing about the magical world they are taken to. Magical beings are kept secret from regular humans.

How intense are the intimacy scenes?
There are no intimacy scenes between them main character and her love interests. But there is a referral to one intimate scene where a main character finds one of her love interests with another woman before they get to know each other. It's only briefly described.

At what “burn” level is the romance?
This is a slow romance. There's no burn in this one and it's a safe read if you don't like intimacy scenes.

Love interests, how many of them are there and what gender?
There are three possible love interests, all male. Theo a vampire witch hybrid, Sai a tiger shifter, and Niall a water witch.

Any trigger warnings?
Racial and Religious: Talk of Superior Race, Prejudice
Mental Health: Trivializing Mental Illness, Romanticized Mental Illness, PTSD, Trauma, Nightmares about Traumatic Events, Non-consent behavior
Disabilities: Curing of Disabilities,
Violence and Death: Death, Mass Death

Hours after Saige found out she was a witch, she was told that she's adopted, her bio-parents were killed, her aunt is still her aunt, and she has disapproving grandparents. Within days after finding out about this new world, she's enrolled as a scholarship student with zero supernatural and magical knowledge, training, and experience in grade twelve classes with her peers. And once tested for abilities, it's determined she is a rarity, having two elemental powers along with being psychic. She's also been told to keep her ties to her bio-family secret and not to tell anyone she is a hybrid since her bio-dad was a shifter. It's a lot.

I have mixed feelings. I love the 'witch out of water' trope where the main character is in over her head in a world new to her. However, it was ridiculous to think Saige could learn enough to stay with her age group in a couple of days when these kids had grown up knowing and learning about magic. Plus, each new day brought a new level of 'special' out in Saige. Worse, Saige went from personable when home with her family and little brother to losing her spark as the story progressed. The more special she became, the more she faded. Finally, I'm not sure about the overall presentation of the story. I love academy classes and life. HP was terrific. The day-to-day presentation in this book was not as successful. We were told, but didn't get to enjoy classes and magical learning. It seemed that very little actually happened. The romance is a slow, slow build, and there is no danger or villain yet. It wasn't bad, just not as entertaining as I would have hoped for.

Loved!

I absolutely loved this book. Was entranced. Can’t believe it was on my TBR pile and waited so long to read it. The summary was pretty accurate which I find to be rare. The fmc realizes she’s paranormal, not human and is brought to a school to help learn control. I loved reading about the connection she had with her siblings, it was very sweet, to often older siblings make their younger siblings out to be terrible. I loved how she made friends so quickly, I’m interested in learning more about why it was kept hinting at how popular she will be when the school finds out she’s got 2 different kinds of elemental powers. Now she’s got psychic powers, I’m surprised I didn’t put a connection from that. It was written in so naturally and the courses/tutoring’s she’s been doing to keep up in school, it just never entered my mind. I kept screaming in my head at the fmc that she shouldn’t have to choose with the guys, but she hasn’t made the connection yet. I can’t wait to learn more about the guys, and if the original Daemon can help her or not. Can’t wait to read the next book.

Easy but shallow read.

Good
1) Series arc was clearly established
2) How the concept of hybrids was handled was interesting
3) Shifters are a single entity (no cockamamie second 'beast' self sharing their bodies)
4) No insta-lust or insta-love

Mediocre
1) Vampires appear to be just animal-blood-drinking, sun-sensitive humans
2) Instead of shifters displaying a combo of human and animal behaviors, they were just humans that can take the form of an animal
3) Settings were bare outlines
4) Female lead was bland

Bad
1) Needed an editor; there were inconsistencies in the story, poor sentence structure, ect
2) World-building was scant and trite
3) No plot
4) No romance
5) Characterizations were thin to non-existent
6) Relationship-building was thin to non-existent
7) Putting the female lead, who had zero supernatural and magical knowledge, training and experience in grade twelve classes made no sense; it was like putting someone who didn't even know the alphabet in grade twelve english
8) Having the female lead learn everything up to grade eleven in two days time passed from unrealistic to absurd

It was okay, I guess. Nothing exciting or unique.

Good

WARNING! Cliffhanger!
Saige has no idea that she is a supernatural being, until she starts to manifest powers.
She’s quickly shipped off to a magical boarding school, where shifters, vampires, and witches exist, and where she can learn to harness her powers.

This series is a typical RH magical academy one, loosely linked to the Sorcerer’s Society books by the author, the characters from which appear in this book, but don’t interact with the heroine.
This means of course, that you can expect a variety of magical abilities, spells, and classes as with all good high school magic tales.
There is an overarching background story, in which the mystery of the heroine’s past is a prominent point, but very little about that is learned in this book.
It’s an entertaining read, with a main character whose abilities are intriguing, especially within her dreams!
An enjoyable read with some interesting characters for fans of YA fantasy, Academy series, and the reverse harem trope.

Saige is special; her nightmare becomes a reality and always traumatic events. She is a shelter 17-year-old insomniac. Ah, her world implodes as the truth comes out, and she is sent to Drexel Academy for people like her. I do love the Harry Potter comparison and reference. I love how this ordinary human girl learns about the paranormal. But she isn't as normal as she thinks.

The rules raise more questions than answers as she makes her way to the Academy. However, when she arrives, she is in for some shocks. I do love that she makes friends quickly. She has some secrets she must not tell, and she seems somewhat unique.

Magical learning, new friend, and boy trouble; yup, this Academy book is the perfect depiction of supernatural high school. On top of Saige's natural witch abilities, she also seems to have extra powers, and some new abilities manifest. Her journey from human to paranormal is exciting and relatable for a new adult / young adult story. I even like the supposed love triangle the author creates in the story. The only issue is I am not hooked enough to read any further.

Saige, Niall, Sai, and Theo

This book was all sorts of adorable.

Saige just found out she's a witch, like her bio mom and dad and that her parents took her in when they were killed when she was a baby. She goes to Drexel Academy immediately, and because she's so far behind, has to play catch up because she's in her senior year of school.

She makes friends quickly and they all help acclimate her to this new life and way of living. She realizes almost immediately that she's different, to start with because she has two affinities, Earth and Water. Then she finds that the dreams she's always had of natural disasters, are actually premonitions. Then she dreams of her animal, because her dad was a shifter and her mom was a witch.

Everything was sweet and cute. Except how her parents died and the prejudices that exist between the races, that mystery, I'm sure will unravel in upcoming books.

Genuinely well thought out characters, academy origin, classes, curriculum, and architectural layout.
I felt like I was there, taking a tour, and awed by the thoughtfulness in every aspect.

I’ve read a lot of books like these and sometimes it’s mostly inferred that the stereotypical location is navigable by popping up places or they just end up going to class twice and the gothic setting is instead utilized for the storyline.

Which is fine, but I’ve never enjoyed learning so much until now.

Even the basic classes being adapted to their respective needs was just so unique and a much appreciated seemingly minor aspect that means a lot of thought and care has gone into this.

Was the story predictable? Yes.
Corny? Slightly.

But it’s thoroughly enjoyable, well written, and refreshingly considered in a way that is unfortunately rare these days.

it was interesting but I am left wanting more

Our main character has been raised as a normal teenager u til one day she finds out that she is in fact a supernatural. She is whisked to a school for super naturals and now has to figure out where she fits.

Everything points to this book being something I should love. Don’t get me wrong, I like our MC, her friends, the love interests and the premises for the book. What I didn’t vibe with was the writing style. It felt like times there was info dumps and then times to show us a potential love interest, more info dumps and it didn’t always flow. We were left with lots of questions and very little was actually answered.

I hope there is more interaction with the other supes and their abilities and more of our MC’s powers. More magic is always the answer!

I wish there was more developement between our MC and her love interests, it felt like we were told and not necessarily shown that there was an attraction with them.

This series was a bit slow for me. I enjoyed the world development and the character building, but I thought the plot moved extremely slowly. The whole point is for the FMC to build a deeper bond with her mates; of course, this means a sexual relationship. In the first few books the MCs are underage, so I can respect no underage sex. AND, I can appreciate not pressuring the MCs to lose their virginity before they’re ready. BUT. When the point of the story is the development of a bond that (mostly) relies on intimacy to do so, you’ve lost me when it doesn’t happen until book 5/6. Especially once the MCs are 18+ and have made progress in their emotional and physical relationships. Just not my cuppa.

Magic summoning

Nice pace, great charecters but there are several areas in conversations throughout the book where natural question are ignored in a way the does not seem consistent with the personality of the female charecter. For instance when she asked what exactly is a shifter and they explain and give examples of types. The next natural question would be what type was her parent. Using that answer as part of the CH was awkward when the question of what are the first signs and symptoms of being a shifter was a powerful enough aspect to be a riveting CH in anticipation of the next book.

I have so many questions. So she is obviously very powerful and is a witch, with water and earth affinities as well as a psychic, and a shifter but is she something else? Why were her parents and their friends killed. It couldn’t have been just because of them being a mixed species couple. I’m guessing it has to do with her powers and abilities. I feel like they should have told her sooner about her being a witch. That is a lot to process at a time. Being told your adopted, you’re a witch, your parents were murdered, you’re a hybrid(maybe but turns out yes) and you’re being sent to a witch school

Has the potential to be great but it just falls flat. What even is this story? nothing happens except she's finds out she has magic and goes to a magic school. You see very little of her classes and tutoring, one party that she's there for 15 mins. A small amount of drama.

So overall, this book is all bark and no bite. This book is like when you go out to eat and your meal is smaller than you realized and not as tasty. I don't feel the need to read more of the series even though it ends in a slight cliffhanger. (Talk about no real substance). I won't be eating(reading) at Restaurant Lexie Scott again. (Till I forget how unfulfilling this book was).

I have thoughts. Like it's a cute read, but the pacing felt very off. Like there was so much but not enough at the same time. We found out Saige's Earth specialties after the fact, it would've been nice to see the moment she got them. It was a little predictable that she was going to be this overpowered witch but also a shifter, especially with how hard the grandparents really dislike shifters. Something is definitely going on between Sai, Theo, and Niall. With how often Saige keeps looking to the Sorcer Society kids, is this going to turn into a RH series?

3/5 stars

I was apparently hooked to this book as I finished it very fast. I will say that the ending seemed very abrupt and I was not prepared for it to end there!! I will be moving on to the next book immediately because I need to know what happens!!

I will say though that not a lot happens in this book. It was obviously just a starting point to get us introduced to the world, and the school, etc. I wish more happened, but that is what the second book is for. So, more in depth thoughts to come!

Saige has always had visions, but when she suddenly starts having other powers, she realizes everything she knew isn’t real, and there is a world of witches, shifters, and vampires. She gets shipped off to Drexel Academy to figure out her powers, and luckily Cupid’s some great friends and a couple hot guys. This is a slow burn RH, and this book has low steam.. I really liked Saige and felt her awkwardness :) I can’t wait to see what happens next :)

Slow burn RH about a 17 year old girl named Saige who has prophetic nightmares about natural disasters finds out she is adopted, is a witch-shifter hybrid, and gets sent to a Supe boarding school in Montana all on the same day. I like that she has multiple magic abilities, but doesn’t automatically have ALL of the abilities. She is a water and earth witch with psychic abilities. You also aren’t sure which guys will end up in her harem and I like the uncertainty.

Zero spice at the moment, but we're just getting to know everyone!

In this first book, not a whole lot of action is going on. We're just being introduced to all of the characters, learning about what's going on with the FMC, Saige, and slowly gathering what her past consists of and what her powers will be.

It's interesting, has a bit of mystery, and is leading up to what I think will be a pretty great story! I'm excited to keep reading!

Amazing

A strong structured story with an amazing strong with rich background. I loved reading from the beginning of her journey in the Drexel Academy ring into a biting cliffhanger. I can't wait to read the next story in the series and see more of her and her unforgettable friends. I loved this book from from start to finish. I finished reading it in two days. I truly immersed myself in this story.
