This book does a great job of really laying out qhat DevOps is. In my company atleast its a blurred line between automation tools and some bits of scrum however it is so much more than that. This book explains what is DevOps culture, what are tools, what are different types of DevOps, and gives a very nice end chapter of how to transform your organization into a DevOps organization.
