A beautiful (and very rare) private press book published by the Golden Cockerel Press.

This is a fabulous account of Hugh Walpole's early life and a must read if you are a fan of his work.

Beautiful wood engravings by Lynton Lamb, and only 500 copies of this book were ever printed. I'm very privileged to own one.
