I can't wait to get stuck in with all these recipes!
As an avid baker I've wanted to get into jams to preserve the beauty of seasonal produce for the rest of the year and this book is perfect at that

What else can you do with jam other than put it on bread? This book is full of interesting ideas to answer that question.

Charming illustrations. Was reminded of the existence of botulism. Expected to see more cakes decorated in her particularly charismatic style w candied whole fruits but there was none. Photos are v spare/minimalist. No photo for every recipe, and we’re already in slightly unfamiliar territory (jamming is not an everyday activity), so more photos would’ve been appreciated. V nice cookbook collection photo at the end. Superlative.
