I love Mame’s work. I mean…they all need to come with huge trigger warnings, but other than that she’s excellent at writing spicy and romantic love.

I tried to finish this book, I really did, but I just couldn't. This book had trigger warnings but it was entirely the wrong ones because WHAT THE HELL?!!! Who cares about "inappropriate language" when there is a thirty year old man who is okay with giving a minor hand and blow jobs?!Apparently consent is not important, and dating a child either. This book could've been so much better than it was.

The right amount of angst and sweetness mixed together into a wonderful story. Although the plot is cliche, it was well executed. Unputdownable once I started reading. I was engrossed with connor and khom’s bottersweet love story. I’m glad they got the happy ending they deserved after everything they went through. Now I can’t wait to read love sea.

SORRY BUT THIS WAS SUCH A HARD READ! I WAS SO EXCITED TO READ THIS AFTER LOVE SEA AT FIRST IT WAS SO GOOD BUT SLOWLY...

-Khom said Connor's breath was bad
-Age gap is too much for meee 19 and 30!??
-Smut is too long, and the miscommunication trope is too much! all they do is miscommunicate!??? ಠ⁠ ⁠೧⁠ ⁠ಠ
-It's too longgg compared to Love Sea! I wish Love Sea was this long!
