Do you want to serve on a Planning Commission? Do you want to rewrite your municipality's comprehensive plan? If so, read this book! What a gem in the wide range of books (THIS IS SARCASM) that deal with Comp Plans. It's quite far reaching - over 200 pages (YOWZA!) and will make you all ready and able to fix the institutional problems within your town's comp plan immediately.
