While catering a birthday party, Ruby once again finds a dead body. It is the local mailman. Now, who would want to kill the mailman? Seems that not everything is as it looks, and the girls get some help from a rather strange character. But can they solve this one before they leave Yesterday for another town? I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
Ruby and Bee are still in the town of Yesterday as their last days there wind down. They are hired to cater the desserts for the daughter of one of the town's elite families. While putting the trays of cupcakes together, they hear a very loud argument between the daughter, Hannah and her mother. It definitely sounded like a mommie dearest argument. But Ruby decided to stay out of it and bring the tray of cupcakes into the party. Being snubbed by the elitist guests who made no effort to even look at Ruby much less taste her dessert, she leaves and goes into the kitchen with Bee when they hear a very loud thump coming from the front of the house two times and thinking someone wanted to come in to the party, Ruby opens the door and is given the shock of her life. Dead on the doorstep is the mailman holding a suicide note in his hand with a knife sticking out of his back. OF course as what is Bee and Ruby's nature, their curiosity is at its height and for some reason unbeknownst to Ruby this becomes very personal to Bee. Despite threats from the head of the household, to stay away from the case, they do what they do and began their investigation! With so many possible suspects will they succeed? Turning page after page you will be surprised by the ending. And now we have Bee and Ruby moving to the next town so I can't wait to see what will happen next! I received and ARC of this book but the opinions expressed here are strictly my own.
In this last book set in Yesterday, Pennsylvania we find Ruby and Bea catering the dessert for Hannah Turner's 21st birthday party. Hearing a loud thump from the front of the house the gals open the front door only to find a dead body holding a suicide note and stabbed in the back. The man is identified as Rick Kold a neighbor and the local mailman. Apparently he was also well known to the wealthy wives in the area and had gotten into an argument with Chris Turner the prior week. Viola Turner approached the gals to hire them to find the murderer who she happens to think is her husband Chris. Detective Pope investigates and soon clears all the guests at the birthday party. Ruby and Bee get a tip to meet Steven out at an abandoned farm property and bring the sheriff for backup only to discover another body stabbed in the back. They get another tip call from Hannah and rush in to nab the killer and save her and her brother from being killed too.

Ruby and Bee’s time in Yesterday is just about over. Their final catering event is for the wealthy Turner family celebrating their daughter Hannah’s 21st birthday with cupcakes, sprinkles, and dancing. But in the midst of serving the cupcakes, thuds on the door make Ruby think another guest has arrived. Instead, she finds the dead body of the mailman, Rick Kold, with a knife in his back and a suicide note in his hand.
As Detective Pope investigates and clears all of the guests at the birthday party, Ruby and Bee start their own investigation. Will they find the killer? With a second death, the victim also killed with a knife in the back, it becomes even more urgent to track that person down before another person is murdered!

'Pink Sprinkled Murder' by Rosie Point is another bite sized mystery with the talented Bakers Ruby and Bee who travel around baking and solving mysteries. They are catering a sweet sixteen birthday party and discover a dead body.
Ms. Point has written an excellent addition to her cozy murder mystery series. The characters are great, the plot line is intriguing, and the mystery is believable. This book has intrigue, laughs, great dialogue, and a good ending. I liked this book and recommend it to anyone who likes a quickly solved mystery.

This is a fun, quick read with an intriguing mystery right off the bat. All of the trademark cozy elements fans expect from this series are there and it was a nice bonus to have some of Bee's backstory revealed. Rosie A. Point's long-time fans will especially love the ending where a crossover with another of her series is hinted at.
I am excited to see where this series goes from here and just how much it ties into her other novels. This is definitely a must-read for Rosie A. Point fans and a great, quick mystery yarn for the casual reader.

Ruby and Bee were getting ready to hit the road and say goodbye to Maddie and the town of Yesterday, but first...a murder. The weirdest part was that the woman who wanted their help wanted to prove that her husband was actually a killer, not the usual way around.
Lots of craziness and funny scenes along with a little bit of danger that always followed, but the girls finally got their mystery solved. I hadn't guessed whodunit. Bee was exceptionally funny in the showdown but still kicked some rear! I'm especially eager to find out more about their new Ohio location in the next book when I borrow it from KU. It definitely has a cool-sounding name!
Traveling bakers, Ruby and Bee, are exciting to cater a birthday party for one of the wealthiest families in their favorite cozy town until the local mailman is found dead on the doorstep.
Nobody heard a thing, and there are many suspects. Ruby and Bee want to solve this murder before they leave Yesterday, Pennsylvania.
This is a fun, fast, exciting cozy mystery that keep me guessing of who the killer is.
It is very entertaining, I really enjoy this book and would recommend it to any cozy mystery fans.

Ruby and Bee’s visit to Yesterday is coming to an end with catering an exclusive party for one of the wealthiest families in town. While serving cupcakes, a thud is heard at the door and there appears a dead bod. Join Ruby and Bee as they investigate this tragedy to find out the truth on who and why. This was an enjoyable read. The plot and characters were well-written, making you feel like you are friends. This was a perfect cozy mystery with just the perfect amount of humor, mystery, intrigue, quirky characters, and adventure that will keep any reader completely engaged.
Another wonderful addition to this series! Bee and Ruby are catering desserts at a birthday party for Hannah, daughter of one of the wealthiest couples in town. A bump at the front door reveals the mailman, dead. Ruby and Bee go into sleuthing mode. There are so many suspects. Of course, I didn’t guess who it was. I liked the peek into a little of Bee’s background. I am loving this series! I received an advance copy of this book from the author, however, I voluntarily wrote an honest review. All opinions are strictly my own.
Ruby and Bee are catering a birthday party when the mail carrier lands on the doorstep…with a knife in his back. After many twists and turns, it looks like the ladies may not be able to whip this case into shape before it’s time to leave town. I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to the further adventures of Ruby and Bee. I received this book free and chose to make a voluntary, unbiased review.
The author has, once again, pulled us into the lives of Ruby and Bee and does not let go. At their final job before leaving town, they are dragged into a murder investigation when they find the mailman on the porch with a suicide note and a knife in his back. Twists and turns abound as you keep turning the pages, trying to beat Ruby and Bee to figuring out who the murderer is.

As Bee and Ruby's adventures wind down at theirs and my favorite location so far, they need to solve one more murder before they leave. Unfortunately this one causes some painful memories to resurface for Bee. Along with Ruby, readers will start to get a better understanding of her past and what brought her to this nomadic life. But until she confronts those demons, will running really solve the issue?

Ruby and Bee can't even host a birthday party without finding a body. The mailman only the dog doesn't like the mailman but seriously how will Bee and Ruby figure this one out before they leave town and who's the weird guy trying to help them. Will Ruby and Bee figure out who did it and why and get out of town? I recommend this book and author because of all of the books in this series are hilarious.

Ruby and Bea are at it again. While hosting a 21st birthday party, they hear something outside. Opening the front door, they find the local mailman dead on the porch, with a knife sticking out of his back. Another great story in the Bite-sized Bakery series. You will enjoy following Bea and Ruby as they piece together the clues to the mystery before they leave the town of Yesterday, Pennsylvania.
As always, Point's band of characters help to make this cozy just as entertaining a page-turner as earlier books in the series. At the 21st book in a mystery series you would think the series would peter out; not this series. Point has managed to keep things fresh and maintain the reader's attention. Looking forward to the next book!

I often need something to read in bed. I put the light off and read on Kindle just to help me drop off but I don’t want anything too complicated which gets the brain cogs whirring too much. I also don’t want something which is long so that if I do get caught up in it, it won’t keep me up most of the night. Although these have a tendency to bit a little bit formulaic, they do fit my requirements and the killer usually doesn’t have a neon sign pointing to their identity.
This latest installment is a must-read! She had me from the end of the very first chapter because it was not what I was expecting! Ruby & Bee are back again in all their lovable and hilarious selves! It was a fast-paced story that kept me guessing to the very end! Now I can't wait till September for the next book!
Bee and Ruby are back at what they do best creating great baked goods and solving crimes. This time in the swanky side of Yesterday. It was really entertaining. A birthday party and a murder at the same time, what fun! I loved it! I received this as an arc from Booksprout and freely left this review.
Ruby and Bee are getting ready to wrap up in yesterday and move on. On the night of a birthday party they were catering they find a body at the front door of the party house. From there the story picks up with lots of twists and turns and a surprise ending. A fun read.
Who would want to murder the Mailman? Ruby and Bee are caught up in the intrigue as they find out more about the mailman's background. I love the fast paced action and the well crafted story. Kudos to the author for another thrilling book.
I think this is a great series and I loved this book because it gave a little more insight into Bee and her background plus for once she showed true emotion and it makes me want to know more about her and ruby and watch as things unfold in the series
This 21st installment of the Bite-sized Bakery was one of the best in the series! I'm looking forward to a new town in a new state, where Ruby and Bee can continue their crime-solving adventures!
This is one of my favorite series! Love Ruby and Bee. This is their last bit of time in their current town & they can't leave without solving the latest murder. Lots happening in this one. I look forward to the next book in the new town.
Ruby sums this story up nicely "It all had all started with pink sprinkled cupcake and a birthday party. And it had ended with a slipper in the murderer's mouth. Just another day in Yesterday." Also discover something about Bee's past.
Love this series! It’s creative and entertaining. I really enjoy the main characters. They are very real, except for all the murder stuff! Easy to read.
