Havenwood The Beginning:
Carol lives her life pretty well the same everyday. She jogs in the morning, has breakfast at the diner, spends time with her friends, do chores, and then sometimes helps her parents at their bar. Who knew that one particular night while she was at the bar, she was going to meet him.
Julian’s family and pack has lived in Havenwood Forest for many generations. It starts out as any other normal day. His brother, Gabriel makes a deal with him that if he would go running, Julian would go with him and Heather to the town's local bar. Who would've thought that he would scent and meet his Fated Mate.

Emma finds herself in the hospital for the last time at the hands of her abuser. She decides it's time to make a run for it. Havenwood, the place where she grew up until her mom divorced her dad and moved them away from the life that protected her. Maybe there, she could have a fresh new life, eventually meeting someone to love her for who she was.
Liam's Mating Ceremony; the place that would put a spark in Spike's life. Smelling the exquisite scent has his wolf pushing him to find the source. When he finally finds her, the connection is instant as he realizes, this beautiful creature is his Fated Mate. What he doesn't know is that someone from her past is planning to silence her.

A definite must read series
The Havenwood Shifters series is one of the best shifter series I have read in a long time. It's got everything you could want in a great read. The writing, characters, and the storyline are great. You are so immersed in the story that you wish you were watching a t.v. series. Great box set. FIVE HUGE STARS.

I really enjoyed the family dynamics and the stories but I couldn't give more than three stars because I believe that the story could take a little more pages to be told and for the events to be explained. All the narrative seems rushed and I would love to read more details about the characters and their happily ever afters, even if it is a insta-love kind of story.

Loved this boxset from beginning to end. Great characters, full of action, steamy scenes, and romantic moments. Fated Mates rule.
