Angelica Cookson Potts is back- having survived her first (and probably) last run as a model. She is whisked off to Scotland on a family vacation and while there, her father, Potty, as he is affectionately known, discovers that the haggis their local supermarket is selling does NOT come from Scotland as they claim. This news sets her father off on adventure which includes protests, a press conference, and jail time, and leads (somehow) to Angel's first kiss from Sydney, a boy she's always found revolting and now finds herself swooning over. - TO BE CONTINUED-

Very light chick lit for young teen girls. This little book is full of hyperventilating excitement over very anguish-making things like girfriends moving across the world and boys picking on you but really liking you and wierdo parents. Mix this with a little mystery and recipes and cartoon drawings and you have a very sweet summer read if you are twelve or thirteen.

The sequel is just as entertaining as My Cup Runneth Over is! This light-hearted chick lit fluff will keep teen girls laughing with the pop British tones, obsession with good food, and nefarious boys who just might be worthing kissing after all.

December 20, 2007it is a good book to read while pumping as I don't have to concentrate too much. Along the lines of Louise Rennison books, but not in journal style.

Fun. Cute artwork. Nothing earth shattering.

Normally I like light teen fiction but there was something about the character and her ridiculously posh life that meant I just couldn't get into this one, it was completely unrelatable.
