Alpha Compound #1

The Alpha Awakens

Rate this book
When the Awaken Virus hit humanity, men became ravenous, uncontrollable beasts. They wrought destruction across the globe—now the humans who remain live in constant fear.

Mallory

As a reporter, I’ve seen firsthand what the Awaken virus does to people you love, turning them into mindless beasts intent on violence. That’s why I’m staying safe inside my apartment. Women are getting kidnapped right off the streets in broad daylight. Rumors say there’s a group of Awakened living under New York, and they’re responsible for the disappearances. The old me would have sniffed out that story, but post-apocalypse Mal is too scared to go digging for clues.

Life apparently has other plans for me, however—cue an Awakened showing up at my damn door. He’s huge, imposing, with piercing gray eyes like a thunderstorm, and a mouth he insists he *needs* to put on me. He also claims they aren’t all the destructive beasts I’ve seen on the news. I’m not sure what to believe.

When the captivating “enforcer” asks me to live in his compound for two weeks and report to the rest of the world how normal the men really are, I surprise us both by accepting his strange invitation. I shouldn’t have said yes, so why did I agree?

My presence digs up something dark and primal in him though, and I’m terrified to find out if I’m his salvation, or complete downfall.

The Alpha Awakens is the first book in the Alpha Compound series, by Anna Fury. This dystopian omegaverse romance features a snarky heroine and broken alpha finding their own HEA.

When the virus hit, it brought about a massive change that only affected the men. An awakening that unexpectedly changed men into beasts, or so humanity thought. With many women now living in fear, most choose to isolate and stay hidden. It's certainly killed the dating scene!

Unfortunately for Orion, he is one of the awakened or Alphas. With now bigger physiques and heightened senses, everything is different, and they have become the hunted. Since they now incite fear, they are truly alone and are forced to stay well away from the locals.

As an enforcer of his pack, it's by chance that Orion comes to the rescue of Mal. An innocent woman being preyed upon. In that moment he is captivated and can't make himself stay away.

It’s my nature to be dominating and possessive, and the fact that she’s gone from terrified normal to sultry minx in about twenty-four hours riles me up. I’m all kinds of hot because of it.

Mal is a reporter that spends most of her time in a depressed time. Meeting Orion feels right and after a heated interlude, she finds herself agreeing to help this pack of Alphas by telling their version of events. But falling in lust with Orion is only the beginning of who she's meant to become.

I’m moaning; I’m soaking wet; I’m dangerously close to begging for more. Because I need more of this, more of his dangerous intensity. I feel more alive right now than I have in three years.

The Alpha Awakens is the first book in the Alpha Compound series and I'm bloody excited. I cannot wait to read more about these lonely, horny Alphas meeting their mate who completes them. Admittedly I don't know much about the omegaverse, nor does it interest me, but this is supposedly a lighter version of it, which suited me just fine. This was more relationship focused, steamy and sweet, it was the perfect prelude for all the couples yet to follow.

I think this was meant for people who thought Omegaverse needed a “woke” overhaul. 😐

I don’t read Omegaverse looking for weepy timid apologetic squishy beta males who just look like “alphas”. This book manages to remove everything that makes this genre fun, and leaves us with an awkward mix of vaguely paranormal, politically-correct, contemporary romance. 😐

This was my first shifter romance and OMG I have been missing out. I had no idea what was in store for me (like at all), but this was packed full of action, steam and a storyline that intrigued me so much! I was captivated from the start to the very end.

Mallory is an investigative reporter living in New York. Life looks much different because a few years earlier the world as everyone knew it changed when a virus was unleashed. Males started turning into something that shocked their loved ones and friends. They weren't themselves anymore. They bulked out and turned into something strong and deadly. Seeing this firsthand has caused Mal to live in fear on the daily. Afraid to live her own home for even the barest of supplies. Reports state that these Awakened are kidnapping women and they are not seen again.

One day she braves a trip out of her home and by doing so she comes face to face with her deepest fear. Just her luck, shortly after that she hears an unexpected knock on her door. She can't believe her eyes. This thing in front of her is so huge, strikingly handsome and looking at her like he wants to devour her. He asks her something she should say no to, but something inside is making her say YES. She needs this... Things don't go so well and this mysterious stranger walks out the door without a backwards glance.

He ends up returning and has a request for her. He asks if she will return with him to where he lives. Wants her to see firsthand what is happening, that there is more to them than destruction and rampage.

Orion and Mal had intense chemistry! Off the charts. My mind was opened to SO many things in this book. Still so much to learn about this shifter world... So much, but I am down for every darn thing.

This one was just one nice and fluffy read. Granted there was a third act but overall the romance and the couple getting together read like one big fluffy story to me. It was pretty much insta-love (which I usually dislike but strangely worked for me with this book). The world the author started setting up was interesting and left me wanting to know more. There were also quite a few plot lines that were left open to hopefully get answered in future books in this series.

This one for me was just OK it didn’t really manage to invest me all that much and I found the two main characters Mallory and Orion slightly problematic. Mallory was super annoying and very wishy-washy then she did a complete 180 in no time at all only to totally lose it all again big style. I just found her personality slightly contradictory and there were times I wanted to yell at her to woman-up. Orion well after a delicious first introduction just went downhill; at times he felt more beta than alpha nothing wrong with that but I was just expecting more from an alpha character especially since he was meant to be the enforcer of the pack.

There was too much political correctness here, too little beating of the chests and all-out alpha-ness. I like this particular genre because I can suspend all of that and just embrace the whole animal instinct and me man you woman vibe that these usually deliver on. This was totally missing here and these Alpha’s just came across as well nice and so normal.

This did have an interesting story arc in as much that it deals with a world where these men have awakened or transitioned into what they are now but I do think there wasn’t enough background we do get some but it wasn’t nearly enough and this could definitely have been elaborated on. This is also very instalove not an issue this genre usually is so I was expecting this but then the chemistry for me also felt off.

Overall this wasn’t a bad read and the writing itself was fine it also had some good ideas it just wasn’t quite my thing. If you're just dipping your toe into the omegaverse world and want something lighter to start off with then this is probably the story for you as it is definitely at the lighter end of the spectrum.

**2.5** This one didn’t work for me. Light and fluffy until around 88% and then it went crazy. The whole alpha/knot didn’t even come into play until 98%.

The world building was decent and I liked the ideas surrounding how the ‘Awakened’ changed some of the men.
The news showed a strange pandemic plowing across the East Coast. It appeared to only affect men, and it caused a terrible reaction that turned them into insane, savage monsters.
While this book had so much promise, the mc’s communication was non-existent, and they both annoyed me with their games.

Omegaverse? YES ! smutty? YES! Dystopian? YES! Did I binge? Why YES!

I have a slight addiction to wolf-shifter romances and ever since discovering the omegaverse world I found my newest obssession. This is an 18+ series, intended for mature audiences! If you enjoy a dystopian setting where a virus breaks loose upon society, changing the men into Alphas, combined with a sexy romance and animalistic behavior, I definitely recommend this series.

I love the entire dominant/submissive dynamics between the Alphas and their omegas. Anna Fury writes the omegaverse society in a masterful way, it challenges your inner guilty pleasures without it ever being cringey. The story pulled me in from the very start, its super fast paced and sexy and soon enough I found myself already starting the sequel!

Mal is a reporter who, like the rest of the society, fears the men who have been "awakened". The men who have been contaminated by the virus undergo a transformation, both physically and mentally, that brings out an animalistic behavior and turns them into Alphas. Mal soon discovers that there is much more to the awakened then what society believes and finds herself tangled with an incredibly hot and irresistible alpha. The sexual tension between Mal and Orion is undeniable and scorching hot. At first Mal was afraid of him, but still very much attracted to him with his soft eyes... her journalist instincts told her that this male virus should be studied and better explained to society.

A binge-worthy read! Thank you so much to the author for gifting me a copy.

This was a really interesting dystopian omegaverse, where alphas have been recently created after the spread of a global virus (hits different!) and they are feared/hunted for being mindlessly violent (but are actually just isolated and lonely).

I really liked the main couple, Orion (the enforcer in a pack of alphas living/in hiding on a compound) and Mal (a reporter who Orion’s pack leader has invited onto the compound, so she can see that alphas retain their humanity after the transition). Was their relationship heavily reliant on physical chemistry? Yes. Was it hot? Oh, yes.

The world building was light but effective, and a lot of the emotional impact actually came from Mal learning about the fallout of the virus from the alphas’ perspective.

I went into this book mostly blind, so there were plot points that took me by complete surprise (and I’m still not sure how I feel about it), but overall it was a great read and I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.

DNF @ 15%. I was intrigued by the “omegaverse is caused by a virus” premise, but the story was slower in pace than I usually like so I couldn’t get into it.

Excellent dystopian omegaverse

Mallory fears alphas, like everybody does. After all, they’re crazy and dangerous. But when she’s saved by an alpha one night, she begins a journey to discover what a future might bring with alphas integrated into society instead of scorned by them....

I loved Fury’s take on omegaverse, with the alphas rejected by society and taken away. They’re divided into groups, hidden and struggling, some in positive ways and some in much more negative ways. Mallory and Orion are both vivid, interesting characters, and I loved their devotion and support of one another.

I also really loved that Fury concentrates on consent in the alpha/omega dynamic, and how Mallory is placed in positions of power in their relationship. The Alpha Awakens a great start to a new series, and I can’t wait to find out more about the omegaverse Fury is creating.

*****
The Alpha Awakens takes place in New York, three years after a horrific virus hit the world. The thing about this virus, it only affected men and it turned them into mindless, bloodthirsty beasts…what they refer to as the awakening.

Orion. I haven't felt this strongly for a character in a long time. My heart broke for him, and I could feel his loneliness, grief, hurt, and dreams dashed. He is such an honorable man/alpha beast. It didn't take long for him to work his way into my heart, just as he does Mallory's (Mal).

Mallory, a journalist, has been terrified of her own shadow since witnessing her twin Tyler "awaken" and being taken away by the task force. One fateful day, as she makes her way home, she encounters not one, but two "awakened." What she doesn't realize is that her life is going to change drastically. Through the book Mallory transforms from timid to a woman of confidence and strength.

I couldn't believe this was Anna Fury's first book. The plot is new, imaginative, and one-of-a-kind, and I honestly couldn't turn the pages fast enough. Her characters provoked so many emotions that I felt like I was on a rollercoaster; heartbreaking one minute, laughing the next. Her future world, in which men are feared and can transform into monsters at any time, is amazing. The romance, oh goodness, the romance. Orion is swoonworthy, thoughtful, protective, and hotttttt.

So folks, what are my thoughts on The Alpha Awakens? I am going to tell all y’all to read it! I mean seriously READ IT! Do I recommend it? YES! Will I keep reading this series? A THOUSAND TIMES YES!

Anna Fury has found a new fan in me and I cannot wait for Samson’s book. I have a feeling I will need to break out the tissues for that one. HAPPY READING… this gets ALL MY RECOMMENDATIONS!

An enjoyable paranormal omegaverse romance.

I enjoyed this novel. It was written cleanly, and I enjoyed the world building. It was an interesting mashup between post apocalyptic, omegaverse, and paranormal. I really liked the heroine and felt for her grief and anguish regarding her twin. The one thing that I found disappointing about the novel was how beta all these Alphas were. I expect omegaverse Alphas to be alpha heroes, in the romance novel sense. That is kind of the promise of the premise, in my opinion. Just like the dragon shifter, demon, or SEAL hero needs to be an alpha hero instead of a cinnamon roll. As a consequence, I felt vaguely cheated by the end of the novel.

Holy freakin’ sh!tballs - I LOVED this book! The world building and overall storyline was fantastic and really fast paced. A virus causes some men to go through an extremely violent transition to Alphas - physically larger, stronger, and with heightened senses. At first they’re all almost feral with rage, but after a couple days, they settle down. The world only knows what the media and government has been feeding them though, and they’re being hunted by the government, militias, and other alpha packs. When Orion meets Mal, who is a reporter, Orion's pack alpha has him invite her to stay with their pack and tell their story. This story has non-stop action will have you gripped from beginning to end.

The characters in the Alpha Awakens are just amazing. I just loved Mal. She’s tired of getting pushed around, tired of living in fear, and determined to spread the truth of the Awakening. It’s wonderful to see her journey to reclaiming her strength. Orion is just grumpy alpha perfection. He’s thoughtful, considerate, and really tries to keep hold over his baser instincts when it come to doing what’s best for Mal. His backstory is heartbreaking, endearing you to him even more. The attraction between Mel and Orion is off the chain from the moment they meet. And the smexy times! Oh. My. Word. Off the freakin’ chain, I’m lucky my kindle didn’t catch on fire, lol. But it’s not just Mal and Orion you fall in love with. ALL the characters are great and Anna gives you just enough nuggets about them to leave you frantic for their stories as well. I really cannot say enough about this book! I would have never been able to tell it was a debut novel. And anyone who writes characters with Ruby Dixon books on their shelves have an in with me, lol. I seriously cannot wait for Samson’s story - there just seems like there’s so much there to tell. Basically, if you like omegaverse, post-apocalyptic romance, or just a really freakin’ good book - this one is for you!

Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Trope: Post-apocalyptic fated mate

This is book 1 in Anna Fury’s Alpha Compound.

Fury does a great job at world building and launching the series yet takes nothing away from Mal & Orion. While the dystopian setting and public perception of the Alphas gives this a darker feel, the relationship aspect is actually a fairly low angst shifter omegaverse. I enjoyed the pacing, mystery/suspense, and the banter between all the alphas. The compound provides protection for this found family, yet they feel the need to court public opinion of what happens during the change. As a reporter, Mal is interested in learning more despite her fears.

I enjoyed Mal’s strength as well as Orion’s protective nature balanced with their innate desire to be dominated and to be in control. It’s a nuance Fury does well. The secondary characters were also wonderful and I’m looking forward to more of their stories as the series continues.

While Mal & Orion get an action packed and sexy HFN as a couple, this book is definitely launching a series. There’s many questions and I’m excited to see where Fury takes the Pack.

Narration:
I admit I’ve been wanting to check out Fury’s stories for a while - but was immediately sold when I discovered this was a duet narration by Kelsey Navarro & James Anderson Foster. I loved this narration. They’re perfect as Orion & Mal. I don’t know if they were actually in the booth together - but the duet was pulled off flawlessly.

Thankyou to the Author for providing the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

This is dystopian omega-verse romance novel! My first in this genre and I'm so glad since it was totally worth it!
The setup and character building was pretty amazing and I loved all the characters!! Can't wait for their individual books! It had the perfect found family trope and I loved it!

In the prequel we see how this virus came into existence and how Jude and her father who work as chemists were making this chemical to help people but it lead to something else entirely lol!

Plot-
Mallory who's a reporter comes to the compound to help the Alphas express themselves and write their side of the story which is never told in the news and is known by none! They are all not beasts!
The whole journey is amazing!! I loved the way the author included all the backstories!! This was so funny, emotional, spicy and cozy at the same time!

Characters-
Mallory (or Mal) is legit funny and adorable!! Just when you think she won't be more relatable or funny, she proves you wrong! She lost her brother to this plague and thus knows the experience

Orion is the enforcer of his pack which is lead by Mitchell! All the members of this pack transitioned and became Alphas instead of remaining awakened (as the government calls them!) Mitchell has made a compound where all the Alphas who aren't allowed anywhere, live and lead the basic life!

The chemistry between mal and orion is amazing! You can feel the connection from the beginning till the end so loud and clear!

Griz is the most huge and bulky Alpha! He is the strongest and Orion's bff!! And hello I can't wait to see jude and griz together pls!! They deserve a happy ending!!!!!!! They are being shipped so hard by every character damn!!! Can't wait for the their (third) book!!

Samson an oversized Alpha is the most mysterious character! And his book comes out next! Can't wait!

Connor is another sweet alpha!! He's ray of sunshine who's always smiling and spreading happiness!! He's the one doing all the mischief in the household!

Mitchell also has a mate named Alice!! She is the sweetest friend to all these alphas and they look up to her for any help or advice!!
Can I have friends like connor and Alice pls?

Overall- I loved reading it and was amazed at every point, at how it kept getting better and the last 50 or so pages were a complete roller coaster! Can't wait for book two!!

A beautiful take on alpha and omegas so 🔥🔥💕

First time reading from this author and I have to say I’m glad I did,
Plus thanks to DD for her great review I went and read this right away and I’m glad I did.. you should too..
This book was actually really nicely written.
Very different take on Alphas and omega's, it was an easy to read. Way plenty of heart and heat wow the sex talk and stuff was super hot. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
The heat and heart filled storyline as amazing and different to what you’d think to read. But I think that why I liked it so much.
Loved everything about this book I can’t fault it.

Great premise and good beginning. The alphas acted like betas and I wasn’t feeling the chemistry between the MC’s. None of the sexy time was really sexy. The things I like about omegaverse and shifter romances weren’t at the forefront of this novel. I skimmed a lot.

So this is one of my favorite series. I'm rereading books and leaving reviews that I haven't yet. This is a shifter book, but not in the sense that is usually portrayed. Being born with it as in a paranormal sense I guess. Hope that makes sense. This is complete governmental experimentation gone wrong that only effects a certain number of men. The shifting doesn't come until they find their mate/Omega, and their mates will develop a certain amount of powers once bitten by their mate. So if you're going into this as a regular shifter romance this is NOT it. Maybe the author should change the title? I don't know. I know some people were disappointed with it. I also read some reviews saying it had a kind of "woke" aspect which I agree with and I don't care for it in my books. To each their own who have their own preferences. Don't bother me for mine, but it didn't bother me here, and didn't take away from the story.

This series can not be read as a standalone. It has to be read in order even though it follows different couples, each story is connected as it progresses. Overall I enjoyed the whole series with maybe a couple of irritating thing's thrown in

I wanted to add in that the government was trying to make an army of elite warriors, but shit happened. Something that has to do with the blood when it went airborne which is why it effects some and not others. So the defect is in the blood/DNA hence when they bite their mate changes happen with them as well. As appearances go. They become extremely powerful and huge, but not changing who they were intellectually. After the initial change and calming down from the change they remember who they are. Some become extremely violent as some were not able to take control of their senses and went animalistic. This is where the compound comes into play. It's a safe space for the Alphas and learning to control who they are. There will also be different body shifts as they progress mentally and physically. I thought the concept was cool

Wow. I love this book. I love this whole world. I have always loved PNR, but I'd never even heard of Omegaverse before reading Anna Fury. I literally had to Google it and read the Wikipedia to know what I was getting into, and even then I was pleasantly surprised by how rich this world is and how fun it is to get sucked into it. I'm officially an Anna Fury fan and could not download the next Alpha Compound book fast enough.

I cannot believe this is this author’s debut novel. I LOVED IT! It is seriously one of my all time favorite shifter romances and I can’t wait to see the other stories that will develop in this series.

Unfortunately this book was not it for me. In the beginning I was so excited to dive into this book and begin reading what may be an "alpha origin" story filled with spicy tension and action. However this book raises more questions than it answers.

I am very confused on how the term omega is used. What is its context in this book? Because it teeters between "a name for an alpha's mate" and "a possible second species". I was fully expecting the book to reveal a second virus to turn women into omegas because of how the Chemist was thoroughly confused by Alice's change in pheromones and how she could bond with Mitchell as a human. It was very disappointing when that notion is never revisited and we aren't given an explanation for what they mean by omegas.

It then begs the question, how can human females bond with the alphas? Alice once explained the bond allows her to feel closer to Mitchell in a way she can't describe but she's also able to know where he is at all times, even when they're apart. I feel like the virus have had to affect the women as well in order for them to develop some kind of telepathy power!

The writing style also wasn't my favorite. It was very simple - too simple - for my personal taste. One paragraph would decently describe the setting and emotions and the next would read like a fifteen year old was texting me about her day. It was inconsistent and often threw me off.

Not to mention a few sentences made me want to barf into my lap.
After we settle on our plan, Connor declares himself starving and ready for elevenses, and I’m so thrilled to hear a Lord of the Rings reference that I nearly pee my pants with excitement.

Or-
My [d***]'s so hard it might fall off, but I can’t let her behavior go unpunished.

I sat there thinking, what the f*** did I just read?

I also found the author's favorite word, guffaw . I noticed this word in nearly every chapter and it always felt out of place. It quickly became a drinking game; one sip every time I saw the word. I feel the only way I was even able to finish this book was because I got drunk.

In this world, many of the male population has gotten a virus that turns them feral, and gives them enhanced abilities, they are larger, stronger, and majorly enhanced senses. They are only feral for a little while, most come back to their senses, but their bodies are still very much enhanced. They are not safe, and are hunted by the government and citizen militia’s. Don’t get me wrong, not all Alpha’s are like this group of good guys, but like all species, some are good, others not so much. And since women are coming up missing often, the women of the world live in fear. There is a compound in the country with about 50 of these Alpha’s that were able to make the transition successfully and are no longer feral. Orion is their pack’s enforcer, and he is chasing down the only guy in their pack that has not fully transitioned, into the city.

Ok, so let’s chit chat about Orion, he is automatically drawn to Mal when he sees her, but when he has to go back and do a little recon on her and why Samson tracks her down, he gets a bit more than he thought he would…and so does she *wags eyebrows*. As soon as he smells her, he goes right up to her door and propositions her, which shocking to her, she accepts. Uh, well things don’t go exactly as planned, because sometimes size really does matter *winks*. Sooooo, he leaves, but is sent back by the pack alpha to see if she would come back to their compound, stay for a few weeks, and write a story on them for her paper. I think we all know that these two still can’t get enough of each other, they make it work, because they literally can’t quit touching each other….whew the heat, loved it.

Great storyline, that will keep you glued to the pages until the very end. There were quite a few shocks, especially towards the end of the book, it had me saying….what the?? Safe read, with a direct and thoughtful Alpha, and his brave little mate. Great characters and world building story. This is an hea, they are mates and he claims her. This was my first book by Anna Fury, and her first book as well…and I can’t wait to read the next one. So good.

The Alpha Awakens is Anna Fury’s debut novel and the first book in The Awakening Origins. It is an omega-verse romance and my first in this genre. I went into this book blind, without prior knowledge of this genre and it did not disappoint! This book is filled with non-stop action that will have you on the edge of your seat from the beginning.

This book takes place in New York where three years prior a virus caused some men to transform into larger, stronger individuals, with heightened senses. These men are referred to as the “Awakened”. They become angry, raging monsters and end up being hunted by the government. These men, however, can adapt to their changes and become better than what they once were.

Mal is a reporter who has had a firsthand look at the awakened when she saw her twin transform and subsequently be taken away. She has been pushed around, lived in fear, and is determined to raise awareness to the truth of the Awakening. She meets Orio when she has been invited by his pack’s alpha to learn about them and share their story.

This book was hot! Mal is smart, sassy, and determined. Orion is a sexy, protective, yet sweet alpha. The chemistry between Mal and Orion was intense! The connection these two share was very primal and fated. They were so good together!

The plot of this book is filled with action, adventure, and suspense. And the twist at the end, oof! I want book 2 asap!

Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

3.5 Stars. I found The Alpha Awakens to be an intriguing and enjoyable story. I liked the premise of Orion’s and Mal’s tale where the “awakening” is described as though it’s a pandemic, and the reader learns what this society knows thus far about how Alphas and omegas originated in the world. This author created a well-formed and believable world. It felt very contemporary and real. The action and suspense were plentiful and appropriate to the story. The growth of the relationship between the protagonists was on the slower side, but that made sense in this plot. When they did finally come together it was explosive and sizzling hot!

All that said, I think this author needs a little more practice in deepening the characters’ personalities and voices, avoiding overuse of some of the cliched terms, and watching out for mismatched phrases. I also had questions about how some of the events occurred so suddenly without warning, and then were glossed over, with little explanation later (Samson, the Chemist, the wolf). Although this book ends with a HEA for Mal and Orion, there are more books coming, so maybe some of the events will be explained more thoroughly later? Having events revealed in the course of the action is always better than having the author tell us. I plan to read the next book but I have a few others I need to finish first, so it will be a while. I would give this one 3.5 stars.

The Alpha Awakens by Anna Fury is a dystopian omegaverse romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Kelsey Navarro and James Anderson Foster. This is the first book in the Alpha Compound series.

This is the first book of Anna's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I enjoyed the relationship between Orion and Mallory. I liked that we got both of their points of views throughout the book.

I can't wait for the next book in the series Wake Up, Alpha to be released on audio so I can get Samson and Pen's story.

Kelsey and James did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like dystopian romances or omegaverse romances.

Total book hangover after this one. Didn't want to come back to the real world 😍. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but there better be more! Loved the writing, the characters, the 🔥 scenes, and how hot the guys are. Definitely recommend adding it to your TBR list, ladies!
