This book did not live up to my expectations. Some topics are treated only superficially while other chapters seem to never end and are way too detailed

I expected it to be a beginner level overview of fintechs, AI and blockchains, but it was quite technical and complicated. Also, a big part was written specifically for people leading or working in companies that are entering or cooperating with fintechs, which was not relevant for me. As other people have mentioned some parts seemed to never end while others were too brief. I expected more on societal impact and legal challenges.

Gives a background/history of the authors and their business which is very interesting.
It gets into a lot of details in matters of technology, which is very difficult to understand for a non tech person (even for a tech person).
Some chapters are really good in order to get an understanding on the Financial technology industry.
