Surprisingly Deep

I have to admit that I wasn't crazy about this book at the very beginning. I am not impressed with fast cars and the heroine was more manly than my husband. There's nothing wrong with that, but I am just a girly girl myself, so I had trouble with her character. Then I kept reading and was surprised by her depth and caring.

This is great for the twists and turns (huge plus if you're into cars) and a touching ending that will leave you both happy and a little sad.

I was hesitant to read this book because I was told there was a lot of car lingo but once I started reading I couldn’t put it down… I was quickly invested in the dynamics of this family. Then the emotional turmoil they were forced to endure as they spiraled into the mystery of why just kept me on the edge of my seat. This author has spun one heck of a tale and I never saw the ending coming!
