In this pornographic age, it is rare to find a man or woman who has not been affected by the widespread use of pornography. Daryl Wingerd's book provides a powerful tool in the personal battle for sexual purity and in mentoring others to do the same.

Wingerd offers practical tools for breaking free from the torment of lust through the power of the gospel. From beginning to end, the book is an application of gospel principles, with helpful additions in the appendix and discussion/homework questions at the end of each chapter.

This book is a must-read for anyone seeking freedom from the grip of pornography and sexual impurity. I give it five stars for its practicality, relevance, and gospel-centered approach.
