Dr. Berg completed his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1998 at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and is a board-certified chiropractor in three states. In his earlier years, Dr. Berg completed 2 years of undergraduate pre-med studies at University of Wisconsin Parkside and trained as an X-Ray technician in the Army Reserves. He spent 29 years as a full-time practitioner in Alexandria, Virginia.

Dr. Berg no longer practices, but currently does full-time education sharing vital knowledge about the human body and health through social media, videos, and conventions.

Easy to follow advice without the in-depth science many diet books burden you with. I'm having my best results so far following this plan and I understand basically why it works: you eat real food with a focus on high-quality fat and protein accompanied by low-carb vegetables in two meals taken within a 6-8 hour window, you don't snack, you fast for 16-18 hours. This gets your insulin under control and ultimately gives YOU some control over your sugar and carb cravings.

Dr Berg (along with several others) has helped me improve my health so much in the last year. It's been about 1 year since starting this journey. I've lost about 50 lbs but most importantly I feel SO MUCH BETTER. When I turned 50 my health was spiraling out of control but I am slowly getting better. I have tons of energy now thanks to the healthy diet I am eating. I am excited to see what I can accomplish this year! Dr Berg would be happy to know I am eating a giant salad and drinking my lemon apple cider vinegar drink as I type this review. :)

Short and informative

Dr. Berg explains everything very well in simple terms. I read the book in a short period of time and am looking forward to putting the information into practice.

Great summary of keto and intermittent fasting to improve your health and lose weight

Very easy to read, although quite a few undefined terms and item/food names were unfamiliar to me—easily fixed with a non-Goole internet search.

Recommended.

Easy Keto and Intermittent Fasting Booklet

This book was easy to read. Dr Berg explains things in a way, that it very easy to understand. I’ll be starting soon, and hoping to get my husband on board as well. I highly recommend this booklet.

New lease on life!

I feel 30 years younger. Blood pressure Ang sugar levels normal. Lost 50 pounds in 10 weeks. It all started with Dr. Berg’s video on Insulin Resistance. Check it out.

Dr Berg makes it clear and simple

He's very simple giving effective advice to improve our health which is very much needed in these times. I'm glad there are those people who try to improve our society whereas there are others who are trying to destroy it.

Best guide for Keto!

Interesting in theory, but one month of practicing this and my bad collesterol went through the roof. Wouldn't recommend it.

Talk about practical! It's a good guidebook especially if you like cooking and reading recipes. It also has lots of useful info about what is important to do and not to do about intermittent fasting and Keto. His answers to Commonly Asked Qs is quite helpful since I had some of the same questions myself. I know personally that IF and eating less carbs and sugars does really help you stay healthy. Good intro and handbook to Dr. Berg's world. Check out his YouTube vids. They're priceless.

Essentially a down and dirty (but healthy) rundown for keto done correctly. Removes the fluff and gives you what you need. Easy to follow. Thank you!
