A good manual for healthy living

As always, check with your doctor about any fitness regiment. That said, this is a good plan to follow. It reads like a manual with step by step instructions on how to do the different warmups and exercise routines that, with proper motivation, will have you on track and at your pace. For visual aspects, images are included to help better understand each work out. Her it a shot. Other than weight, what have you got to lose?

The second book of the series is a great stepping stone between the first and last book. The workouts do step it up a notch and I am ready for that challenge :)

This book offers more than what's on the tin which I find helpful in my fitness journey. Lots of motivational help, many tips to help with diet and advice on how to progress with your training. Thank you Mr Hudson
