This is an excellent textbook for those who wish to learn about structural dynamics and aeroelasticity. The book provides clear reference (and help) in the basic mathematics without a lot of obfuscation of the details. It is easy for readers to gain an understanding of how these interdisciplinary areas connect with each other and with current tools (e.g., NASTRAN, ABAQUS, etc). I recommend it as a textbook for upper-level undergraduate and first-year graduate students in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering.
