A handsome contractor, a French goddess, and a snaggletoothed Yorkie—what could be better than that? It was all supposed to be fake, yet nothing has ever felt more real.
Cosette… It’s time for a fresh start. Out with the old and in with the new. Except none of it is real. Or it isn’t supposed to be. My fake boyfriend happens to be the best relationship I’ve ever had. And don’t even get me started on his dark eyes that I swear can see straight into my soul. The way he makes me feel … everything about Caden Taylor is unexpected.
Caden… I steer clear of relationships. Especially the messy ones. I keep things simple, and it works for me. Until I agree to help out Cosette Dubois by pretending to date her. The most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen. Kind and sweet and smart and talented. Fake boyfriend … no problem. I’m a giver that way. Throw in a crazy ex, a Botox-injected mother who hates me, a snaggletoothed dog who can turn on a dime, and a woman I can’t stop thinking about.
Willow Aster is a USA Today Bestselling Author of emotional, angsty love stories with a side of quirk. She is co-writer of The End of Men series with Tarryn Fisher and co-writer of the G.D. Taylors series with Laura Pavlov.
This is the third book in the GD Taylors series and it was just as great as the first two books. These two authors are making me fall hard for each one of the Taylor brothers. I keep thinking I have a favorite, but how can you pick one over the other. I think Jesse will always have a special place in my heart though... But big bro Caden - he came in swinging for that top spot.
Cosette and Caden were so much fun together. He has always had a soft spot for the beautiful designer and when she needs his help to get her family off her back about her ex, he jumps at the chance to play date her. He would do anything for her. She can't believe that he would accept her offer, but she is secretly thrilled to be faking with him. Only around the people that matter of course. It's not real, right?!
After awhile it doesn't seem like playing house anymore. It becomes natural, needed and so very real. Could they really just be fooling themselves this entire time... They've put on the show of a lifetime for Cosette's family. Could Caden be more than just another motherfaker?
You don't want to miss this hilarious and flirty read. Let the GD Taylors bring a little laughter into your soul. You won't be disappointed!

I immediately get so annoyed when I read the heroine get on one knee and proposed to the hero!!!! THE HEROINE HERSELF PROPOSED TO THE HERO!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL FCK IS THAT. Sorry but I don't like that. And no, there's was no fight or crazy situation happens for her to do that. She admits to do that because she loves him so much. Seriously woman? Damn I will never do that in a million years because thats a man doing not a woman. Seriously I was like screaming WHY WOMAN???! HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND?! I STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. I rather stop than gets annoy even more after reading that scene.
WHY THIS AUTHOR EVEN THINKS THATS OKAY🤢🤢🤢🤢
THE STORY IS ROMANTIC AND SAFE LOVE STORY. NO CHEATING. DRAMA WITH OW AND OM BUT NOT TOO ANNOYING. THE HERO IS POSSESSIVE BUT NOT OVER THE TOP. LOVE IN FIRST SIGHT. After they do this fake relationship even though its fake, both never been with anyone else. The hero wants the heroine bad but not so bad. Very hot smut scenes. It has talking about past partner but not too much. NO virgins, location: New York. The heroine is 24 years old and the hero is 30 years old. THE FAMILY OF THE HERO IS SO SWEET AND FUNNY AND LOVING. The chemistry is good, not too romantic but romantic enough. NO pushing away. The hero was a manwhor3 before he start a fake relationship with the heroine, but he said its not much. Idk lol. Happy ending.
TRIGGER: Bad mother, violence, old money and sickness.
WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THIS BOOK:
1. Many woman liking the hero and not the heroine seriously this is so annoying cause the heroine deserve have many guys chasing her consider the description saying how beautiful she is.
2. The heroine's mother is so annoying with the heroine's personal life when the heroine is old enough to make her own decisions.
3. Both have been interested since they meet for the first time but the heroine is in a relationship with someone else and the hero is manwhor3 before the heroine and him start this fake relationship.
4. The heroine's ex boyfriend's current girlfriend touch the hero's junk just one second and the hero immediately pulls away. She did it when they were at a restaurant. The annoying part is that the hero forgot and didn't tell the heroine about it. Idk if the hero will tell her in future or not but seriously authors why even put that without even the hero say to the heroine about it? We readers literally read that and the hero didn't told the heroine about it. That so annoying. It made me give it 3 stars plus the heroine first proposed to the hero.
AFTER READING THE SERIES, MY FAVORITE OF THEM ALL IS FOURTH BOOK OF THE SERIES. GUSS STORY. GUSS STORY WITH SUZANNAH IS MORE ROMANTIC AND MORE BETTER. FOR ME. READ MY REVIEW ON THAT TO KNOW BETTER.
👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽Thank you so much for reading my review❤️❤️ For you who loves my review and follow it, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I did not get paid or be told to do a review on a book. I’m here just to write review about a book so i can remember it. Its my honest opinion😚 I didn’t know at first people will find me and follow me and trust me to be honest, I was surprised myself to look at the notifications from people who reach out to me😆 So everything i write down here on a review is based on my personal opinion and based on my true writing. I DID NOT COPY SOMEONE’S REVIEW OR WRITING SKILL because at first when i was using this app for one year i didn’t know how to scroll down on a book and see the reviews from others😂😅🤣 I know, silly me but hey I finally learned my lesson 😛😛😛 Thats why when people assume i copy someone’s review i was like what? Because at first i didn’t know how to use this app properly and i didn’t know how to open someone’s review because for a year i never follow someone or add friends or someone😂😂😂🤣 (I’m laughing so hard) 🤪 AND I NEVER COPY SOMEONE’S REVIEW EVER. IF I WRITE SOMETHING WRONG OR DOESN’T MAKE SENSE PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND BE NICE OKAY. 👈🏽👈🏽👈🏽✋🏽✋🏽
I have a disclaimer down bellow if you have negative thoughts about my review😙😙😙
🌐🌐🌐➡️↘️⬇️➡️This is my own personal thoughts and opinion about the book so if thats not sit right with you or you feel I’m not being fair blablabla, please know that everybody in this world have their own different things that they like and don’t like. It may not be the same thing with you but thats okay because i am my own person and you cannot control me or tell me what to do. For example; i put ketchup (tomato sauce) on my fried chicken. You think that’s disgusting? For me its not and i’ve been eating it like that for many many years. You tell me to put another sauce and see if i like that better? I already did many many times in years but i still like the way i like it. It’s called differences between me and you and billions people in this world😊 be open minded😙 I respect people’s opinions about my opinions but in the end of the day if i say I don’t like it or i do like it, its up to me and its on me. And in the end of the day i always liked and show my respect to books and people’s opinions on books whenever that book is good or not good in my opinion 😊 Respect people’s opinions guys😙😙 I don’t want to write this down because its not really my thing to do it. To like address something like this when obviously i know the people who’s been reading my reviews many times and all the time, they are smart enough to understand and respect other people’s opinions no matter what their opinions on book or their point of view 😙😙 am i right? 💕 also there are people even though i already write “this book is different because i have my own taste of book” those people still comment my taste is this and that when HELLO… everybody have their own thoughts on books and what they want to read… why i read it then? I read it and give it a review because i have to read a book to give it a review… why not read the description book to understand before I’m going to read it? Hello just in case you haven’t notice, description books can be tricky because they write this amazing things about a book but turns out the story is so toxic. Maybe for me its toxic but not for you? YES HELLO THATS WHY US HUMAN BEING HAVE OUR DIFFERENCES, WHAT I LIKE IT DOESN’T MEAN YOU WILL LIKE IT AND EITHER WAY TOO. why i still write the review then if i just don’t like a book? Because I CAN and i want to, you cannot tell me what to do and not what to do🤪 if you still wants to be negative and be karens about my review on book after all of what i just write, i will never acknowledge you and simply ignore you because its not that hard🙏 I won’t respond to negativity comments🙏🏼🙏🏼 DON’T ASK ME AGAIN ABOUT WHY NOT RESPONDING TO YOUR NEGATIVE COMMENTS BECAUSE I ALREADY SAY IT HERE AND I WON’T BE EXPLAINING AGAIN BECAUSE WE’RE NOT CHILDREN SO ITS NOT HARD FOR YOU AN ADULT TO UNDERSTAND😌😌 YES MY REVIEW IS LONG BUT YOU READ IT ANYWAY AND ITS FINE ACTUALLY I CAN WRITE AS LONG AS I LIKE😎 YES MY GRAMMAR IS BAD SOMETIMES AND MAYBE ALL THE TIME BUT LUCKILY MANY PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT I’M SAYING🤪 ⬅️↖️↕️⬅️↩️⤴️
Another Motherfaker by Willow Aster and Laura Pavlov is book #3 in their GD Taylor Series.
I adored Cosette and Caden’s story and I loved every moment shared between them. Their connection and chemistry was evident from the very beginning. I loved the development from a fake relationship into something so real and honest.
Caden is a real sweetheart. He is a successful contractor. For a man that doesn’t do relationships he easily steps up for Cosette with no hesitation when she needs his help as a fake date. I loved his confidence and humor. Even his ridiculous nick names for Cosette’s ex.
Cosette is so down to earth. She is beautiful and successful and completely overlooked by her family. Her mother and sister were the worst with their snobbery. Social status and money mean more to them than anything. Cosette fit in with the Taylor family perfectly which is a very good thing considering the family she grew up with. They really got on my nerves with their selfish behaviour and she deserved so much better.
Willow and Laura are such a fun writing duo! As with the previous two books in the series the GD Taylors are such a fun group and had me in endless fits of giggles. I cannot get enough of this series and really can’t wait for Gus’ story next.
Note: Advanced reader copy received in exchange of an honest review.
If you enjoy RomCom you must read “The G.D. Taylors Series ”. Jesse and Spence already had their books and now it's Caden's turn. Cosette Dubois is a talented young designer, working with Caden Taylor on a project for a luxurious hotel. She is the daughter of a Frenchman and her mother has always made choices for her in order to maintain status quo. So when her mother tries by all means to get her back with her ex, Cosette turns to Caden to pretend to be her boyfriend.
What can I tell you? I enjoyed it a lot! Caden is so romantic, chivalrous, and considerate of Cosette. And she is sweet, naive and with a big heart, the only fault is wanting to please her family that is far from perfect; with a vain and superficial mother and sister and a father who loves her but has kept his distance in recent months. The only one who shows love and understanding is Louie, a dog with a lot of personality. But now that a relationship with a man she does not love is imposed on her, that is when she decides to take charge of her life. Caden is the best and closest option. We met him from previous books and although Spence is still my favorite, I loved Caden a lot because he is an old-fashioned man and he manages to win Cosette's heart as well as mine. His relationship with her may have started as an agreement to help her, but he was already in love with her and his intentions became clear once their fake relationship began. He helps her open her eyes and strengthen her character. Also I loved the appearances of the rest of the siblings and their partners, and we finally meet Pen! I can say that I am looking forward to your book and also Gus' who is very witty 🤣.
"Another Motherfaker" is a fresh, entertaining and agile read.
Another Motherfaker is the third book in Willow Aster and Laura Pavlovs G.D. Taylors series.
This one was really unexpected for me! I have read the previous book so long ago I could not remember what happened in it but that doesnt matter.
Caden and Cosette are such a cute couple! I enjoyed their story so much! What started out as a fake relationship turned real really fast! Cosette‘s family seriously got on my nerves so much and I think that was intended!
Caden is such a sweetheart. He‘s the perfect fake/real boyfriend.
Laura and Willow did another amazing job with this book!
3.5 stars . Another Motherfaker by Willow Aster and Laura Pavlov is another sweet addition to GD Taylors series. As expected, it had some great laugh out loud moments, some adorable characters and some good chemistry. . Caden Taylor, the successful contractor running his family business with his brothers always liked Cosette Dubois, the beautiful designer and daughter of the owner of the designer company they use. So when Cosette is desperate for an escape from her emotionless and manipulative mother's plan to reunite her to her cheating ex, Caden agrees to act as her fake boyfriend. Only...they do not seem to keep it fake. . I would admit it's not my favourite book in the series. Caden and Cosi admitted their feelings to themselves very fast. They spent almost no time together before Caden falling for her and vice versa. It was too easy. And so was the transition from fake to real lovers. But I loved Caden and Cosette and their camaraderie. Caden is such a gentleman. Charming. Nice. Swoonworthy. Protective. Level headed. Cosi has been controlled by her mother way too long and I loved to see this talented and sweetheart of a woman flourished with Caden's support and her willpower. I loathed her mother who is a snobby, self centred overall a terrible woman. But she and her dog provided most of the entertainment! Another brother has found his Soulmate and it was a relatively easy journey with some heartaches. . I will ask you to read this series because this hilarious and gorgeous band of brothers is irresistible.
Honestly, idek where to start.I actually liked the starting of the book which had me thinking that this would be a good read...until everything went to shit obviously. First and foremost,I did not like the pacing of this story because it was too fast for me personally. As a sucker for a slowburn romance,I disliked the way the story progressed in the blink of an eye. There was absolutely no buildup to the intimate moment that the MCs share and the few smutty moments that they did share seemed too rushed. Also not to mention, when they finally confess their love to each other Cosette's dog bites Caden in the ass.I mean, way to ruin such an important moment. I might sound harsh while saying this, but I felt that this book wasn't really well thought out and needs a lot more work for it to actually keep the reader's attention. The scene that I remotely enjoyed was when Cosette and Caden get married in the end. Overall,I felt that a lot of toxic relationships were glorified in this book and that for a so called "independent" female MC,Cosette sure was quite dependent on people like her mother, who imo,did not deserve any feelings of affection whatsoever. Although,I must say I did have a few good laughs while reading Another Motherfaker because some things just seemed to stop making sense after a point. It's safe to say that I won't be touching any other books by these authors...no offence intended obviously.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
This GD Taylors series from Willow Aster and Laura Pavlov is just so GD fun. I love family ensemble-centered, swoony rom-com series like no other- and these two bring all the sweetness, all laughs, some charming but relatable characters, and a bit of quirk.
Truth be told, Caden hasn’t been the brother that has always “popped” to me, so I was curious what his story would be like. Turns out Caden has had a torch for Cosette, the daughter of a business partner, for quite a while- and when she finds herself needing to more aggressively rebuke her conniving mother’s romantic helicopter parenting, Caden proves to be the perfect boyfriend. But with real feelings, the fake relationship doesn’t last long.
I ended up really liking Caden, though this story didn’t charm me quite as much as the other two. Caden has all the dreamy qualities that I’ve come to love about these GD Taylors- he’s kind, charming, loyal and thoughtful. He’s still got the Taylor wit, but he’s just a good dude- like his brothers. And Cosi (and her scene stealing dog) are super lovable - her mother is an over the top character, but Cosi feels more tangible. She’s gracious and compelling as she finds her way. And I liked how Caden supported her. So each character is charming in their own right, and they have some great funny and steamy moments. But, they didn’t quite capture me fully. The relationship pacing didn’t quite hook me or invest me as much- and even though these two were cute together and we had quite a few humorous moments, I didn’t quite feel the sincerity or depth of their connection in the way that I did with his brothers’ stories. I liked the lower angst/ease of it (like the other stories), but I just felt like I missed some of their progression- but I love love loved their ending. All in all, another great GD time. Ready for the next brother!
As you can see it took me long time to get through this. I liked that this is an interconnected series about the Taylor brothers. Book 1 wasn’t for me at all, I actually loved book 2 rating it a 5 star so I think that each of the books in the series will be based on a book by book basis.
The interconnection was the best park however I’m not a fan of the humor in the book, how terrible Maya’s mom’s cooking is, Gus’s Olive hate, the jokes, the dumb dog jokes… none of these are my humor. So the fact that there were lots and lots of funny scenes that to me, weren’t funny, made me dislike it a little bit and made it hard for me to read.
What I did like what Cosette and Cayden’s relationships. If you’re in the mood to read a book about a nice guy that treats a woman the way a woman deserves to be treated, this book is for you. I’m not sure if you’ll hate the jokes lol I wouldn’t quite recommend this to anyone to be honest.
Her mother and sister are heartless monsters and as someone who never takes any disrespect, it’s hard for me to read about a heroine accepting poor treatment from her family. If I was her, I would have cursed out my mom and sister as well as cut them off. I’m not sure why she didn’t other than sometimes book heroines are angles apparently. I mean, there’s only a certain amount of brutal bullying from your family you can take before you cut them off.
I will however, keep reading all of the books in this series.
More GD gold from Willow Aster. These G.D. Taylor's are just what you need in your life. Honestly, if there is a book family I would like to join the Taylor's are it.
I don't know how many times I laughed out loud and got strange looks from my kids and husband but there were more than a few. The family dynamic with the Taylor's is full of pranks, teasing, joking, loyalty and love. The brothers on their own are so fun throw in Penny they are fun and love rolled into one.
I can't wait for the next installment.
Caden is smitten by Cosette Dubois and since he met her he can't help but want to know her more. But the boyfriend is a problem and Caden won't step on any toes despite what a jerk the guy is. When Cosette mentions that he is now an ex Caden is hopeful that maybe he might get a chance.
Cosette's family aren't very excepting of her newly single status, as far as her mother is concerned she belongs with Jeremy and an engagement is imminent. Do they care he's been cheating on her for a while now? Nope, for some reason, they are ok with that. WTF! Cosette decides it's time to make it known she has moved on and when Caden walks into the opening of her Dad's (and her ex's) new restaurant she sees a chance to prove it. She's always been attracted to him and they've become friends over their time working together she just hopes he'll play along.
Caden can't believe how that first "fake" kiss rocked him. Now he gets to date (fake date) the woman who he has been fantasizing about for months. He just has to figure out if it's all only fake for Cosette and if it's not how can he make it real? It won't be easy with her family interfering and pushing Jeremy at them but Caden has no intention of letting Cosette down. She deserves way better than her cheating ex and Caden thinks that maybe he can be that for her.
I really enjoyed this book about Caden and Cosette. They were perfect for each other and I loved their banter back and forth. I really enjoy how in every book we get to see the brothers and their girlfriends and how everyone loves each other. I can’t wait to read Gus’ book, he is hilarious and reminds me of a big teddy bear!!
These G. D. brothers are making me fall, one at a time!
Another Motherfaker was a super cute, heartwarming read. It was heartfelt, spicy and fun!
I think so far this was definitely my fav brother and couple. And the whole plot was just amazing. I am a sucker for a fake relationship story, specially when the daters already had a connection previous to their arrangement.
And these two were so darn cute! I truly loved them together and their relationship was goals. That pent-up attraction and longing for one another was full on fire.
I adored this story! I am super excited for both remaining book, specially Penelope because I feel an epic friends to lovers coming my way.

Oh my goodness, this could possibly be my favourite book of the series! The chemistry was OFF. THE. CHARTS! Caden and Cosette's story couldn't be any more fun to read. I loved them as individual characters but even more so when they're together. And Caden is another swoon-worthy hero in my books.
When you read them together, you wish they're not faking it. Especially with the way Caden is with Cosette. He's so caring, sweet, and supportive of her. I adored these two. They were so perfect together. Both of them are easy-to-love characters so it made reading their story so easy. This is another great addition to the series and highly recommend if you love fake relationship trope.
This is a new author for me. I did enjoy the story first the heroine has an unique name, Cosette. Her mother has been trying to push her back to her ex boyfriend. Caden has had a crush on her for a while so he is eager to play along in this fake relationship. Will he get hurt or will she actually fall for Caden? You will have to read to find out.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is book 3 in the series. We got Jesse and Spencer’s story and now it was Caden’s turn and I have to say I was not disappointed. This book like all the others in the series were hilarious and had me pulled in from the start. And ohhh my gosh Louie killed me!
Caden is one of 4 brothers and 1 sister. They moved to New York and started their own construction company. They buy flip and sell. Each brother has his own strong points and they are amazing as a team. He is the quiet brother and has been attracted to Cosette Dubois the designer they hired for the hotel flip since the first day he saw her, but she had a boyfriend, so he was going to be professional. He was happy in life, working hard and living his life. He doesn’t do relationships and long term commitments. Until one night Cosette, the most beautiful girl he’s ever seen announces to her family that Caden was her new boyfriend. There was no way Coden was saying no to a chance to get close to her, what can go wrong?
Cosette Dubois has always know she is the odd one out in her family, but has always done what they wanted not to upset them. She is down to earth and works for her mother’s design company. Her mother and sister have always been snobby and act like they are better than anyone, social status and money mean more to them than anything else. She lived day by day, being told what to do, not really happy. So when she found out her boyfriend was cheating on her she broke it off. What she did not expect was how her whole family would not except this decision and kept pushing her on him over and over, she did not want to be married for money and definitely not to a cheater, so when she saw Caden Taylor, the hottest man she ever say walk in, she spoke before think and told her family she is dating Caden and to stop pushing her ex on her. Would Caden play along?
The thing was both Caden and Cosette started this fake relationship, Caden to help Cosette escape her family and Cosette to get her family off her back. But from the beginning they wanted more. The feelings and what they said to each other were real, but didn’t know the other felt the same. Everyone in their circle can see that they loved each other except them, to them it was always fake. Could they “break up” and move on, let the each other live their life? Or can they convince each other that they are meant to be, that they were made for each other?
I love how in each of the books we get to see the other’s stories as well. The brothers are so close that we still get to seen Emma and Spencer and Mya and Jesse. I cant wait to see who Gus falls for, because I'm crossing my fingers for the little girl names Olive <3
A love them and leave type is our hero Caden, never one to settle down. A player and a commitment phobe! But watching his brothers fall in love has him looking at an unattainable goddess…. Out of his league, and out of his reach…..
Cosett is an interior designer, she loves her job, seeing the faces of her clients light up as their ideas come to life, gives her such a buzz. The only hiccup in her life at the moment is her Ex boyfriend is opening a restaurant with her family! (Awkward much!!) and neither the ex or the family will believe her when she says they are over!
Caden and his brothers (two have already had their stories (Wanted Wed or Alive and The Bold and the Bullheaded) are building a boutique hotel, their designer for the interior needs their input before they start the final stages….
The beginning of this story had me in stitches, the mental imagery the description gave me left me with tears of laughter. And that’s the whole book, it’s got a few nuggets of pure entertainment that had me smiling long after I’d put the book down.
You don’t really need to read the previous books, they do run in sequence, but it’s not essential (but grab them anyway, they are great) it might add to your reading pleasure as both Cosett and Caden know each other from the previous books.
Cosett needs a date for the family restaurant opening….. Caden is very happy to help….. So a fake date/relationship is arranged.
This one is probably I’d say is my favourite so far in the series. Caden has had a crush/fancied Cosett for a while now, but as she had a boyfriend he’s not bothered. But given the chance to be her fake boyfriend has given him ideas. He wants to date Cosett for real.
Third book in this series, and it just keeps on getting better. I loved most of the characters, but the one who stole my heart…. that snaggletoothed dog Louie 💜 he was just so adorable. I wasn’t a fan of Cossette’s mother!! Far to overbearing and controlling!
We have a smidgen of angst and sadness, but the feel good factor in this book far outweighs the sad moments. We also have the ex trying to control our heroine! The overbearing mother that won’t give Caden a chance! And a love that sneaks up on this cute couple.
It’s an automatic click when I see this series. And I can’t wait to see who and where the next book takes us.
Caden Taylor is my favorite of the brothers so far!!!!
I always know I am in for an entertaining read when it comes to the G.D. Taylors series and I was not disappointed with Another Motherfaker and those vows that were a bonus download....oh my!!!
Caden Taylor is one of the more quiet brothers and has been infatuated with Cosette Dubois since the first time he saw her. Unfortunately for him she is in a relationship. Besides, Caden doesn't do relationships. He isn't interested in anything long term. So imagine his surprise when the girl of his dreams walks up and kisses him in front of many people and whispers that she simply asks him to go along with her and be her fake boyfriend.
Cosette is tired of living under her mother's thumb and wants freedom. She does not want to get back together with her cheating boyfriend, Jeremy, even though her mother is pushing this relationship. She has felt an attraction to Caden Taylor for some time now and uses him to her advantage to get Jeremy to back off. She asks him to be her fake boyfriend.
Things may have started off fake between these two but truths are finally admitted and once that happens they cannot keep their hands off each other. I really wish they would have communicated their true feelings earlier in the story but part of what made me enjoy this so much was the slow burn between the two of them. Cosette fits right in with his brothers and their significant others so of course their union is meant to be.
As with the first two books there are so many hilarious one liners and of course Gus always seems to be there with some sort of action or comment to have you laughing. The way Louie the dog is described and the things that happen around him had me giggling. I cannot wait for Gus's book next because it seems he will be finding himself in quite the ironic situation.

Fake relationship trope with tons of chemistry, swoony with feel good vibes. I smiled so much I lost count. Another GD Taylor guy is getting hooked!
This series written by a great duo of authors did just a great job and it gets better in each book, making me fall more in love with the characters and with each new couple introduced.
Caden and Cosette, two freaking sweet and adorable together. A fake relationship that seems more real than anyone they ever had. For a guy who didn’t want to be in a relationship, Caden was totally acting like he was invested. Supportive, caring and sweet, being his friend and lover. Just the freaking sigh…
Cosette was such an endearing character who needed to find her place and freedom from her mother where appearances and money mattered, social status even more. I was so rooting for the girl who had a great evolution throughout the story. Witty and fierce, incredibly sweet.
I adored Caden and Cosette. They were so great together. They might have started their relationship as a fake one but it made them realize that they already had this little something more special and real.
What can I say about the Taylor family? High five! Every interaction shows how much they love each other, an amazing banter, a loving family that you want to be part of.
I laughed a lot because of some hilarious and ridiculous situations, the colorful characters and entertaining story. Don’t get me wrong there were also some emotional times that just melted my heart… another great addition to the series!
Can’t wait for the next sorry and I am sure this one will reach all kinds of craziness! Next please!
Authors Willow Aster and Laura Pavlov have written yet another hit in their GD Taylor series, and Another Motherfaker with Cosette and Caden just might be my favorite one yet. I have really enjoyed their books because they are able to write excellent romantic comedies, and this book is no exception. I mean what else would you get when a handsome contractor and a French interior designer with a three toothed yorkie of a side kick falls in love with one another? Another Motherfaker is book three in their GD Taylor series, and while I have read all of the books in the series I don't feel that it is necessary to have read all of the other books before hand, though it will explain a few inside jokes within the story. Cosette wants a fresh start, she's tired of her mother being overbearing at work, trying to force her to marry her ex-boyfriend, Jeremy, who was more of a toad than a Prince Charming, and so much more. But when she is put on the spot yet again with Jeremy she makes a split decision to tell her mother that she is dating Caden. Since she has started designing for their new hotel she and Caden have gotten to be friends of sort, so when he arrives to the party she springs the fake dating ploy on him and he luckily is able to roll with it. Caden has been attracted to Cosette since they first met, and he never thought that Jeremy was good enough for her. So when she springs the fake dating on him he is more than willing to play along. But the more time they spend pretending to be a couple the harder it is for Caden to keep pretending its fake. Can Cosette and Caden keep up the pretense that their relationship is pretend or will their fake relationship become very real?
This book was absolutely phenomenal!! I managed to devour it in 2 days. I loved everything about Caden & Cosette.
This is book 3 of the G.D. Taylor series and it tells the story of Caden and Cosette. They first met in Vegas at the end of the Bold and the Bullheaded. She is a designer, who helps the brothers with the opening of their hotel. She works for her mother's firm and she wants to get away from her watchful eyes and the grip of her ex-boyfriend. So she decides to fake date Caden, so that her family get off her back, little did she know that would turn into something more.
Let's talk about Caden - he is the sweetest and swoonist! Where can I found me some GD Taylor brother? lol 😂 He is such a gentlemen and he is so sweet towards Cosette, ready to do anything to please her!
Then there is Cosette, she is this gorgeous french beauty. Despite her family, she is this kind, sweet girl who just want to be valued for who she is and what she does. I totally got some Cinderella vibes from the way her family treated her.
I absolutely adored the banter of this book!! I mean there were moments where I LOLed so much!! I can always count on Laura and Willow to make me laugh with those brothers. The side characters are always so well written as well. From Estelle and Yaya to now Cosette's family and the infamous Louie. He was the sweetest!
If you're in the mood to laugh your butt of with a little bit of fake dating - then this is definitely the book for you.
I cannot recommend this series enough!!
P.S. Thank you Laura and Willow for providing me with an ARC in return for my honest opinion.
How does this series keep getting better and better? Aster and Pavlov keep upping the fun, the funny, the cuteness, the everything. I have given the past two books in this series 5 stars, I gave this book 5 stars, and I will keep giving this series 5 stars if it they keep doing what they're doing. I laughed so many times I lost track.
If you like fake dating, this book has a great romance surrounding this trope. Caden has been smitten with Cosette since their companies started working together. He jumps on the chance to play fake boyfriend to her when she needs a buffer against her ex-boyfriend. The attraction and chemistry between Caden and Cosette was palpable, but what was even more pleasing was their emotional connection and the sweetness between them. I was there for every minute of it.
While Cosette and Caden's relationship shined, I hate to admit they were upstaged a little by Louie. That dog was something. I don't want to give his part away, but he was hilarious. Louie combined with Cosette's villainous mom was something special. He might be my new favorite pet in a book.
Another Motherfaker didn't stiff me on moments with the rest of the G.D. Taylors either. There were plenty of moments for them to be involved with. Even Maya's mom made an appearance. I loved how they all contributed to Cosette and Caden's story.
This was just one of those entertaining reads that made me feel happy. I couldn't get enough of Cosette and Caden, the Taylor family, and little Louie. As far as third books in a series go, this one kept things rolling and made me excited that there are still two more books to come. I can't get them in my grabby hands soon enough.
This is book 3 and easily stands alone. This story is about Caden Taylor and he falls for his interior designer, Cosette/Cosi. Cosi has an awful ex named Jeremy who is also a family friend. He is relentless so she begs Caden to be her pretend boyfriend. And thats when the fun begins.
Cosi is French and her family is a bit crazy from her dramatic sister, Juliette, to her mother who treats the family Dog, Louise like a child, and to her father who is 20 years older than her mother and puts up with the craziness. The fact that Cosi is normal well was just as crazy as her whole family.
I really enjoyed Caden and Cosi. They were sweet, hot, and adorable as a fake couple and I loved how they eventually decide they want it to be real. I felt that I wanted more romance with them. Like seeing them date but the book sorta skims over those few weeks. So when they say I love you, it seemed fast to me.
I also felt the whole Louise the dog thing was a bit much. I liked him a lot and I laughed at his antics but it seemed like some parts were too centered on the dog when I would rather have had more of Caden and Cosi than of the dog.
If you love humor in your romance then this book has lots and lots of fun and humor and the antics of Caden and Cosi will keep you laughing. This is a fun and light romance with plenty to make you giggle. It was a lot of fun and I cannot wait for Gus's story.
I received a complimentary early release copy of this e-book from the author prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Gah- these GD Taylor’s are too f’ing much. I cannot get enough of this family, their growing tribe, and all the laughs I have had reading this series. Caden is the best mother faker of a boyfriend, am I right? Although, Gus and Louie try to steal the show, Caden and Cosette are couple goals. Another Motherfaker is laugh until you snort *true story*, filled with swoon *lover be prepared*, and made my heart so full *definitely will read again!*
Caden and his band of brothers are making their names known in New York working on renovating buildings. Their current project is a hotel that they have hired Dubois Designs to help with.
Cosette Dubois works side by side with her mother at the family firm. Her mother is overbearing, her ex is a cheater who won’t get over their breakup, and she is just trying to live her newfound best single life.
When she cannot take being walked all over by her mother or ex for one more second- she makes an impulsive decision to introduce her new boyfriend *ahem, fake that is* Caden. Being the great guy he is, he has zero problems stepping up and playing his part.
What happens after that is pure magic. Mom has the can’t stop, won’t stop attitude, so there are plenty of awkward and hilarious family dinners. Doggie antics, inappropriate propositions, and all the GD fun we expect from the brothers.
Cosette keeps her own with the Taylor’s, who fall just as in love with her as Caden. When these two own up to their feelings- man oh man- shiiiii…take mushrooms- all bets are off.
Oh my gosh! This book (and the whole G.D. series!) is an absolute MUST READ! You will get a little angst, a fake relationship, a judgmental and snooty mother and sister, a dog with dental issues, a determined ex, LOTS of HILARIOUS moments...and SO much more!
Another MotherFaker is the 3rd book in the G.D. Taylors series and I swear…each one keeps getting better! This is a sibling series with a definite rom-com base, exceptional characters, running hilarity, the nicknames for “Richard”, the extra insanity added in, and of course…the heat!
When Caden Taylor is asked to play along, he doesn’t think twice…I mean…how could a single, hot guy turn down a request when a single, hot girl approaches with such a request??? “I need a favor. Will you play along with something?” “You don’t even have to ask,” his voice is smooth and confident.
Cosette (Cosi) has put up with a bit too much, and apparently it has pushed her over the edge… We make our way inside and my mother is standing there, eyeing me from head to toe. She scrunches her nose just enough to let me know she disapproves of my choice of dress today. Buckle up, Maman. You’re about to disapprove of a lot of choices I’m going to make. And I’m totally okay with it.
Authors Willow Aster and Laura Pavlov are amazing co-conspirators! This book was so damn good in so many ways…I am definitely giving this 5 solid stars! Do yourself a favor and read it!
These GD Taylors get better with each brother's HEA! Caden, the solid and steady brother who's been ever-present in the previous two books has his own love story now. We saw some hinting of Caden's developing crush on Cosette in Spencer's story. They developed a special friendship and mutual admiration for eachother. Cosette leads a life that is controlled by her mother and her atrocious boyfriend. We see Cosette come into her own and really begin to assert herself with both her mother and the boyfriend she gets rid of.
My absolute favorite part of this story is how Caden is all about honoring Cosette's feelings and boundaries. He goes to bat for her through the course of their "pretend" relationship, always ensuring that she sees her worth and he allows her the space to grow and bloom into her newfound independence. You're gonna need a fainting couch because Caden Taylor is the freakin' swooniest of the GD Taylors thus far! Cosette gains so much independence and has some surprisingly feisty parts to her personality along the way too.
A hefty dose of hilarious banter from the brothers and Pen, all the "D" nicknames that'll make you laugh out loud, and of course pranking poor Gus with olives every chance they get. Steamy, swoony goodness, and a weird, mostly toothless dog make for a fabulously fun read!
