As a mom of four, including two high school seniors soon to fly the nest, this book couldn't have found me at a more prefect time.

3-Minute Daily Devotions for Moms is a collection of inspiration, guidance, and wonderful reminders of God's promises to incorporate into daily life. Each day includes a scripture, relatable devotional, and a simple, yet powerful, prayer. I feel like each day is the perfect length--not too long & even the busiest of moms will have time to read this each day. New moms and seasoned vets alike will enjoy this book. Simple reminders to keep us grounded and faithful every day.

How the morning goes sets the tone for the whole day, especially if you're a mom taking care of a family. Most people these days have a bad habit of jumping on social media as soon as they wake up in the morning. It's easy to open our phones and start scrolling. I've found devotionals to be a way to consistently start my day on a spiritual note because the work is done for me.

For the past month, I've been reading 3-Minute Daily Devotionals for Moms by Anita Higman, Shanna D. Gregor, and Stacey Thureen, an ARC I received from Netgalley in exchange for my honest review. The days are numbered, not dated, so that you can start at any time. Or if you forget a day, there are no making days up; simply pick up on the next day.

Verses were chosen with care, and the commentary provides a ray of sunlight on both the happiness and sorrows of motherhood.

I am a mom of three kids ranging in age from 18 months to nine years old, and I was looking for some encouragement that met my needs as a mom. When I saw 3 Minute Daily Devotions for Moms, I knew I had to read it. This is exactly what I was looking for! Each day features a verse, a short devotional, and a prayer.

The devotions were fantastic, and some were very convicting in a loving way. Many of them made me start thinking critically, and I they are great journal prompts as well.

I highly recommend this devotional! This devotional book is perfect for moms because each devotional is short and powerful.

While I appreciate the devotional, 90% were NOT related to motherhood directly. I was hoping for a devotional for Moms…I wanted applications to motherhood each day. Still good messages, though some seemed like someone needed to write one quickly.
