ENVY: Seven Deadly Sins Saga Book 3
Envy. A feeling of discontent or covetousness with regard to another's advantages, success, and possessions. Growing up as a royal, Soul Vast had everything he needed at his fingertips. Being the Prince of his Kingdom meant he was second only to the King, and loved just as much by his people. Despite this, Soul felt a vacancy deep within his being. While he dealt with his underlying feelings, he was continually nagged by his political duties that further escalating his unhappiness. A chance encounter with a woman whose personality was bigger than her five foot frame breathed new life into Soul. Despite her own abusive life, Aura knew exactly what she wanted from Soul and resigned to hold onto it but would it be enough? Not only was Soul of Royalty, he was doomed by a demon sin.

This was the third installment in the seven deadly sins saga. The other two books were pretty good. This story which centered around Envy was just okay. This story definitely followed a different outline and I can’t say I was a fan of it.
For one thing, this book was very heavy on the romance. It was a very lighthearted read to me. A lot of the gut wrenching action happened in like the first 25%. So at first I was totally into it then a big event happened and then everything kind of went flat for me. I literally forced myself to read it hoping something would come about but nothing ever really did.
I will say there were some very happy moments that were happening but I need the drama. The oohs and ahhs. It was just very “hallmark” so if you’re into that you will enjoy this book. However, there were some intense sex scenes so I guess it would get the R rating because of that. Best thing was the old characters coming back to fit into the new storyline!
I really am enjoying the series overall. I’m looking forward to the next sin.

Green eyed bandit
Envy was a piece of work! He even got on my nerves. I just wanted to smack him when he had a tantrum!
Soul was a royal prince who wanted to do things his way and not the expected way for royalty. He wanted to speak his mind and have it considered, not have a daily full agenda of mtgs and a to do list, choose his own bride, etc. but he was only a prince and heavy is the head that wears a crown.
Zen is the king but is plagued by bouts of unexplained emotional outbursts towards everything and everyone even his beloved younger brother the prince who only wants to help him.
Aura is a prisoner to the dictates of her mother and her selfish ambitions. She longs to break free and experience life and love and freedom.
Through a series of events these three are thrown into a situation that causes irreparable pain.
How do you control the demon envy? How do you survive his desires for superiority?

GOOD READ
Although there were quite a few errors in this book, it was a good read and I am enjoying how the seven deadly sins are coming together. What I really like is how the women they encounter are also forces to be wreckoned with. They not only have their men's back but they also have a way of taming the sin within them. Aura was the perfect mate for Soul especially when he was so conflicted about losing Zen. I liked how she was able to get Envy in check but her presence was enough to calm Soul. With Zen returning, I'm looking forward to his encounter with Pride. This will be great to see a female take charge as a male's inner sin.

I can't even take it! I honestly enjoyed every page of this book. Every relationship pulls me in. I love that the couple's aren't your typical couples. The intermingling of species is absolutely phenomenal and different. This book changed up on is. It was full of surprises at every turn. I can't wait for the next book,"Pride"! Zen better get his life together bc I got a feeling he bout to taking for the ride of his life. 3 demons down, 4 to go... Idk how the mates are going to handle all of them together. Awesome read!

Awesome Series
Hey, what are you waiting on? Start from book 1, Wrath! This is an awesome series. Soul the thunderbird and Aura the fairy 🧚♂️, what a damn couple! I love the way the author throws you off the trail in the beginning. Soul doesn’t have a envious bone in his body. His love for his family and his new mate allows him to be a warrior when forced to battle this demon. But believe me when I say you need to read book 1 to understand how this book unfolds. Next book please 🙏!

Looove this ongoing serie
I absolutely love this series, one of the best in this genre, but she’s killing her craft with the ERRORS. Omg there were sooo many. I refused to give 5 stars when it seems not one editor took even a glance at the story before it was released. This should have easily been a knock out, over 5 star book, but the errors killed it. Please please please don’t destroy your creativity like this. When I really love a story I buy them, but I won’t if I can’t enjoy the story because I have to also be the editor.

I haven’t given a review on Wrath and Lust but these damn demons kill me. They have minds of their own and now jointed with Envy these guys are crazy. I love this series because it is very different from other reads. I love how Jade Royal can mix supernatural creatures with Urban Love stories effortlessly. I have read several of her books and I enjoyed them all. I look forward to Pride and the ear of the sins.

Spoiler!!! You’ve been warned
I felt so bad about zen and how envy ruined his life. He couldn’t even tell anyone about it but he never would’ve wanted it to be passed to his brother. I’m glad he got his 2nd chance! And those demons got me smh they’re like some little kids with all their bickering but it makes for a great story. I love how their mates tame them. I was also wondering if one of the sins would posses a woman so the next book should be interesting..

Unpredictable Storytelling>>
I loved this tale and the ending was more than my heart could ask for. The stories make so much sense and yet are hard to predict. This author is able to surprise me and keep me interested which can be hard to accomplish with supernatural characters that have been done before. But they just haven’t been done like this. Love this series! Special shout-out to the camaraderie between the different sins!

Definitely I must read

I liked it but it wasn’t great
Ok so the other 2 books in the series were GREAT. And this book just followed along the same lines as the others. It’s like reading the same story with different characters. I don’t know, I just, this wasn’t exciting for me. What happened to Aura’s mother?? This book had a lot of pages but it wasn’t a real story.

Envy was not to be played with. I felt so sorry for Zen feeling like he had to go through this hell alone. I wish he would have trusted Soul enough to no he could lean on him. And shout it to there Mom who was always aware of when something was wrong with her sons. Also Aura was so cute in her love for him and fiesty as well.

Faries & Birds!
A fairy & a thunderbird, what an odd couple, but must say the author made their relationship work like a dream. I must say this story was entertaining & had a lot action. Love the introduction and interaction of the other to demons and their mates and the bond between Soul and Zen. Part 4 should be another good adventure.

Them darn sins!
Wow! I really enjoyed this book. I actually rate it as 4.5, because of the grammatical errors found in the book. These couples, along with their sins are really interesting and funny. Soul and Aura’s relationship was amazing and she knew exactly how to calm Envy’s tantrums. Looking forward to reading about the next sin, Pride.

I am so glad that Aura and Soul found each other and learned to be totally honest with each other. Aura mother was found out for her mean and nastiness to her daughter i cheered because she didn't deserve either Zen or Soul. Can't wait to see how the travels go on their way to Pride
