Prince Florian is the third born son of the rulers of the Kingdom of Dreams. He is standing in his position behind the King and Queen along with his two older brothers, sister-in-law and his brother's fiance. He is the only remaining single man in his family and they call him Prince Charming for a reason.
He is bored out of his skull as each of the visiting noblemen greets the King and Queen before another takes their place. He is at full attention as a gorgeous woman enters the receiving chambers escorted by seven handsome burly guards. The Queen Wynter of the Fourth Kingdom. She is mesmerizing and Florian vows that he will have her.
Florian enters the tavern with the rose that was his proof of him gaining access to the fabled private hidden rose garden of the master merchant. His challenge was to gain access to the gardens, kiss the merchant's beautiful daughter and return with a rose from the garden. His best friend Stic and he were well-known for their outlandish bets.
Today Stic wants to go the ultimate challenge. The one Florian has been waiting for. His prize will be to finally know how Stic knows if one is telling the truth. It had been his goal to obtain this prize. And Stic's prize is something that Florian is determined not to give up.
But this challenge has a time limit - it has to be completed before the nuptial celebrations end in five days. He has to seduce three women of Stic's choosing and steal their most prized possession without getting caught. But he wouldn't release the names until Florian accepted the bet. Florian knew there was a catch somewhere, but as he has never lost a challenge he accepts the challenge.
He has to seduce his sister-in-law, his brother's fiance and Queen Wynter.
I loved this fairy tale retelling in which we have three fairy tale princesses. The story is very well written and the storyline is not only interesting it kept me laughing at Florian's antics. Florian had already planned on seducing Queen Wynter and soon realizes that the other woman have agendas of their own.
Highly recommend this steamy hot book and can't wait for Taya Rune's next book!

Who would have thought you could put the X in a fairytale?
What a steamy hot fantasy read. Florian aka Prince Charming you are a sly little delicious devil, aren't you?
Florian has been given the ultimatum of sleeping with three high ranking fairytale Queens and stealing their most valuable item. If he doesn't succeed he has to sleep with his male friend.
Even though Florian is quite the ladies man at times I found his personality rather overbearing. As much as I wanted to like him, I found him a bit off putting, but that is just my opinion of him. He was a bit too charming for my liking.
The ending twist I absolutely indeed love, and I didn't expect it all. But it made sense and it was so clever of Taya Rune to add this twist into her book. Please make another fairytale book.

This was my first retelling of fairy tales and I didn't even realize it till halfway through. 😄 it was so well told that when I started reading I couldn't put it down finished it in one sitting.

I really enjoyed this book. It gives off fairytale vibes. I love fairytales. Florian is a prince who likes to do challenges. The bigger the challenge the better. Is friend Stic gives him the ultimate challenge for the prize he wants most. Will prince Florian complete his task? Read this book to find out. With the other characters in the book you can pick out the different fairytale they are representing. This is not a fairytale retelling at all but a different take on the character Prince Charming. I enjoyed that it was based on the prince and not the princess. I like the authors take on Prince Charming.

I loved this story more than I thought I would, it had steamy scenes, fun scenes and some heartfelt ones. There were many a twist and turn which keeps you turning those pages to find out what happens next. An enthralling story that keeps you wanting more.

This book was... Well, Charming.
This book was a fun short read, i enjoyed the characters many of them being from some well known fairytales. The writing was great and I could of easily kept reading. I enjoyed the world build, especially for a short read and I found all the characters likeable. Especially Florian our third born prince with a wicked side and need to always win. The book had a little bit of spice but it is not over written and did not take over the plot.
Lots of twist and turns, hidden agenders and suprsises that kept me interested, I would recommend if you are looking for a fun, light and quick read. The first book I have read my Taya Rune but I'm looking forward to discovering her other books.

The catch? He has to do this in 5 days. Will he succeed with this challenge? Or will he be in debt to Stic?
The classic fairytales of Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White are flawlessly incorporated into the characters’ backstories. As someone who loves retellings, this made the novel more enjoyable to me.
There is some spice in this novel, as the seduction and bedding is detailed, but it isn’t a majority of the book.

This was a unique twist on fairytale favorites that are less Disney and more spice. A prince is given a highstakes bet that he can't refuse! The handsome prince is used to getting his way and charming off the pants of each fair maiden that comes his way. When he accepts the terms of the bet, he determines his own destiny.
The author's use of names were clever. I liked that you got to see a world/kingdom with the princess and princesses together. I wasn't expecting the twist at the end.
There could have been more world building and character development. The author has a knack for sexy scenes, but they fell flat because there wasn't much investment with each character.

Prince Florian is never one to back down from a challenge, especially when it is his best friend who issues the ultimate challenge. What is he supposed to do but accept? The challenge is to steal three princesses’ virtue and their most prized possession. Of course, his friend gets to pick them.
I always like the twist on fairy tales and this one incorporated Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty as well as Tink. This book was a page turner, and look forward to other in the Not So Good series.

I enjoyed the heist and mystery aspect of this book, including the touches of different fairytales throughout. Loved it all and the idea of Prince Charming being a flirt who gets around.
I wanted to do 4 stars, but I unfortunately don't enjoy a cheating trope. I know that they had reasons behind it, but I still can not get behind it.
The book was written well, and I honestly wanted more of the story and characters. Could have been a larger book, but I still really enjoyed it.

I loved this story! Such an amazing twisting tale that incorporates different fairytales. This was such a unique and fun story. Florian is the third son of the King and unable to turn down a challenge. His best friend has a secret that Florian is determined to find out and he is willing to win a very risky bet to hear it. This story has a very charming prince, intrigue, plenty of steam, and a fantastic twist at the end that I never saw coming. Even if fairytale retellings aren’t your thing, I highly recommend reading this story it is wonderfully unique and fun!

The first book in a new series is very well written and got my attention. Florian never backs down from a challenge from his friend Stic. Stic challenges Florian to sleep with several Princess for the prize he wants. Florian does not take to loosing a challenge well. The author did very well plotting this book and the details of this story pulls you in. I look forward to reading more of this new series and from the author.

Broad overview, it’s a very steamy and light retelling of Prince Charming🔥 This was a really fun and enjoyable read, certainly fast paced in narrative and a cheeky bet that was not what I was expecting. Steamy scenes and an interesting twist at the end = all that you could ask for!

This book was so different from the last Taya Rune book I read and in the best freaking possible way! This book had challenges, princes & princesses, lust, and plenty of steam to go around. Fairytale at its finest! I loved following Florian on his quest. There were games and intrigue and the plot twist near the end was simply magical. If you love fairytale stories this is one for you! Though I will say that there isn’t necessarily a HEA but there is a HFN.

I loved Florian's story and the trials he has to go through. His challenge is to seduce his sister-in-law, and his pride in never losing a challenge was tested. His character was done very well and it was his character that really made this book great.
I always love the writing of this author, and while the spice was on the bland side, the plot was fun and interesting.

I loved this twist on my childhood fairytales. It was a charmingly enjoyable read, and I read it in one sitting. Several princesses are mentioned. The reader would not know them by name in this book, but the descriptions make it abundantly clear which princess is being referred to.
I look forward to reading more by this new-to-me author.

Things aren't as they seem in this fairytale. There's excitement, twists, and turns throughout the book. Do you expect the prince to have an ego well he does… Doesn't like to back down from a challenge and the bigger the challenge the better. The females in the story have their secrets as well.

Totally did not expect the way these fairy tales were revisited. The author keeps you on your toes in this steamy, short read. And what!?! It ends with a twist. I like Taya's ability to make us reflect on ourselves. As a whole, this story is very unique and totally worth the read.

I haven't read many retelling but I love this one. I honestly was able to put it down and read in 1 sitting. I love all the twist and me sitting wondering what next.

This is such a fun and unique story. The storyline is an entertaining twist of different fairy tales with and interesting take on Prince Charming. This quick and steamy read is very well written with an amazing twist at the end. I really enjoyed this read and look forward to more from the Not So Good Series.
