Book 5: Billionaire’s Accidental Marriage
We got fake married in Vegas, but he was everything I wanted in a real husband. Michael was way older, rich, hot. And also complicated. Things got crazy when the media got wind of our fake relationship. But there was one secret that no one knew of. The secret that was still inside my belly.
Book 6: Bully’s Second Chance
I hated him when we were neighbors a decade earlier. Billionaire, hot, arrogant. He was everything I wanted to stay away from. But years had passed when we came together for a secret arrangement. One that had rules. We broke each one. And then… I got pregnant. Would that change everything and ruin any chances we might have had?
If You haven't started reading this box set yet, I would suggest skipping the first half and starting with the fourth book. The first two were insufferable, I almost quit this series, because of fake drama and plot holes and naivety of characters who supposedly were intelligent. The third book showed somewhat promise, the last two books were really good, but as standalones, I didn't feel their connection to the series, only Guadalupe and Yuslan tied this series together and "accidental" pregnancies. I liked the deep emotions the last book offered, but it was lacking communication and dialogue between the main characters. I'm not opposed to having children, even can understand that sometimes it might happen as an accident, but these characters didn't do much to avoid it, it shows me how irresponsible they are.

It may be me but the heroine's in these stories got on my nerves several times with the stupid immature reactions. They got "upset" over really dumb stuff. I'm sure the author was trying to portray them as independent or sensitive but just couldn't help but roll my eyes at the dumb stuff the got dramatic about. Overall the stories are good and I loved the concepts, but I think the author could have done a LOT better on the reasons they got upset over stupid stuff or didn't shut their mouths and listen. Irritating!
Tall, Dark, and Handsome Billionaires: A Contemporary Romance Box Set
This Box Set was so very well written and each story was connected. I really enjoyed this book and was sorry when I finally finished it. I thoroughly recommend this to everyone who loves reading about second chances and romance. A great READ.
Really enjoyed the series! Only complaint of alk 6 stories! Responsible sex by the males was missing! All these romances, while enjoyable, were between adults, all of whom should have acted differently! My only criticism of any of the stories!
The stories were good but some of the main parts were too similar to the other stories. I skipped some parts because they went into too much in depth description, just to add words. But I did like the series overall.
A wonderful recounting of several people losing their skepticism , falling in love and creating their own lives while celebrating in their own happy, warm and unique way new . I highly recommend this group of books and this offer!
I loved the connection of each story. The heroines are all smart women who got involved with men that support them in their life goals. Definitely great reading.
This review is based on 4 books (combined rating of 4 1/2 stars).
Best Friend's Big Brother (Book 1) This is the story of Margo and Chase. She and her BFF Ginger are bridesmaids who discover that their Plus 1s have flown the coop. Ginger ropes her older brother into taking her to the wedding so she doesn't appear without a date. It is then that Margo and Chase meet. The author has written a believable story with great characters. The interactions between Margo, Chase and Ginger were anything but predictable. At times I wanted to tell Ginger to SHUT UP and leave Margo and Chase alone. But the author has done a wonderful job of explaining the reasons for Ginger's actions and I grew to like her. The book is an entertaining, well-written romance with a touch of steam. 5 Stars
Fake Bride's First Love (Book 2) This is the story of Ginger, a newly minted MBA accountant working at an upscale spa in Miami, and Jorge, an international diamond broker in Belgium. Following a year-long friendship of texts and phone calls, Jorge returns to Miami and begins pursuing Ginger earnestly. When his co-owner and ex-girlfriend Ria follows him to Miami, Jorge finds himself between a rock and a hard place. Although I found this book entertaining, Ginger and Jorge were annoying. Ginger was quick to jump to conclusions, again and again. Even after learning how manipulative Ria is, Ginger allows Ria to wreak havoc on her and Jorge's budding relationship. For a billionaire, Jorge shows poor judgment in the way he handles Ria and her criminal activities. Honestly, I would have booted Jorge to the curb for not taking a firm stand! I have enjoyed reading other books by this author, even other books in this series. This one? Not so much. It is not a bad book; I just expected more from this author. 3 stars.
Single Dad's New Nanny (Book 3) This is a well-written steamy romance starring Gavin, a Hollywood hunk, and Eva, a young woman who is hired to be the new nanny for Gavin's seven year old daughter. As the title suggests, an unexpected pregnancy will be unveiled and both Gavin and Eva will need to come to terms with their changing roles. Throw in an ex-wife and precocious little girl, and there is plenty emotion tacked on. This is a a common plot but the characters breathe new life into it. It has open door bedroom scenes as well as adult language, making this book for adults. I rate it 4 1/2 stars.
Billionaire's Accidental Marriage (Book 5) J. P. Comeau delivers another great novel in Billionaire's Accidental Marriage as she brings to life Maggie and Michael. The reader follows the journey of these 2 people from friends to lovers to marriage partners. At no time did this feel like an insta-love romance. Instead, the author shares Maggie and Mike's love story across a year, with enough details to give the reader a complete look into their sweet romance. There are some steamy bedroom scenes but they do not drive the story. 5 stars for this sweet, steamy romance!
