A serial killer's daughter fights to escape her past in this explosive thriller from the New York Times-bestselling author of Look Away.
Heartless killer--or helpless victim?
It's perfectly normal to be a little shaky on your first day back to work. Especially if you're Morgan Ames, returning to work after killing her serial killer father, waking up from a coma, fighting back through rehab . . . and, with the help of her boyfriend, keeping her vow never to kill again.
Except when Morgan walks into the Galloway and Stone offices, she finds her boss holding a bomb.
Definitely no time for the shakes as Morgan jumps right back into her old life and saves the day. But the bomber has other ideas, igniting a killing spree targeting those Morgan holds most dear.
Morgan must decide what to her promise to never kill again or the lives of everyone she loves.

Another great installment in the Renegade Justice Thriller series. Morgan is the sociopath that you’ll come to love. A female Dexter. CJ Lyons never disappoints!
I can honestly say that Morgan 's books are sometimes more enjoyable than Lucy's. The reading is sweet and easy to follow even though the plots are complex trying to figure out what Morgan will do. Can't wait till the next book! Hard to wait till next year!
Loved it but having trepidation with direction of future books. I have (probably like most) been first furious then with growing admiration with the path that Morgan has been on. How she has continued to explore these strange new feelings. Loved the interaction with Jenna and Andre. Especially how she is with Micah. I am hoping that Wild Child will not be the last book I read of this series, without her new "family" I cannot fathom continuing. Had hoped that eventually Morgan and Lucy's paths would cross again.
I liked the other books in this series, but not this one. It’s very short, so there’s no time for deep, well developed plots or character development, which I think makes a good book. The villain was obvious, and the motive was dumb. There’s a side mystery solved, but again, easy to guess the culprit. Really disappointed.
