Listen, Silk and Link owe me nothing. These two were good and nasty, and they had the chemistry to prove it. Satin did exactly what it was suppose to do. It peaked my interest and kept me wanting more. I need to know why Link's brother wants him to come up for a visit, I need to know if Silk checks her disrespectful azz sister, and does Silk continue to be a cam girl now that she and Link are together?!!! Oh, and does Silk get knocked up?!!! Chiiiiiile, there was not a single condom in sight. Inquiring minds need answers ASAP. Satin wasn't nothin' but a tease and I can't wait for the full story on what's in store for these characters. This was my first book by Aaliyah Danielle and it did not disappoint. I look forward to reading more from her.

OMG!!

There was NOTHING I disliked about this book leading to the series. It was soo intense. If Aaliyah decides not to write a continued book, I’d be okay with that. I never read short stories but I’m so glad I decided to go against my own judgement. I’m definitely recommending this prequel to all my reading friends.

Short, nasty, and fulfilling

Link has already shown how observant, patient, and nasty he is. He is definitely an alpha male. Silk has low tolerance for nonsense. I can’t wait to see how her and her sister’s relationship plays out. Overall, I loved it. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for them.

First read, won't be my last!

This author managed to pack in a sexy read in a few pages. Of course I want more of Link and Satin! I will most likely stalking the author's pages looking for the next release. I normally don't do shorts with brand new to me authors but thanks to this author an exception was made. If you want a short spicy read, this is one to add to your list.

I absolutely loved this novellette! I’m going on a scavenger hunt to see if there is another book yet. I was hooked as soon as her occupation was revealed. I needed to know more about Silk. Link… Lawd have mercy! Whew! He was the EPITOME of book bae to me. He was 100% alpha and sexy. I can’t wait to read more!
