This is an okay sales book. It is more about psychology rather than hard science, but we can debate whether that is considered a hard science or not in another book. I did enjoy the exercises this book has you run through, and they will definitely be helpful if you are starting a sales career. I always way Sales books are just self-help books branded differently. This is no exception. The difference between the two genres comes down to practical use. Sales books give you mindfulness practices to give you the mental fortitude to do an emotionally demanding job, whereas self= help books its for self-discovery. I would mark this one as 3.5 out of 5.
The book had some great and well referenced information, but the entire read felt like the author was trying to sell me on his previous book and on his sales training services.
