A young man with the best intentions is displaced and struggling with homelessness in a small mountain town. Suddenly, despite an event he thinks may finally be a trend toward the better, he finds himself isolated in a fire lookout tower on a remote mountain in winter.

Stray Spark takes the reader on a journey through loneliness, survival, regret, equity (and the lack thereof), compassion, memories, anxiety, and depression: the raw human experience.

Spray Spark is concise and contemplative, short but full, and inspired by the plight of the forgotten.

Tyler is an author and illustrator. Drawing from a deep well of learning, observation, and experience, he infuses his stories with meaningful truths helpful to people from every age and walk of life.

He believes firmly, as countless other storytellers have throughout history, that a good story should not only entertain but leave the reader changed for the better.

Currently residing in New Mexico, he enjoys spending his time with his wife and son who are constant sources of inspiration to him.
