Ben has successfully convinced the Council of Dragons to welcome him as one of their own and aid him in the war against the orcs. But their home on the dragonkin island is no longer safe. So, Ben and his empire must make the perilous journey to a secret island on the back of an enormous gigadragon named Seshuna. But the question remains: Will Seshuna let them stay?
I really enjoyed this book. It might be my favorite of the series. So much happens in such a short time, it is hard to know where to start. This time, Ben and his people traverse the deadly waters to find a new home where the orcs cannot find them. It is chalked full of adventure and danger. I look forward to reading the next book in this series. Number 14 is definitely worth reading.
This was a great book much better than the last one. I was wondering where the author is going with this but now it seems to be drawing to a close. The treatment of Keehlan was much better and seemed more familiar than previous books. Also like the fact that the characters have accepted what type of story there in, and the relationships seem to be developing. I also did not expect the intro into a couple of characters. How fast they were able to leave the main setting. This book was well worth the wait and things are happening fast. I just hope that it will be more focused on fatherhood. Its not a subject in fiction that is explored enough and hopefully the next will have exciting revelations.
Ben's story continues in the new area. More babies and more allies. We've come a long ways from the early formulaic pattern of find new island, find new race of people whose male population is gone, save them from orcs. The books are varied with significant events creating something new and enjoyable to read. This book in particular really pushes that further than ever making a fun and exciting read.
Monster island girls is a great read, tho I wish for more content on the first queen. Also some time it’s a little fast, but I would still rate a 5. Looking forward to the next book. Thanks

Another brilliant installment in a fun and interesting series! I love the comradery between the characters, the jokes, pulp culture references and humor that is always in these books.
And whilst I'm always excited to see the next book in the series, this latest one gives the feeling that we're in the home stretch before the end.
I have read most of Logan's serial story's and I have to say that that the island series has the best plot and character development of them all. The dragons provide an element of adult attention to the antics of Ben and his friends. Best of all, the only challenge is keeping track of characters.
These books in this series are greatly entertaining and just super to read. Crack Red is a harass dude in the stories, ;however the story covers a great many characters that is all part of great story lines. Logan Jacobs is a great writer and storyteller. Just anxiously waiting for the next book.
Ben keeps expanding his kingdom with more species of women an saving them from instinction
Ben decides to move the dragonkin an all the other races of species to a new home away from the orcs an goblins . To a moving an breathing living island which is actually a gigadragon named Seashuna . recommend reading excellent series .
As with every Logan Jacob series, a highly entertaining story!!! Powerful characters, great world building and awesome adult fantasy action!!!! more more more
Seashone was gracious enough to grant the people sanctuary so they now have a home on the move. And the key to conquering the orcs is in bens hands. Excellent story and vision it all happening from the description
This series never fails to keep me interested. It has enough detail to keep the plot from becoming convoluted while keeping the plot moving forward without getting stagnant. Can't wait for volume 15!
Unfortunately like all books by this author, they have a unnecessary 20 page spread of detailed sex. Yeah! We get it, it goes with the genre but try concentrating on the actual story and we won't spend minutes aimlessly forwarding to a point where the story picks up again
What a incredible adventure this entry was there has been a ton of development in this story and the world and action just keep growing! I eagerly await the next one!
My favorite book in the series. This book was more centered on the people and his family. I have yet to be disappointed in any of the books in this series.
This fourteenth chapter was very busy with triumphs and trials. As with earlier chapters, there are subtle cliffhangers and seeming impossible scenarios.
Another excellent installment to an all ready great story. I'm looking forward to the next book. This author has a great imagination and puts it to great use.
