I’ve always known I was different. I’ve felt it since the day I was born.
My father hated me, and in return I hated him, resenting my two older brothers that he seemed to love more than me. It’s why I started my own business, something of my own outside of the Santoyo Cartel. What I didn’t anticipate were the secrets that would come out after one of my brothers disappeared and betrayed the family, and the other fell in love with my father’s side piece.
Their betrayal sent my father down a vicious spiral, one that got one of their women caught in the crosswind. Now her life lays in my hands because I’m the only one that can save her—the only one who can get my father’s worst enemy to fight alongside us and end his reign of terror once and for all.
Saving her won’t be easy, especially after meeting Jóhanna, the crazy Icelandic girl with a bug fetish that is hell bent on torturing me until she gets the information out of me that she wants. Now, not only am I fighting the burning attraction I have for my hot captor, but I’m also running out of time.

Blood before Family
This was the best of the 3 books in my opinion.
Johanna was batsh!t crazy but I absolutely loved her character. She was a funny lunatic and I swear Mateo was a bit that didn't fall far from her tree. After all the future she put him through and he still loved her made him just as crazy.
Only part I wish we saw so we could feel her emotions was what The father did to Catalina especially since I enjoy darker books.
I wish I could have all their money and happily ever after on the island. Cheers to the brothers.

Holy shit!
Holy shit!!! What a rush!! This series has had me seven ways Sunday!!
And this was the icing on the cake!!! Mateo and Johana!! And don't forget Carol!!!
This book has had me on the edge of the seat, I have laughed so hard! And I have cried! I really want to be besties with Johana!!
The secrets and lies revealed in this had me reeling!! What a blinding series!!

Guys get ready because Quinn Ryder has taken crazy to a whole other level, and not in a bad way either. We first meet Mateo in Sergio, The Santoyo Brothers Trilogy Book One and knew he was different from his older brothers, now we get his story. Get ready y’all because this is on crazy train you won’t want to get off of until the very end so buckle up and enjoy the ride!!
Quinn, I know I’ve told you this a million times already but.. damn girl you slay me with each story you give us. I love everything you you give us, even the ugly stuff. Love her kind of crazy !!!
Family over blood ... just cut they have ur blood they don't always give you loyalty. She's crazy beautiful and his a prince cartel. Both lost not knowing what to do. Faith and death bring them together. Loyalty ones them for ever.

Mateo and Johanna are intense. A side of crazy mixed in with humor. You'll be on edge turning those pages, needing to know what's coming next. You can expect the unexpected. Be prepared for anything and get ready for a wild ride because this story will surprise you as everything unravels, coming to a boiling point and ending with a bang. An excellent book that's a must read.

This one from the first page. I love Mateo when I read him in book one. This one is as good as the others. Love how Mateo and Johanna fall for each other, Love Johanna and her psycho ways and how Mateo fell for her. There are parts I felt bad for Mateo. These two are perfect for each other Must read
