Wow
When I say this story has me hooked, I mean hooked. The drama is everything and I can't get enough. Everybody is scheming and snakes are everywhere where. That cliffhanger really got me. I can't wait for more.

What In The Whole Entire World?
Listen, that part 2 had me in all my emotions. That dam cliffhanger man oh man! Why can Khalani and Dominic have some peace? My lord, so many good twist and turns with this. Dominique and Nina trying to be great, something is going on with her. DJ. Is a young king and he has believed just as his mama that the life he thought was true wasn't.
Then, Goddess on her mess got her good karma but how in the world did they think it was fair to treat Khalani and D' Lani as they did? For Dominic and Dominique to get their closer and begin to know their dad was amazing to me. It made me mad and glad to know their mom had the true love.
Now was Khalani dad in this set up more than we know? Heaven was such a manipulater she tried to
turn everyone against each other she will get her karma for all the hell she caused. Jacey and D' Marlo were supposed to be one for another but D' Marlo found out she was a snake and had to be removed. Mark his father is another snake Heaven wanted to end Khalani, K'lani, Demi, and big Ox life and she may have succeeded with her orders being took care of. Then there's Dez how many lives does this ninja have?

This read was okay... it was a little smoother then part 1... But still felt a little all over the place... There was so much going on and all the secrets being revealed... But some do not make sense... It was also like once on secret was revealed, it lead to another secret and another secret... So it is like nothing was really revealed because I am still confused on what is going on...
I am not feeling this weakness that Kha'Lani has going on... I am like is she tough or weak... She give in way to easy to Dominic when he is wrong... Why are people always able to get close to her and her family with ease... For her to have been running things for so long, why does she have so many snakes in her camp... All saying the same thing... I am like if you feared what would happen to you and your family. .. why not go to Kha'Loni and let her know what is going on and have her help you...
I am also a little confused about Dominic and Kha'Loni's relationship... They supposedly have been in love all this time... and have major history... But Dominic was all like I waited all this time for her... I am like wait no you didn't... And now this secret has me even more confused...

Nerves on edge
I'm loving this series so far. Books like this I can read all the time. I love the suspense and everything just catches your attention. It's not so weak dope boy/ baby momma/Immature so called grown woman running behind a man absorbed book. I do hope for goodness sake that book three is the last book to this series bc I can't deal with the suspense of what's going to happen next. I thought I kind of figured all of the underhanded key players figured out so far. Big mistake on my part. Right now my nerves are on edge about what's going to happen next and wht unexpected characters are about to pop back up.

A Must Read
You gotta be careful and thorough reading this book because you will miss pivotal part's and end up confused. It seems everybody is coming back from the dead and Kha'lani is the target. Kha'lani has a strong personality and so do Dominic but she need to learn to simmer down. I don't know why Heaven has children. She was setting them up to get what she wanted but also setting up their demise. Every secret has had come out. D'Marlo reuniting with his brothers and sister's almost cost him. His love for Jacey had him blinded until he found out what she was up to. This end left my mouth hanging.

Where in the f#ck did Dez come from. That negga suppose to be dead. It's like Kha'lani can't catch a break. Everyone just keep coming for her. I like Nic Nic but he don't seem to be able to keep his family safe. I hope The Reaper wakes up before Dez and Alicia gets away with the babies. Every time they get rid of one snake, here comes some rats. They steady trying to take MK out but they just don't know she got The Predator and The Digger in her corner.❤❤

Wish I could like this book
This book had potential to be great. This book made no sense. The writing was all over the place. Lani is supposed to be this hitta and a step ahead of everyone but she’s not. She doesn’t kill who she supposed to. All these characters are supposed to be deadly but someone always gets the drop on them. I will not be reading the last book.

The Black Scorpion really hates her kids because she was doing way too much... the opportunity to hedge all the power you think you deserve is driving her crazy...I'm waiting on Dominic Jr to show out behind his family...Lani, D'Marlo & Nique are definitely dangerous...I'm over Dez a if he wasn't aware of Goddess role in Lani losing the kids... come on book 3

Man, it’s more snakes in this book than in the jungle. I don’t who to trust and who not to. But, how do you have a child and not know it? I hope book 3 clears up a lot of stuff and answer questions.
