Lillane is running for her life, from a father that wants to sell her off to the highest bidder. All he wants is power, money. What does she do she goes to the enemy and pledges her life to him and all the secrets that she knows about her family organization. Enter Davet the head of the Les Voleurs syndication. The attraction is mutual, and they form an alliance that will take down the rivals. When she is stolen Davet will burn down the world to get her back.
This is one of those books that you don't know who to cheer for, but you will love all the characters. Lillane is a woman who is caught between a rock and a hard place. She is tough and resilient. Davet is ruthless but he does have a soft side to him especially when it comes to Lillane. He is strong and sexy and will burn the world for the ones he loves. They are both such strong characters in their own rights but when together they are unstoppable. There are so many supporting characters that are there to keep them safe. They are all such well written and complex characters.
I really got sucked into this book, I really liked the main characters and got invested in them from the beginning. I read this book in an evening and was on the edge of my seat the whole entire time. I will warn you that there are some scenes of violence and some very sexy times also. The author tells a great story with great characters. If you want a good series that will have you on the edge of your seat and let you fall in love. This is the series for you check it out I promise you will not be disappointed

Definitely a bit darker of a book than I normally read.
But with that said I absolutely loved Davet and Liliane.
As a woman in the syndicate her father has placed her firmly in the tradition woman's role. She's to marry to help her familly and be eye candy for her husband. She's to keep her mouth shut and lay back when her husband demands.
However, Liliane is so much smarter than what her father wants.
She's determined to bring her father and brother's down, not just because of what they are and how they treat her, but because they are purely evil.
Rather than take up the role as wife to help advance her father further she creates her own path and marries Davet with the promise to help bring down her father and his syndicate.
I won't lie, there were times (mostly during the Block scenes) that I got a bit uncomfortable, but like I said I'm used to reading insta-love, fluffy romance. So to dive into this it was darker than I read normally. However, I am very interested in seeing Adreas and Arlise getting their own romances.
But with that said I absolutely loved Davet and Liliane.

First off, gotta start with this is my first book by this author and it did not disappoint. This book played out like a movie while I read, which made me not want to put it down! The relationship that grows between Liliane and Davet feels so natural and spicy! I LOVE him calling her "my fire", and how bold she is to save herself and Antonin. I love how she also pledged herself to Davet like she did!

“Jesus Lord of all the shocking things!!! What in the world have I just read. Guess it’s been quite a long time since my last ‘criminal/mafia/mob’ trope and this story was pure bliss. I’m still in shock and let me assure you this one isn’t for the faint heart. A huge shoutout to the author for portraying such an amazing characters both strong and fierce with different perceptions but the same strength. Prepare for raw emotions and deep feelings.”

If you love insta-connection, sexy, mafia then this is the book for you. I love that the book took place in Europe. I really loved Davet and the Les Voleurs Syndicate and their outlook as family. I enjoyed meeting a bunch of them and hope there will be spin-offs for more members beyond the trilogy. It was a quick read but the plot made complete sense and ended a cliffhanger but not about this specific couple, it's going to be about a different member of the Syndicate.

The bloody, violent, ruthless world of Les Voleurs Syndicate had my out of comfort zone and I absolutely loved it! Despite all the shocking details brilliantly portrayed the unique, heart pounding romance shines. What a great start to this trilogy- I can't wait to see what happen in Lili's world. If you love stories balancing good and bad this is for you!

This book was packed with action adventure. The main characters Lili and davet the content is dark and filled with steam . I couldn't put it down until I finished it. I will say not for the faint of heart.
