Tired of getting involved with self-absorbed guys who are threatened by the demands of my job, I came to Kismet Cove specifically for Singles Week.

I'm not in the market for instant love or a serious boyfriend, simply to assure myself that the dating pool hasn't completely dried up.

But nothing could have prepared me for Mr. Life of the Party, Connor Wolfe. He’s gorgeous and everything I’m not, pushing me to my limits in the best of ways.

A getaway romance that makes you fall hard. Two perspectives with two different stores. Their backstories and who they are build the character, but the interactions between these two loves from the beginning and throughout the progression of the 'vacation fun time' is what grabbed me. Introvert workaholic with hopes and dream meets sexy teen-stuck-in-a-man's-body. Two ideas, two completely different attraction points. How will thay go? Well you will have to read it to find out! Steamy sexy galore in this read that makes me want to visit a water fall!

Another good, quick read. Connor and Reese meet on a singles trip, both with different reasons for attending. They are instantly attracted to each other and enjoy spending a lot of time together over the week. Reese starts out being stuck in her rather rigid ways, but Connor helps her to loosen up. They are opposites, but they fit well together. Cute ending! <3

Loved this hot sexy story. Reese is a woman who works hard and likes things in an orderly fashion sometimes making lists to go by. She wants to find someone who will respect her work and still want to be with her to date her maybe even love her. Connor is a guy who does not date and is the life of the party living for the next good time. Connors brother signs up for a week retreat for singles so he can find someone to date but can't go. Connor goes instead and when he meets Reese he thinks he's found his good time. He gets sidetracked and never mentions to Reese that he doesn't date, only lives for fun. These two have over the top chemistry and hit it off immediately. Since Connor never mentioned he's not into dating when the week ends and Reese finds out she feels betrayed. Why couldn't he mention that beforehand? This is such a fun sexy read and I loved it. It was a great fun page turner. Excellent reading and there is a HEA, just getting there is was what made the book so exciting and fun.

Tripped Up by Elyse Kelly is a steamy, sexy getaway romance. This quick read features Reese Winters and Connor Wolfe, two opposites instantly attracted to each other when they meet for the first time.

Elyse Kelly has done a wonderful job at building up the characters and their backstories. MY complaint with novellas is that they usually lack character and relationship development. This novella is a very quick read, but there is no lack of character and relationship development as you get a good feel of who the characters are before they even reach physical intimacy.

I loved these characters, and Reese was so relatable. I’m reserved as well and find it hard to open up, but I love that Reese was able to do that with Connor. This is a low drama romance with the only obstacle between the two is some miscommunication and past relationship woes.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this novella and would love another glimpse of these characters.

Reese is on a mission to find a man. And what better place to find one than singles week at Kismet cove. She's putting her best frock on and her best foot forward, but what she never expects, is to literally fall into the arms of the best looking guy she's ever met as soon as she's checked in.

As Reese is checking in, Connor is checking her out. He's only at Kismet cove because he's taking his brother's space and is always up for a party. If a pretty girl lands in his lap then he'll go with it, but he's not looking for anything serious.

Unfortunately he doesn't give Reese this memo, and after spending a blissful week in each other's arms, he lets her down not very gently. She's devastated and so is he. But why is he so upset when he's sworn off dating? Can Connor face his demons and open himself up to real love, or has he blown any chance with Reese?

Tripped up is a piece of hot romance pie with two scorching leads discovering love in an idyllic location. Fabulous novella and perfect holiday read!

Both from the same town they take off for a “singles week” at Kismet Cove. Reese is looking for dating opportunities as she’s had a hard time finding anything and wants the opportunity to. Connor is taking the trip last minute for his brother and just wants a vacation somewhere he already knows he loves, but he is not looking for anything. They instantly connect and have incredible chemistry.
Elyse’s books are a good comfort read if you just want something short, sweet and spicy. She writes the best novellas. I loved this one which was not a shocker.

Let’s just say this story was a fast burn with a little of spicy! I want to take a single’s trip and meet a hot man on vacation! Reese and Connor are so cute. I did cry at one point. But let’s just say I started this book at 8am and finished at 3pm! You will be hooked. Can’t wait to read another amazing book from this author!

I absolutely love all of Elyse's books! They are fun, light hearted, and make me feel like I'm reading a romance book curled up next to a fireplace. I just can't get enough.

Tripped Up also followed in this manner, with a seriously hot couple, seriously steamy scenes, and of course the DRAMA! Her characters are so realistic and likeable. I would recommend ANY of Elyse's books to romcom/contemporary romance lovers!

I received this arc and absolutely loved it! It’s a one of those books that pulls you in quick and doesn’t let up until your at the end.

Reese & Conner are very much the instant attraction & connection from the minute they literally run into one another.

So if your looking for a book that has you feeling like I need more of these characters and they spicy level that will make you blush then you definitely need to read this one because you will not be disappointed!

Fun read!

I can always count in Elyse Kelly to deliver a feel-good story!

Tripped Up is a quick read, but it doesn't skimp on emotions! Might have indulged in a wee cry at the epilogue...Elyse knows how to write the guys we secretly hope to meet. There were a few smoking hot scenes, and it leaves you satisfied and smiling.

Always happy to recommend Elyse's books for anyone looking for sweet and sexy reads.

I love any book by Elyse Kelly. She always write fun, sexy stories that I enjoy. This was no different. It was fast paced and I couldn’t put it down! I read it in one sitting.♥️

Reese is a woman who loves to have control over all aspects of her life. She is a planner through and through. She loves her job and has struggled to find a guy happy with her commitment to it. I loved her character and her chats with het ‘Mother’!♥️

Connor is a super laid back guy and definitely not a planner. He’s always the life and soul of the party. He’s been hurt badly in the past and finds it hard to let anyone close. I loved Connor ♥️

Reese and Connor go to Kismet Cove for a singles week, although that’s not why Connor is there. They can’t keep their hands off of each other and enjoy each other’s company.🔥

It was a great book with a great ending. I don’t want to include any spoilers in this, but if you enjoy a quick, fun read, this is definitely for you.♥️

This was such a cute story!! I loved the idea of a vacation romance, and I think it was very well executed. The two main characters, Reese and Connor, were adorable together, and I definitely shipped them. 😍

Usually, my favorite character is the girl, but I have to say that that's not the case with this book. I think Connor's actually my favorite because the way he changed for both himself and Reese was so, so sweet, and gives me hope that guys like that may actually exist in real life, haha (Oh, who am I kidding? They're definitely just fictional characters 😂).

Anyways, I very much enjoyed reading this book, and would definitely recommend it. If you get the chance to read it, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. ;)

Reese is heading to Kismet Cove for a Singles Week she is having such a hard time finding someone to date with her job demands and the lake of good prospects. She bumps into the most gorgeous guy in the lobby, Connor. She just wants to get her hands and mouth on him and they are on the same floor.

Connor is just going to have a good time not looking for any lasting or meaningful relationships. What happens in Kismet Cove, stays in Kismet Cove.

This book is so hot, Connor and Reese set fire to the sheets. She makes him do some planned things and he has her be spontaneous. This a give and take that is good for both of them. Loved this story.

Connor doesn't date due to his past, but his laid-back fun loving self ends up taking his brother's place at the Single's Week event where he purposefully runs into Reese. She's a Type A, touch OCD personality that isn't looking for a relationship, but does want to date and find someone to spend time with when she isn't working (which she does all the time). They spend an amazing week together, but when that last day hits they realized there was a huge miscommunication at the beginning. She leaves feeling hurt and mislead, he goes home feeling like an idiot. Can Connor pull his head out of his butt before its too late? Will Reese even give him the chance?

Tripped up is a romantic opposites attract comedy where Reese goes to Kismet Cove singles week in hope of finding a date and meets Conner who is just looking for a good time.

I recommend this book if just looking for a quick read and don’t mind a book being dirty. The conversation between characters can be choppy at some parts, but not a big deal since the book is not much talking and a lot of action. I’m here for it. Straight forward and right to the point.

Kismet Cove Singles Week

Reese is a work-a-holic and finally takes a week off for a vacation. She’s excited to go to Kismet Cove for a singles week. Not looking for a serious boyfriend but just someone to date. When she bumps into Conner Wolfe, Mr. Life of the Party she is dumbstruck. He is gorgeous and she thinks he is everything she isn’t.
Connor comes to the singles week in place of his brother. He has no interest in hooking up permanently, just to have some fun.
Both are attracted to each other and end up spending the week together. Connor helps Reese come out of her rigid ways and loosen up and have fun.
But what happens when the week ends?

Reese is heading on vacation, one she desperately needs. She's hoping to relax and maybe find someone to casually date. Then she meets Connor, and the two have a week of unforgettable fun.

Reese is someone I felt an immediate connection with. She was depicted as a planner, who likes being in control and stresses when she's not, which is completely relatable. Her and Connor have a fun, steamy romance that you feel needs to be longer than a week. The author never fails to deliver on steam, and the chemistry between the two is high.

The first portion of the book was a little dull and it didn't really become interesting until after Reese and Connor have their first "date".

I received a arc book from Elyse Kelly. It was my first time read her book. Let just say I love it really truly love it.
I really quite enjoy read this this book. The romance between sexy as hell goof to a uptight woman. Wasn’t even boring at all.

Connor is a guy who does not date and is the life of the party living for the next good time. Connor goes instead and when he meets Reese he thinks he's found his good time. He gets sidetracked and never mentions to Reese that he doesn't date, only lives for fun. These two have over the top chemistry and hit it off immediately.

Getting Tripped Up

She’s uptight, he’s laid back. She’s organized, he’s so not. She’s reserved, and he’s the life of the party. Total opposites who immediately crush on each other when they meet while checking in at Hotel Serendipity in Kismet Cove during singles’ week. Neither one is looking for something long term, but the more time they spend together, the hotter the heat between them gets. Reese is ready to go all in, but is Connor? The passion and instant connection between these two is off the charts hot! They just balance each other so well! Love this story!

Reese is fed up of being single and signs up for a Singles Week in Kismet Cove. Connor does not want to date but attends the same week when his brother can no longer go. A chance meeting between the two has sparks flying. The attraction is palpable. Spending the week together having fun inside and outside of the bedroom have both of them slowly bringing down their walls. Accidental miscommunication though threatens what has developed into a caring and fun relationship. I loved both Reese and Connor’s characters. They were well written and you felt for them. A brilliant read.

Sweet and Spicy!

Elyse brought a sweet story about Connor and Reese. I enjoyed it, from beginning to end. The way the real of the met was cute and Elyse did a great job of describing the anxiety and hope one feels when meeting someone they have an instant connection with. The great descriptions continued through the book, making it easy to imagine. The characters were real, believable, flawed, but they were also growing with the story. She topped it off with some spicy, making it an all-around great read.

This is another very good quick read.

They meet and are instantly attracted to each other, they enjoy spending a lot of time together over the week. There is some miscommunication and past relationship woes, but it ends in HEA.

This was a fun quick read vacation story, with a bit of everything. Both Connor and Reese went to a singles week in place of a family member, looking for different things. They both wanted to have fun, but there was a miscommunication that caused a problem at the end of their stay. I love how they were opposites, but were willing to be outside of their comfort zone to either be spontaneous or follow plans. The ending is so romantic, what a way to apologize. I highly recommend this book, especially if you enjoy vacation romances.

Conner and Reese both have great chemistry with one another. Conner showed up in his brother's place and Reese went to find a date, they found each other and spent the whole week together. At the end of the week they must part ways, yet neither one wants to leave one another. At the end they finally end up together

Holy Hot Fast Paced! Reese & Connor are different types of people, one organized, one laid back. They click so easily and are definitely very hot together! I love that Connor helps Reese relax a little. And my goodness that waterfall scene was hot! But man that miscommunication moment was crazy but Connor made up for it and I love these two!!!

Quick read, fast burn.
Reese and Connor are polar opposites. She is super organized and he is not. But as they say opposites attract. Both go on vacation during singles week, looking for different things, there is some miscommunication which cause a few bumps, but they both end up getting what they need and want. Loved it!!
