Whoa, the final volume. I gave 4 stars although the ending was a bit lackluster despite the showy scenes. But, I liked this series a lot as a whole, so I'm generous with stars.
And it does look sooo amazing, I just love the detailed art!

The manga ends in where the novel series comes to an end before the novelist's untimely death, it's a nice ending anyway.

C’est un crèvecœur d’abandonner cette série que je suis depuis 10 ans religieusement. Mais ça y est c’est la fin. Je dois dire que cela clôt bien l’histoire d’un des personnages : Esther. Mais les autres ? Je suis en manque.

The build up in this volume, made the “To Be Continued” lie at the end hurt. If the manga is over; and no one is planning to create a continuation based off the novel author’s concept notes. Why say it? Hopefully someday the story really will be continued.

Il y a clôture, ça c'est le moins qu'on puisse dire. Mais pour autant je ne peux pas dire que cette fin me satisfasse.
C'est une fin, oui, pour un personnage, mais avec une ouverture sur une continuation pour d'autres personnages. En soit ce ne serait pas regrettable si je pouvais espérer une suite.
