Finding out that Kareem is married was the most horrible feeling that Kianna had ever experienced. She thought she had things all figured out, but she was wrong. She hadn’t planned on hearing that bit of news. After leaving Beaumont, she headed straight home and into Lorenzo’s arms. After professing her love for him, they are finally able to be a couple. Too bad that doesn’t last long.After suspecting that her husband has been up to no good, LaDonna finally confronts Darius. Not being able to hold on to his secret any longer, he finally comes clean. Will their marriage survive the roadblock that Darius’ confession has created? Will Kianna and Lorenzo finally get it right or will someone prevent them from getting their happily ever after?

30 must really be the new 20
Are we sure these are 30 year olds? I feel like we need to pull 10 years off of everyone's ages. Some of these antics are too childish for people approaching 40. Hickies, unprotected sex, toxic relationship tendencies like jumping to conclusions, starting unnecessary arguments and running back to exes when mad at the new relationship.
I started out feeling bad for Kianna and really disliking Lorenzo. Now its flipped. I found myself skipping over parts with her in it. I'm rather over her. He seemed to take charge before now he lets her dictate everything. You wanna talk? We'll talk? Wanna be together? Lets be together. You wanna never speak again? Lets not speak again.
I was kinda hoping that he and Draya ended up together. She seems to have a better head on her shoulders. So far Rebecca is my favorite but she's just a side character.
I really hope Yvette is lying.

Why would he move in with her? They've been screwing but do the really know each other? With the way the make up to break up, it doesn't seem smart. His sister was right to question him.
I know this timeline is messed up (i.e. I'm certain in the other book that Ladonna said they had only been together half the amount of time that was mentioned in the book) but, are we gonna really pretend that he doesn't have the need to question the paternity of both those kids?

Just when I think I'm done with all the excess drama and stupid decisions and ready to give up on the series, these darn cliff hangers reel me back in.

Ohhhh shooots
Man oh man! The tides are turning! Kareem just a bitter dog. He can't take responsibility for his mess. Kianna was passing ne off because all that over reacting she did cost all kind of lost time and miscommunication. I really can't blame Lorenzo because after so many attempts, he figured they were done but lawdamercy now he got 2 women pregnant and a bitter 1st baby mama. I just know Kianna gonna flip out. Latifah tried it and got shot all the way down. Darius messed up big time and I doubt he and Ladonna can come back from this. Whew! The teapot is BOILING!

HOLY... SHIT..... THE PLOT THICKENS!!!!!
So I am happy that Kianna kicked Kareem's sorry ass to the curb and got back with my boy Lorenzo but as luck would have he is getting thrown some serious curveballs. First baby mama moves into the same complex as him and Kianna, then he finds out he is a father twice(Kianna being pregnant and chicken head from his job being pregnant) then we have Darrius and LaDonna getting thrown a major curveball with his side bitch Yvette being pregnant. Oooh Chile I am ready for part 3 hopefully everyone can get it together.

See i waited for Part 2 to drop before i started reading.. why did i do that??? In a day I've finished them both and most likely will be worrying you about Part 3!!! Stuff happens. But come on, these are grown people doing grown things and they can't protect themselves? There's more to worry about than the pregnancies with all the bed hopping going on. Just reckless. Kianna is exasperating. To the max. She can't handle what's coming for her. LaDonna and Draya really had their big girl panties on - I was proud of the way they handled things; let's see if they stay grounded.

The drama continues!
Heck, everyone in this book is pregnant. First, Kianna and Darla both get pregnant by Lorenzo, even though I’m hoping that Kianna isn’t pregnant by Kareem. Then Darius’ mistress tells him that she is pregnant on his wedding anniversary. What a way to keep us reading in suspense. I’m looking forward to reading book three.

Well worth the wait...
Well looks like pregnancies along with drama to go with it. One thing I loved about Lorenzo he liked them thick and was upfront with Kianna she did flip the script on him though it was funny to me. I knew what Darius was up to and it came back to bite him. I'm ready for more great read....

Everybody got something going on in this second part, so I can't wait for part 3. I want LaDonna to beat Yvette's baby outta her and beat Darius too. I can't wait for Kianna to find out about Draya's pregnancy. I was thinking Kianna might be pregnant for Kareem. We'll all find out in part 3.
