When I run into Tyler Evans at the car repair shop, I want to slap the smirk off his face.

I've broken down on the way to a wedding when I'm greeted by the guy who ghosted me four years ago. He left my body deliciously wrecked and my heart uncomfortably bruised and if he wasn't surrounded by five other hot mechanics, I'd call out his terrible behavior.

But all the men at Deep Repairs are smoking hot, with bulging arms covered in grease and tattoos, and chiseled abs glistening in the summer heat.
Arden, Able, and Andrew, are triplets who are more than three times the fun.
Tyler is still the cocky bad boy who made me break all my rules.
Damien is a gentle giant who can't seem to look directly at me, and I'm pretty sure that dark-eyed Greg is the most dangerous of them all.

They whistle at the damage under the hood of my car and tell me I'm not going anywhere for at least seventy-two hours. I'm mortified at the prospect of missing Connie's wedding. But then Tyler offers to drive me, and when we're done, he tells me I can stay in his room at their shared house until my car is fixed. No strings attached. At least, that's the plan.

They like to live life in the fast lane and do absolutely everything together! They're great with their hands and even better with their tools, and stupidly, I want them to fix more than just my car.

But Tyler's already broken my trust once, and when six men want to get deep with me, facing up to the ghosts of my past might just be impossible.

A second chance read with some blips but overall it was a solid read.

The keeping the reader and the h in the dark as to why the H abandoned her 4 years ago got a bit annoying and it had me tempted to skim because I was sick of the non answers and everyone else knowing. The H not talking about it to the h became annoying and I think I would have stayed bitter but the h was nicer than me and she made it work out with the H and his 5 friends.

🎧 Audiobook Review: Deep 6

A reverse-harem romance with torque, tattoos, and emotional trauma.

🧍🏻‍♀️ The Heroine: Sandy

Sandy’s life is in a rut. Her friends are all happily paired off, her last relationship ended in heartbreak, and she’s recently been fired after a workplace assault—adding insult to injury. En route to a wedding three hours away, her car breaks down. The tow truck driver who shows up? Her ex-boyfriend Tyler, the one who ghosted her four years ago. Cue emotional whiplash.

🧍🏽 The Heroes: Tyler, Arden, Able, Andrew, Damien, and Greg

Six auto mechanics, one house, and a whole lot of emotional baggage.

• Tyler – Sandy’s ex and the emotional epicenter of the group. Brash, cocky, and haunted by past mistakes.
• Arden, Able, Andrew – Identical triplets with matching tattoos and muscles, but distinct emotional scars.
• Damien – The brooding giant. Speaks rarely, but every word lands heavy.
• Greg – The tactile technician with a troubled past and a gift for diagnostics.

Each man brings a unique flavor to the mix, and while the personalities are varied, they form a surprisingly cohesive unit—like a found family built on grease, grief, and loyalty.

📖 Plot Snapshot

Tyler’s guilt over ghosting Sandy resurfaces the moment he sees her stranded. His unresolved feelings bubble up, complicated by jealousy and trauma-induced insomnia. The group decides her car needs parts that’ll take days to arrive, so Tyler offers to drive her to the wedding—only to discover it’s for a mutual friend marrying four men. The irony isn’t lost on Sandy, who jokes about hooking up with the grooms’ five male cousins.

As Sandy spends time with the crew, she learns about their pasts—revealed only during drunken confessions. These backstories add depth: prison trauma, childhood abuse, illiteracy, and grief. The emotional weight balances out the steamy scenes, which are plentiful and intense.

👍 What Worked

• The reverse-harem setup felt emotionally grounded, not just gratuitous. The group dynamic created a sense of belonging and healing.
• Each man had a distinct backstory that added layers to their character, even if revealed in fleeting moments.
• The intimate scenes were undeniably steamy and well-paced within the emotional arc.

👎 What Fell Short

• The mystery of Tyler’s disappearance dragged on too long, weakening the emotional payoff.
• The justification for the reverse-harem—Tyler’s inability to handle one-on-one intimacy—felt a bit contrived.
• Six men vying for one woman stretched the believability and emotional bandwidth. Even for reverse-harem fans, it might feel like too much torque under the hood.

🎙️ Narration Highlights

Narrated by Natalia Chanel and Dylan Ashford, the audiobook attempts dual POV but struggles with execution. Dylan Ashford’s performance falters under the weight of six male characters—his vocal distinctions blur, making it hard to track who’s speaking, though he does try to add in some accents. Natalia Chanel’s narration is marred by a whiny tone and awkward male impersonations, which detract from immersion. The emotional nuance of Sandy’s journey deserved stronger vocal support.

It wasn’t exactly shallow but it sure as hell was deep.

I’m just so torn.
I came here wanting to like it,yet knowing I probably would not.
You see ,five-six years ago when I first started reading ménage and then later RH books 📚 I was thrilled as long it ha,f way made sense,to h wasn’t a total TSTL
idiot and there wasn’t any m/m( not my thing). But I’ve grown and changed as a person and as a reader since then. Back in the day I might have loved this,I just mainly wanted the “smexy” times and the taboo thrill of a woman getting to love and be loved on by more than one man. But I want, need and demand more now than just a heroine who isn’t a complete idiot ,no m/m and men who aren’t abusing her.
I need depth and character development and an interesting story line and plot.
Not a heroine who almost stops making sense almost a chapter in when she’s stranded at the side of the road and feels the need to tell us about her “dusky pink “ dress and her “sparkly silver” heels . In that situation I think her only thought about her shoes should have been why the hell she was wearing strappy heels on a 3+ hour drive to a wedding ? Sure she didn’t know she’d brake down but there’s not reason to be driving 3 maybe 4 hours in those kinda shoes. The car doesn’t care. Why not wear something comfortable and more sensible and then change when she got there ?
Sound nit picky ?
Maybe 🤔
But the decisions she makes in next 24 hours or less ( definitely less) majesty even less sense.
Ok, Tyler her ex is caring secrets ,secrets that even at the 47% I made it to be fire I just couldn’t take any more of their stupidity he still had yet to spill. Or even start to spill.
Ok, let’s say you have a group of guys living together who formed a living support group /family . A Decent one, an Ok one but one that mentally and emotionally on edge. Who seem almost like a bunch of alcoholics or drug addicts who all act like they’re hurt one bad day from an emotional spiral what will have them drinking or using again. They don’t drink or do drugs to my knowledge but that was what the felt like . Like this was a group on edge waiting for the wrong thing to push them over and like dominos once one tell they all would.
Tyler is so messed up over a loss he can’t even speak or think of it with out threatening to spiral.
So what does this house of emotional land mines need ?
I know! They need Tyler’s ex to show up and they need to agree to start sleeping with her and sharing her because Tyler doesn’t want to let her go ( even though he can’t have even one meaningful conversation with her) and polyandry relationships seem to work for all of her friends.
Yeah, that makes sense.
It also makes sense after she tells us she’s such a broken lil goody, goody she hasn’t slept with anyone since Tyler left ( of course she hasn’t ) and after less than 24 hours around him she’s let him F her when she tries to wake him from a nightmare. Then she later let’s one or his friends F her and dominate her bad color her neck during sex, after he tells her Tyler wants them to basically.
Deep sigh 😔.
Yeah . Sure. Why not.
Then later that night she’s moving onto another guy and NO group chat has been had. Nothing has been discussed among this group of emotionally fragile ppl.
Her decisions are soo F’ing dumb and make zero sense!
You haven’t seen the guy in four years,he and his friends are all emotionally fragile ,your ALL keeping secrets ( yeah, skipped ahead and she’s got one those secret .... ones) and your just gonna start sleeping your way to a relationship?
Seriously?
I know being a writer isn’t easy. I get that . But pick a lane ,either be deep and meaningful and make sense or just be a shallow sexy smut filled good time!
Don’t try to be both ! You end up being neither .
It’s like something I saw one in a computer lab back in collage ,their log out screen said : “I’m not shallow, I’m selectively deep.”
No. Not your not!
Your shallow but coated in a wear veneer of wannabe .
For this to work it needs to be a series.
I’m leaving frustrated with the book and upset with myself for trying something I knew was more than likely going to be a fail for me.

"I found six friends who'd become family to each other in a way, and they wanted me to become part of their lives. And now, as our love grows deeper, we're making a family of our own."

We have Sandy here who's car breaks down and ending up calling an auto shop who her ex-bf that disappeared owns. Ofc she was shocked to see him and he was shocked to see her. Since her car needed long to fix, he invited her to live with him and his 5 friends and not gonna lie who doesn't love a forced proximity trope ehehe.

To start off, I get that Sandy had her issues and so did Tyler, but I didn't feel there was a big connection between both characters. Like you have Sandy wanting to ask Tyler why he left and then you have Tyler trying to avoid Sandy and push her to his best friends because he felt he wasn't enough for her.
Don't get me wrong I loved Arden, Able, Andrew, Damien and Greg, and especially Greg's possessiveness, they were all fantastic and caring and never once not given her what she asked for. She had a great relationship with each guy, especially Greg the one that's always aware and serious because of everything he went through in prison. But when it came to Tyler I didn't feel as much connection as she had with the other guys. Not to mention the plot twist that had my jaw dropping, like I loved how he was when he found out, but I feel there could have been more to the story.

The epilogue at the end was great I don't want to give any spoilers but when Sandy said; "The last time she came to stay, I found her painting Greg's fingernails baby blue. He will absolutely never live that down". Made me laugh and love Greg even more.

I wanted to say one last thing, the bond that 6 men had was an amazing one. There was no jealousy just like the other harems I read in this series, but also whatever hardship every man went through they were each at each other's side no matter what. Even when Sandy and Tyler were growing apart because some things were left unsaid, they were making the best so they would all grow together. Which made me love them even more. There was that one sentence that Sandy said, that shows what I was saying and that was; "They bonded in hardship, and bonds like that are the most difficult to break." Which she was completely right<3

This book wasn't my favorite of the series so far, but I did love seeing Luna, Tyler's sister from Steel 7 (yes I in fact did read the 7th book before the whole series but hey it was a year ago.....) and I loved seeing Connie deciding to get married to her 5 firefighters. As usual, I always love seeing other characters from previous books in the ones I am currently reading.

Tyler at the beginning i didnt want to like him because he just up and left sandy. But when you read what caused it....his brothers death it was something i could relate too cause when my grandma died i lost all contact with that side of my family. So thats the moment that this book became emotional to me....which something in Stephanie Brother's books always pulls me in and hooks me in from the first paragraph.

Greg quickly became my favorite with his bad boy persona but soft caring personality.

Sandy who at the beginning was so broken due to life (not giving away spoilers read the book to find out why) was so lucky to break down on the side of the road with her car where she did. Because in the end it lead her to her ex and his friends. Then Tyler comes up with the plan to share her with his friends who he considers brothers. In the end sandy is one lucky girl cause she gets them all to love and be loved by in return.

On the verge of cutesy, but not. Sexy.

The “kid” trope gets me annoyed, though. Why does reproduction have to always be the motivator for most FMC’s? Okay… it’s “Mother Nature” but it seems like a whole lot of responsibility damn near immediately after meeting 80% of the MC’s.

Regardless, the book was good until the stupidly stereotypical epilogue that makes RH & romance readers feel like they’re doing laundry: wash, rinse, repeat. Which is why I fall asleep between loads of laundry to wake up to the obnoxious buzzer that my clothes (and panties 😜) are dry.

Audiobook: 1 female, 1 male narrator. The female narrator annoyed me even when sped up.

DNF. I just can’t. Only made it around 25% in. How old are these people- all very immature. Tried to be deep but everything was so superficial. FMC hasn’t slept with anyone for 4 years due to the betrayal then sleeps with Tyler the first night and his buddy the next day? Tyler doesn’t even try to find the FMC but then is talking about keeping her and sharing her with his buddies even though he still can’t even talk about what happened? Yeah - nope.

This was The Most Emotional second chance romance I've read in ages. Second chance stories make my heart hurt at the beginning so it's no surprise that I read the first 20% of the book with tears in my eyes. I expected to read only Sandy's POV so I was very pleased to learn I would get other characters' POV. In the middle of a tense scene, I cracked up laughing when a car is referred to as a people carrier. My favorite quote: "The kind of love that I want is the love that sees all the good and all the bad and exists anyway. A forgiving love. An accepting love." I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.

AMAZING writer! I learned new words, laughed out loud (scaring my cats) and fell in love with all of these men. The writing is so easy to read fast. The heroine is not stupid, her actions make sense. The story flows really well. The writing pulls at your heart...makes you want to fight for love, and will make you not want to put the book down!!! I cant get enough of the characters. The emotion that you can feel through each page. Why have one lover when you can have more? Why have one soul mate when you can have multi? This book is sweet while being Scorching hot at the same time.

Either this book is set outside the USA, where kindergarten is for 5 and 6 year olds, or the timeline is off. (I know in some countries kindergarten is preschool.) Still enjoyed it though.

Okay so emotional tearjerker alert.

Stephanie Brother has done it again for me. She pulled me in right from the start. No idea why Tyler left and she just kept pushing it off and off just giving me snips and snips into the past of what happened. And then once we found out, then we get a bomb dropped on us that Sandy, SANDY, had a bomb as well and it was huge one in my book. And one two of the boys found out and she explained I was literally in tears because it was so heartbreaking for me. And then Vernon saying Thank You. Que crying again....

This book had me from page 1 to the end. The only time I put it down was when I absolutely had to. The boys were amazing. I love when the boys chase after the girl. Who doesn't love that?
The only negative I think was I didn't understand the Luna arc? In the story but

Have the spoilers just in case *wink*

Absolutely Loved this book. Sandy was so Lovable. Each of the guys was dreamy in his own way. Couldnt think of a better group of guys who were brought together by a Rough Life and Heartache but grew into a solid group of brothers willing to do whatever they need to support each other. Tyler, Greg, Damien, Able, Arden and Andrew are every women's dream. They are so supportive of Sandy and want to do anything to make her happy. Together they can do that. Of course there is some drama in this book and a lot of self doubt caused by Secrets that need to come out into the open. Another enjoyable book by Stephanie Brother!! So many emotions with this book, Laughing, Sympathy, A Few Tears and the Heart strings being tugged, Oh and a lot of Hot Hot Hot scenes with the guys. Cant wait to read the next book in this series!!

I voluntarily listened to an ALC of this book in exchange for a review. Sandy and Tyler meet again by chance due to a broken car. After 4 yrs. apart both of them have their secrets neither one wants to share. If it wasn’t for the tight knit group Tyler surrounds himself with in his shop, things would never have progressed. And with the most unexpected secret about to be revealed, no one could have known how things might turn out. With all of them. Quite a good story that has been fabulously narrated.

Ok, so I love Stephanie Brother's books and I think she's a very talented writer. This book, though...

I fucking hated Tyler. I HATED how everything played out. I know he was going through an awful time of suffering the loss of his brother, but Jesus Christ! Sandy is his very-significant other (who he's planning on proposing to) and he just leaves her without a word? What the fuck?

Tyler had a tough family life and a lot of responsibility heaped on his shoulders, so I totally get that losing Jake broke him. But I was still upset with him for ghosting Sandy and he did barely any groveling. I kept waiting for the big moment when they would both finally talk and Tyler would pull his head out of his ass and realize what he put Sandy through, but when that moment came, it was fucking weak. He said sorry like twice after Sandy reveals that she had his baby after he left, but she was all like "Stop apologizing." (For the record- I hate it SO MUCH when the h is all good with the H after some weak-ass apology. Tyler needed to do a whole lot more ass-kissing to deserve Sandy.)

I also lost some respect for Sandy when she found out about Jake and was immediately feeling remorse and guilt. She had every right to feel betrayed by Tyler and it's good that she realizes she was wrong in her perception of him when she hears the truth. But then she just...I don't know...deflates any self-respect she had by completely giving Tyler free-reign of the excuse of losing his brother. Losing family is awful, but when you throw your significant other out the window, y'all need to atone at some point.

Tyler was weak, bro. He never did any seeking out of Sandy. When Sandy left to pack her old apartment and move to her sister's, he was feeling like she had her reasons and would respect them, but come on! If you really loved the girl, you would've tried SOMETHING to get her back. Instead, I felt like bro just sat around, brooding but numb, not doing anything for his own happiness or trying to find out why Sandy left or to see if she was really ok. He was just useless and worthless to me at this point.

Also, when Greg and Able went after Sandy, I did NOT appreciate it when Greg said, "You fucked up his heart." Boy, Tyler's already broken and he fucked up Sandy's heart first. Sandy needed someone to go after her for once and tell her that she was valued. I didn't get any of those vibes from the men; no compassion. I get that they're all toughened up from bad childhoods, but there's usually some more understanding and gentleness from the men in SB's books. The guys had more depth in the beginning and middle, but they seemed to become more bland and vanilla and yucky towards the end. I don't know, I'm feeling bitter. I stopped reading after Sandy told Tyler about their daughter and all the men go into the room with them. By the brief skimming I did, it looked like they were about to fuck instead of talk... AGAIN.

Usually these stories by SB are perfectly paced and have just enough detail and emotion to make it feel like a full book but still be easy and enjoyable to get through. But this one missed the mark. I really think SB would've benefited from making the story a bit longer by delving into their pasts a bit more, or you know, actually talking instead of fucking. There was so much back story SB could have gone through to make this story even richer and the lack of further development made this book feel severely stunted. If there wasn't so much emotion at the beginning, the lack of it at the end wouldn't be as noticeable.

Side note- I thought Luna was a total bitch, and even though her story is next and I'm usually all-in with SB's reverse harem series, I am not going to be reading that one. Sorry SB; love you anyway.

Deep Six Repair

Tyler & Sandy have a history & never expected to see each other again. They both harbor some deep secrets that could destroy everything & everyone involved. Meeting again on the side of the road when her car breaks down Sandy gets her first look at Tyler in four yrs. He knows that this is his second chance, after he offers to drive her to a friends wedding. He doesn't expect it to start giving him ideas, but they come fast & furious afterward. Now he just has to bring the rest of the Deep Six on board with his plan. Tyler, Greg, Damien, Andrew, Able & Arden have always been there for each other, they have pulled each other out of the darkest places their minds could gp. They are famiy, brothers in every sense of the word but blood. So convincing them to go along with the idea of a reverse harem should be easy, right? Sandy has been the "ghost angel" that all these men have heard about & now here she is & Tyler is serving her up on a platter, asking his brothers to share her with him, to give her everything she would ever need. Sandy finds herself attracted to each one for a different reason, finding a different passion with each man. However, she has a secret that would most assuredly tear apart their entire world. Does she have what it takes to put the past behind her & move forward with the six men who have stolen her heart, ravaged her body & changed her from the inside out? This story was hot, steamy, sexy, erotic, heartbreaking & tear inducing & I loved every minute! Enjoy!

Sandy was devastated when her boyfriend Tyler left her suddenly one day and she never heard from him again until she is on her way to her best friend Connie’s wedding to her four men. Her car breaks down in the middle of nowhere and when she calls a mechanic, Tyler is the one who shows up. He takes her to her friends wedding and sees the dynamics of having a polyamorous marriage and the benefits that are used in that arrangement. He starts I think that he and his friends could share Sandy.

Tyler, Arden, Able, Andrew, Damien and Greg and all mechanics at Deep Repairs. Each and every one of them are smoking hot with bodies to match. They have grown up together and live together as brothers and share a business together as well. When Sandy accepts the invitation to stay with Tyler she also learns that he wants to share with his friends and the arrangement seems to work just fine. There are secrets that the two of them have been hiding from each other, once they’re able to get past these, it’s only then that they will find true happiness together all seven of them.

I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and review with my honest and fair opinion.

Deep 6 is the 4 book in the Multiple Love series. This is Sandy story. In the first part of the book we see the story through Sandy POV. But when you learn why Tyler left her and then she begins to learn more about Greg, Damien, Able, Arden, and Andrew she begins to fall for each of them. They will do anything for her because they love her. But Sandy is hiding a big secret that might break Tyler’s heart and tear everyone apart. Will they get through this big secret, so they can find their HEA? You should definitely read to find out.

The characters in Deep 6 are incredible. Stephanie Brother has given us some remarkable stories in this series but Deep 6 has so many emotions and so very hot scenes in it. I did shed tears with this book and couldn’t put this book down until I finish. Plus, I couldn’t help fall in love with each guy in this book, but my favorite is Greg. Now I can’t wait to read Luna’s story next.

Sandy & 6 Mechaniker

Solving issues

The story has six mechanics who are like brothers that live and work together. One o the six has a girlfriend he loved but left when he had a tragedy in his life. Unfortunately his disappearance caused her to also have a bit of a tragedy too... He finds her with her broken down car. He eventually comes up with a scheme to share her with his friends and they all kinda fall for her. There are street races, and shopping trips that are excellent fun, I think the strange kinda sex as if they are speed dating is very strange.... I like the getting to know the guys and how the relationship works but sometimes it seems like Stephanie Brother skips over some of the story or focuses too much on the group sex... I like a good sex scene but I don't need multiple sex scenes if its just like last time... I prefer more adventure or mystery.

Most of it was fine.

Most of the book followed the same patterns as the previous books. Pretty standard grocery store romance arch just with more men.
The only part I really took issue with was the kid stuff at the end.
They kept going on about how they were parents, I can’t believe I’m a father, I’m a mother etc. but they aren’t. The child was adopted 4 years ago. She has parents.
Then the whole 4 year old going on and on with Tyler about his seed and how she came from his seed, how he has strong seed, how Sandra is really good at growing his seed, that whole bit was super uncomfortable.

LOVED IT

What a book by Stephane Brothers, 6 hunky guys working in a car repair shop when Sandy breaks down on her way to a friends wedding, one of the the hunky guys go and collect to find she the girl he left behind 4 years ago. You follow a turbulent ride for Sandy and Tyler but he ask his friends to hep. Reading the story behind the other 5 men is heart breaking at times.
This book is written so well just wish the epilogue was longer and the bonus chapter was finding out what has happened a year later😕.

If you are looking for a 🔥🔥🥵🥵 read then is is a book for you 4 1\2⭐️💕📚💕

more genuine emotion

People who’ve read a lot of Stephanie’s books know what they’re getting for the most part, but the people who’ve read her best work know that beyond the RH spice, she can and does include some genuine emotion. I actually teared up a few times. I’ve got different situations in my past, but the baggage from it is similar to some of our characters, so it was extra nice to see things work out for them. And I’m now curious for Luna’s story, since I’m pretty sure something will happen with the bodyguards, and as a bonus there’ll probably be snippets of future HEA deep 6 family.

A second chance at love for two broken lives leads to a chance with six brothers by choice.

Her life is so messed up, and it has been since he disappeared over four years before, now she's by the side of the road, missing her friends wedding, with a broken down car. When she calls the nearest tow vehicle her surprise is total when the driver is the same man who disappeared all those years ago, and even more so when he insists she stay with him and his friends while her car is fixed.

Different But Still Good

All of the previous books in this series were only from the heroine’s perspective, but this one is written from the perspective of the heroine and many heroes too. Also, will the men in the previous books were all blood relation, not all of the six men in this story are. Andrew, Abel and Arden are triplets, while Tyler, Greg and Damien are foster brothers. There is a lot packed into this story for Sandy and her men, and I really enjoyed reading about all of them.

Loved Sandy!

I loved the chemistry between Sandy, Tyler, Greg, Able, Arden, Andrew, and Damien.
Sandy was on the way to Connie's wedding when her car died. The tow truck driver was Tyler, her ex, who had left 4 years ago without an explanation. He towed her car to his repair shop, Deep Repairs, offered to take her to the wedding. He had her car looked at and the parts ordered.
Being with Sandy made Tyler realize what he was missing.
Thank you Ms. Brother for another great story.
