Okay, normaal zet ik geen fanfics op mijn Goodreads lijst, en dit verhaal is ook nog in progress, MAAR!!! Het is nu al meer dan 960.000 woorden lang en die heb ik allemaal gelezen en ik vind dat dat als boek mag tellen voor mijn challenge. Dus.

Dit is echt de meest unhinged fanfic die ik ooit gelezen heb. Pure excellence. Zelden zo ergens van genoten. Bijna een MILJOEN WOORDEN echt doe normaal. Het perfecte vervolg op de Foxhole Court boeken jeeminee.

Actually insane about this story. Am very much on my way to the author's tumblr to let them know how deeply I appreciate this work. If I thought reading All For The Game altered my view of life, boy I could have never seen this one coming. I have never read a book where the characters portrayed such a healthy and loving relationship together. It has singlehandedly convinced me that I can very well be a good parent myself even if I wasn't raised that way. It's going to be my new motivation to give therapy another shot, and I have in fact picked up journaling again because of Biomy. It's a story about healing and how that's not a lineair process and how it takes time and hard work and it can get ugly. It's a story of two people choosing to love each other every single day, falling in love with every version of the other person that exist because they know they're not the same as they were last month or the month before and that's okay. It's a story of hope. It's the soothing balm on the gaping wounds All For The Game has left us with and it did a fantastic job.

amé poder verlos progresar en diferentes aspectos de su vida; tanto en su relación romántica como con sus amigos y familiares, y su aceptación y entendimiento de si mismos. también sentí en carne propia la paranoia de neil, el miedo de nat y paige y las inseguridades de andrew, y disfruté cada momento en los que decidían plantarle cara a la yakuza, los reporteros, el fbi o al imbécil de patrick.

fueron 20 días de lectura sin pausas que en cualquier otro momento me hubiesen parecido una carga, pero tuve la suerte de arrancar esta fic en la situación de vida ideal y la disfruté como si fuera una adolescente de 14 años sin responsabilidades que solo desea ver a sus personajes favoritos ser felices.

ahora voy a esperar con ansias la llegada de los viernes no solo por tog, sino también por esta obra del bien.
