In such difficult times at present, we could all do with a book like this. I could relate to a lot of this, which is always a great find when going into any book blind. Some pretty good tips within a well-written, engaging text. Five stars!
This book was inspiring. We live in such a stressful world and this book gives realistic solutions and advice for letting go of stress and live your best life! It was an easy read and organized in a way to easily refer back to find helpful strategies.
