This book is a one sitting read so make sure you have the time to dedicate to it before you start. Another thing to be aware of is that this series must be read in order because each book starts where the last one ended. There isn't a lot of time spent in detailing things that have previously happened, so don't start in the middle of the series.
Mina and her crew are getting closer to bringing down the Syndicate and the danger level is ramping up because of that. Things are also heating up between Mina and Vincent, and the budding romance between Lee and Harmony adds a cuteness level that I really enjoy. The excitement level, the world building, the amazing characters, and the cool tech are only some of the reasons I love this series so much. I love that it's set in the future but everything is still relatable and easy to understand and visualize. I love that the characters continue to grow and that we can see how their relationships evolve over time. I love that there is one big enemy that is the focus of the entire series but that each book has a specific ending so the reader isn't left with a cliffhanger. No, the story isn't over but there are conclusions with each book. I love that the excitement level stays high from the beginning to the end. I also love that this series is a longer one because I hate saying goodbye to my favorites, and these characters have captured my heart.
While this series could be considered sci-fi because of the futuristic setting I like to think of it as more of a mystery/thriller. It's truly a story that can be enjoyed by all readers of almost any age and I highly recommend it.

We are at the sixth book in the series, and I am still amazed at how the author just goes from one story to another while still having a complete arc. In this latest, the team of Mina, Lee, Kaylee, and Harmony (and a little bit of the hunky Vincent) must bring down a satellite to finally bring down the syndicate and put away the one who tortured their friend and co-worker Webb. With the great writing, wonderful camaraderie between the characters, and the engrossing plot, this book was a great way to spend an afternoon. This was a great addition to the series, and I’m ready for more. Highly recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

In this installment of the Mina series, you of course get to go on another high octane adventure with Mina and her friends. The characters grow and meld even more and you can't help but get drawn into their group and world. In this one you get to know Harmony a little bit more and see how she fits in with the group and starts coming into her own. And.....eeekk.... more romance with hunky Vince and Mina. The only issue with the book is that it's over too soon!! Can't wait until the next one!! No matter the genre you usually read - check this series out -- it has it all --- adventure, excitement, thrill, romance.....and more.

I am so impressed with how well-thought out the Mina Kane series is. The technology and the situations that happen all feel very believable despite it being way in the future.
Drop Zone was a really cool concept that had a big undertaking for Agent Mina Kane, Lee Adams, Harmony, and Kaylee. I loved seeing how it all came together and of course loved seeing Vince Kramer show up once more.
With how big the stakes were I thought this was going to be the final book of the series, but it wasleft open for more, and I am sooo excited to see what happens.

Mina and the gang are back and they are better than ever. Hard to imagine that very little time has passed between one op to another. Loved this story and love how we get more information on everybody. Time to track down some baddies and this group is well equipped to do it. Plus Mina and Vincent get closer and their history comes alive. Love this series. It is so awesome and the characters are great! Cannot wait for more.

Every book in this series is great! This latest version picks up where Book 5 left off. Webb was rescued, but at what cost? How much are Mina and her team opening up their risk to by investigating the background of Webb's story and its connection to the Syndicate? This action packed futuristic thriller will have you engrossed until the end. I couldn't put it down!
